        신선육및 육가공제품에 대한 소비자의 인식도 및 소비실태 조사 제 3 보 . 육가공 제품에 대한 소비자의 인식도

        A total of 1,006 households residing in Seoul, Taegu and Cheonan were surveyed to investigate the consumer`s attitude to the processed meat products and their evaluation of current products. 1. Primarily because of limited experience in the processed meat, few consumers appeared to have definite notion on the quality of current domestic products, but most respondents generally agreed that the product quality was about or below the average. 2. Most consumers felt that the variety of meat products was too limited for the selection and in case of sausages they preferred those of soft texture, light color and no smoke flavor. 3. More than 80% of consumers expressed that the high price of current products was the primcipal reason of deterring the consumption of processed meat. But the high income people also demanded the improvement of quality and palatability for the greater consumption. 4. Even though consumers appeared to lack the sense of hygiene and safety of processed meat products, they generally expressed low credibility on the hygienic condition of current products. 5. Most consumers can distinguish meat products from fish products, and pay attention to the brand name and date of manufacturing at the time of purchasing, but they have a very little experience of having eaten high quality products. 6. Approximately 70% of respondents expressed positive notion that the processed meat products can become one of staple foods in the future. 7. The results suggested that the total consumption of processed meat can be increased by cutting down the selling price, by developing products of good palatability and high quality, and by the extensive promotion and advertisement.

        지방 공공서비스 공급방식 효율성에 관한 연구

        This paper examines the efficiency of public service delivery in local governments based on four types with the two standards: the degree of publicity and the ease of measuring performance. This paper involves 152 local governments nationwide, with a period of 10 years from 2009 to 2018, using Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). According to the result, direct provision of public services is more efficient way when services are 1) with high publicity and difficult measuring; and 2) with low publicity and difficult measuring(e.g.,water supply service, culture and arts center operation, and youth training center service). On the other hand, contracting-out public services is an efficient way when services are with low publicity and easy measuring(e.g.,public parking lots and recreation forest service). In addition, provision public services by the local government is an efficient way when services have high publicity and easy measuring(e.g.,sewage disposal and waste collection services). The contribution of this study is to provide a new guideline how government decide public service delivery for improving efficiency. 본 연구에서는 지방자치단체 공공서비스 공급방식 유형에 따른 효율성을 분석하였다. 구체적으로 공공성과 성과측정 용이성을 기준으로 4가지 유형으로 분류하였다. 분석을 위해 227개 지방자치단체 중 152개 기초자치단체를 대상으로 2009년부터 2018년까지 10년간 자료를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 분석결과, 공공성이 높고 성과측정이 상대적으로 어려운 공공서비스인 상수도와 공공성은 낮으나 성과측정이 어려운 문예회관과 청소년수련관은 직영 운영이 효율적인 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 공공성도 낮으며, 성과측정도 용이한 공영주차장과 자연휴양림에서는 모두 민간위탁 방식이 효율적인 것으로 분석되었다. 한편, 공공성이 높고 성과측정이 비교적 쉬운 하수처리와 생활폐기물 수거는 공공위탁이 가장 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구가 갖는 의의는 이론적 측면에서 지방공공서비스의 내재적 특성에 기초하여 새로운 유형화를 시도하였고, 특정 유형과 공급방식 간 효율성 관계에 관한 기존 주장들과 연구를 실증적으로 입증한 것이다.

