        증강현실기반 언어치료 프로그램이 지적장애아동의 동사 표현 어휘력 향상에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: For effective verbal expression training, it is required to develop and utilize a therapeutic medium that is capable of expressing dynamic motion. Recently, various mediation methods using the medium have been studied. We attempt to apply an augmented reality (AR) application as the medium and language therapy using natural feature tracking into verbal expression intervention of children with intellectual disabilities. Methods: We have developed an AR-based therapy program that can recognize picture cards by natural feature tracking and that consists of four scene units. ABA reversal design was applied to four children with intellectual disabilities aged 4 to 6 years old. The 30 verbs that all participants negative responded to were selected as intervention vocabulary, and the vocabulary list was composed of 3 sets of 10 verbs per each set. The baseline included phases 1 and 2 over 3 sessions, while the intervention phase was 12 sessions twice a week, for a total of 18 sessions. The therapeutic effect was evaluated by verb accuracy. Results: At the intervention phase, the verb accuracy increased in all the subjects, which showed a more considerable increase than that in baseline 1 phase. At the baseline 2 phase, a similar result was observed. Conclusions: The AR-based language therapy was effective in action verbs learning. Through this medium of child-centered intervention, experiential learning in real world where information of mixed words are manipulated can effectively be possible for those in need. For effective intervention, a treatment plan that is suitable for an AR should be established and the intervention approach can be useful as a tool to complement previously existing intervention methods. 목적: 효과적인 동사 표현 훈련을 위해서는 동적 움직임을 표현할 수 있는 치료매체의 개발 및 활용이 요구되고 있으며 최근에는 다양한 매체를 이용한 중재 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 자연특징추출을 이용한 증강현실 기반 언어치료 프로그램을 개발하고, 지적장애아동의 동사 표현 중재에 적용하여 그 효과를 살펴보고자 한다. 방법: 자연특징추출 알고리즘을 이용하여 그림카드의 인식이 가능한 증강현실 어플리케이션과 장면단위로 구성된 언어치료 프로그램을 개발하였다. 이를 이용하여 4세에서 6세 미만의 학령전기 지적장애아동 4명을 대상으로 ABA 반전설계를 실시하였다. 그림카드에서 대상아동 4명이 모두 오반응한 동사 30개를 중재 동사로 선정하였고, 각 세트 당 10개씩, 총 3세트로 어휘 목록을 구성하였다. 기초선 1은 3회기, 중재 기간은 1세트 당 4회기씩 총 12회기, 기초선 2는 3회기로, 총 18회기가 실시되었다. 치료효과는 동사 표현 정반응률을 이용하여 살펴보았다. 결과: 대상자 모두는 기초선 1과 비교하여 중재 단계에서 각 세트의 회기를 통과 할 때마다 동사 표현 정반응률이 증가하였으며 기초선 2단계에서도 향상된 결과를 나타내었다. 결론: 증강현실 기반 언어치료 프로그램은 동적인 변화를 나타내는 어휘 학습에 효과적이며, 현실세계를 기반으로 제공되는 혼합세계의 정보를 직접 조작하는 경험 중심 학습이 가능하기에 아동중심 중재의 매체로써 효과적이다. 효과적인 중재를 위해서는 증강현실에 적합한 치료계획을 수립이 되어야 하며 이러한 중재는 기존의 중재를 보완할 수 있는 도구로써 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

        返本開新 : 從顔元的習行哲學看明末淸初的思想特点 근본으로 돌아가 새로운 것을 개척한다 Fronteering through Return to the Root

        顔元은 중국 명말청초의 걸출한 사상가이자 교육가였다. 그는 야심찬 기백으로 2천여 년 동안의 학술 권위에 도전하고, 2천 년 동안 열지 못한 입을 열었고, 2천년 동안 대지 못한 붓을 대었다. 그는 漢學과 宋明理學을 맹렬하게 비판하고, 周公·孔子의 正學으로 되돌아갈 것을 강렬히 요구하였다. 그는 '復古'의 깃발을 내세워 유학의 새로운 형태에 대하여 탐구하였다. 그의 사상은 한 마디로 返本開新으로 특징지울 수 있다. 이런 사상을 근본으로 한 그의 사상적 특징을 좀더 구체적으로 살펴보면 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 명말청초의 사상적 특징은 천하의 일을 자신의 임무로 하는 유학자들이 사회적 책임의식을 강하게 전개한 점인데, 안원에게서 그런 의식이 뚜렷이 나타난다. 안원은 "성인의 책을 읽으면 세상을 바꾸는 사람이 되어야지, 세상에 따라 바뀌는 사람이 되어서는 안 된다."라고 하여, 적극적인 사회 개혁을 주창하였다. 이처럼 그의 사상에 있어 가장 중요한 특징 중 하나가 세상을 바꾸자는 사회개혁사상이다. 둘째, 그의 사상에는 깊은 반성과 주체적 자각이 자리하고 있다. 안원은 이론을 내세울 때는 옳고 그른 점만 따져보고 같고 다른 점은 따지지 않았다고 한다. 이는 그의 학술적 자각이다. 또 안원은 옳은 것이라면 비록 한두 사람의 견해일지라도 바꿀 수 없다고 하였으니, 이는 높은 학문적 주체의식이다. 이런 반성과 주체적 자각을 통해 안원은 송명이학은 물론 한학까지도 철저히 비판하였다. 셋째, 안원은 배워서 실제에 응용하는 것을 중시하여, 用을 본체로 삼고 用을 학문으로 삼았다. 그는 兵·農·錢·穀·水·火·工·虞를 體이면서 用으로 보아, 體와 用을 하나로 보았다. 그의 習行哲學은 이런 사상에 기반하고 있다. 이러한 그의 사상적 특징으로부터 명말청초 중국철학의 새로운 동향을 엿볼 수 있다. 그런데 그가 숭상하고 실행한 習行哲學은 外在的인 사회에서는 그 결과를 볼 수 없었고, 학문 안에서만 탐구할 수밖에 없었다. Ahn, Won(顔元) who lived in the period from late Myoung to early Choung dynasty(明末淸初) was not only an outstanding scholar but also an educator. He challenged the academic authority, and opened the closed mouth, and held the not to be raised pen for two millenium, with his ambitious spirit. He claimed the returning to the study of Jeong-hak(正學) while criticizing anger the Han-hak(漢學) and the Song-myoung-ri-hak(宋明理學). His ideology characterized to 'Returning to the Root & Renewing(反本開新)' in a word. The concrete features of this ideology of him are summarized as follows; First, the academic features of from late Myoung to early Choung dynasty represented that the scholars who regarded the matter of grave concern to the state as their duty developed the social duty consciousness, Aim-won shows the same tendency. He initiated the theory of active social revolution, with saying "A person who read the book of saint must be a revolutionist not to be a traitor." Like this way, the most important feature of his ideology is the social revolution. Second, it take root a deep reflection and active self-awareness in his ideology. People