        하도습지의 생태보전 및 치수를 고려한 하천관리 방안 연구

        하천변에 위치한 하도습지는 치수사업을 통한 치수가치와 하도습지의 생태적 보전가치가 대립함으로써 사회적 갈등을 야기하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 하도습지의 치수가치와 생태가치에 대한 경제성 분석을 통해 두 가치 모두의 중요성을 확인하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 치수안전과 생태보전을 고려한 하도습지 관리방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 다차원 홍수피해산정방법(MD-FDA)과 조건부가치측정법(CVM)을 이용하여 임진강 하구유역의 연평균 홍수피해액과 하도습지의 생태보전가치를 산정하였다. 분석결과, 임진강 하구지역은 치수사업도 필요하고, 하도습지의 생태적 보존가치 역시 중요하여 단계별 치수사업과 하도습지의 보호를 위한 관리방안 수립이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. 그 결과 임진강 하도습지는 지속적으로 퇴적이 발생하고 홍수위가 상승하는지역으로 분류되었다. 이를 바탕으로 임진강 하구는 하천정비사업 시 치수안전과 생태보전을 함께 확인하며 진행하는 것이 필요하고, 생태계 교란을 최소화하기 위한 단계적인 하천정비시행이 바람직할 것으로 판단되었다. 본 연구에서 도출된 결과를 토대로 향후 치수사업과 하도습지의 보존을 함께 고려한 하천관리방안 수립을 위한 기초자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. The riverine wetlands located in the riverside bring about social conflicts through confrontation between flood control value throughflood control project and ecological preservation value of riverine wetland. In this study, we identified the importance of both valuesthrough analysis of economic feasibility of flood control and ecological values of riverine wetland, and tried to suggest managementplans for riverine wetland considering both of flood control safety and ecological preservation through these results. For this, wecalculated the expected annual flood damage of Imjin River using the multi-dimensional flood damage analysis(MD-FDA), andcalculated the total value of riverine wetland using the contingent valuation method(CVM) to estimate preservation value of riverinewetland. The result of the analysis shows that the Imjin River needs flood control project and the ecological preservation of riverinewetland is also important. Therefore, the establishment of the management plan for protecting riverine wetland is also needed. As aresult, the Imjin riverine wetland was classified as the area where sedimentation continues to take place, and the flood water level torise. On the basis of the analyzed results, it is judged that the Imjin River needs flood control for public safety and ecologicalconsideration for ecosystem preservation in the river improvement project. So, the stepwise river improvement is desirable to protectriverine wetland and minimize ecosystem disturbance. The results is expected to be made good use as the basic study forestablishment of institutional river management plans considering flood control project and riverine wetland preservation in the future.

        국내 계란 유통과정에 있어서 난질의 상태에 관한 연구 3 . 세란처리 ( 洗卵處理 ) 및 저장온도가 난질에 미치는 영향

        This study was carried out to determine the degree of microbiological contamination of egg shells, the effect of washing treatment on microbial population and the effect of storage temperature on weight loss and egg quality. The results obtained are as follows 1. A significant difference was observed in microbial population depending on the degree of shell cleanliness. The heavily stained eggs showed 3.2×10^7 microbes per shell, moderately stained ones 1.9×10^6 and clean ones 2.7×10^5. 2. Washing treatment of eggs with detergent cleaning solution(130 ppm of effective chlorine) was effective in reducing the microbial population by a factor of 1000 over the controls. The number of microorganisms gradually increased during storage either at room temperature (25-30℃) or at refrigeration. (4℃). 3. Storage of fresh eggs at 16℃ (ground water temperature in hot summer in Korea) showed no appreciable loss in egg quality up to 2 week; whereas, storage at room temperature(25-30℃) showed a rapid deterioration of quality and the eggs were rated below A grade after 4 days of storage.

        헬리코박터 파일로리 제균 치료의 새로운 치료법으로서의 칼륨 경쟁적 위산분비 차단제

        The escalating prevalence of clarithromycin resistance in cases of Helicobacter pylori, insufficient acid suppression, and pharmacodynamic variations secondary to inter-individual differences in CYP2C19 polymorphism collectively contribute to suboptimal eradication rates observed with proton pump inhibitor (PPI)-based therapy. Compared with PPIs, potassium-competitive acid blockers (PCABs) produce rapid, potent, and long-lasting suppression of gastric acid through reversible inhibition of gastric H+, K+-ATPase. PCAB-based therapy results in significant inhibition of acid secretion and has therefore emerged as a novel and effective approach for H. pylori eradication. In this study, we review the efficacy and safety profile of PCAB-based eradication regimens comprising vonoprazan, tegoprazan, and fexuprazan.

      • 분산적 리더십과 학교의 조직효과성의 관계 분석 : 전남형 혁신학교(무지개학교)를 중심으로

        본 연구는 전남지역 혁신학교인 무지개학교와 일반학교를 중심으로 초등학교 교사들이 인식하고 있는 학교 내의 분산적 리더십과 학교조직 효과성의 관계를 분석하였다. 연구결과 다음과 같이 요약된다. 첫째, 학교 내에 리더십이 분산되어 있다고 생각하는 교사들은 학교의 조직효과성이 높다고 판단하였다. 둘째, 전남지역의 혁신학교인 무지개학교와 일반학교와 비교할 때 학교 내의 학습 공동체를 강조하는 혁신학교가 분산적 리더십이 일반학교와 비교하여 크게 높았다. 셋째, 조직효과성에 미칠 다른 요인들을 통제한 결과 혁신학교는 분산적 리더십을 학교 내에 형성함으로써 조직효과성을 높이는 것을 확인하였다. This study analyzes the relationship between distributional leadership and organizational effectiveness in Jeollanam-do elementary schools by investigating teachers’ recognition, focusing on the comparison the innovative school and the other schools. The results are follows: First, teachers in schools where they evaluate leadership is highly distributed regard their schools’ effectiveness high. Second, Jeollanam-do innovative schools where learning community is being emphasized have much more distributed leaderships than other schools. Third, controlling for other factors, the innovative schools seem to increase their school effectiveness by forming distributed and democratic leadership.

        신선육및 육가공제품에 대한 소비자의 인식도 및 소비실태조사 제1보 . 신선육의 소비실태 및 판매방법에 대한 소비자의 태도

        A survey on the consumption pattern and consumer`s attitude to fresh meat quality under current marketing system was conducted to delineate the future direction of marketing system improvement. A total of 1,006 households residing in Seoul, Taegu and Cheonan was surveyed by questionaire. 1) The average monthly fresh meat consumption was 4.6 Geun per household and a large difference in total meat consumption was noted among different income levels. Seventy-three percent of households with monthly income less than 100,000won consumed less than 3 Geun per month, 50% of households between 100,000 and 200,000 won consumed 3-S Geun; whereas 40% of households with monthly income of more than 500,000 won consumed more the, 10 Geun. 2) The average consumers purchased fresh meat primarily from retail meat shops (60%) and supermarkets (30%), and 9% of Seoul residents from Agricultural co - op stores. Forty - five percent of consumers expressed that the quality of fresh meat was so variable that they could not expect the same quality at every time of purchasing. This strongly indicated that the marketing system should be improved to give satisfaction to consumers. 3) Eighty percent of participants preferred graded and prepackaged beef, 60% of participants wanted to purchase well-trimmed pork, and only 34% of consumers preferred ready-to-cook broilers which were dressed in the processing plant. These results indicated the necessities of improvement in fabrication of retail meat cuts along with the consumer education.

        신선육및 육가공제품에 대한 소비자의 인식도 및 소비실태조사 제 2 보 . 육가공제품의 소비실태 및 구매성향

        A total of 1006 households residing in Seoul, Taegu and Cheonan were surveyed to investigate the consumption pattern and purchasing tendency of processed meat products under the current marketing system. The results are as follows: 1. The average frequency of purchasing meat products was 3-4 times a month and the frequency was closely related to the monthly income of the consumers. A mere 6 percent of respondents with relatively high income purchased more than 10 times per month; whereas, sixty percent of respondents less than 3 times, indicating the consumption of processed meats is at very low level. 2. Sausage(fish-red meat mixture) was purchased most frequently(75%) by all consumption of ham was relatively high (∼20%) at the monthly income level of more than 400,000 won. 3. Meat products were chiefly consumed by children(71%) and teenagers(19%), and were used as side dish in lunch box(41%) or main meal(30%). 4. The average consumers purchased meat products primarily from supermarkets (53.1%), grocery stores(22.5%) and meat shops(16.5%). 5. The procurement of processed meat was determined either by the sole decision of housewife(56%) or by the recommendation of family members(27%). Good nutrition(40.7%) and convenience(29.1%) were the predominant reasons of baying processed meats. The low income people set the highest priority in good nutrition, whereas the high income people in convenience. 6. Forty one percent of respondents have the experience of having purchased foreign products, 15% of them having asserted the superiority of domestic products, while 43% expressed the reverse opinion.

        국내 계란 유통과정에 있어서 난질의 상태에 관한 연구 2 . 유통경로에 따른 난질의 비교

        A total of three thousand shell eggs were sampled (twice a month for one year from the five selected market channels) and evaluated for their exterior and interior quality to determine the effect of different market channels on egg quality. The results obtained are as follows 1. The selling price of fresh eggs showed the increase of 2-3 won for every intermediary stage of market channel. Small local retailer and a multistage market channel did not swiftly reflect the price change of producer`s level, resulting in rigid and fixed high selling price. 2. Percent shell breakage, shell cleanliness and air cell size were 3.5%, 2.2 (1-5 scale), and 2.2㎜, respectively, for the producer`s direct sale store; whereas, small retail store with multi-stage market channel showed a poor performance of 5.7%, 2.5 and 3.0㎜, respectively. 3. A significant(P$lt;0.05) difference was also noted in Haugh units and yolk index among different market channels. Producer`s direct sale store showed average Haugh unit of 68.4 and yolk index of 0.45, compared to 57.0 and 0.40 of the small local retail store. 4. The results of this study strongly recommended the simplification of market channel and improvement of facilities to improve the overall quality of eggs marketed in Korea.
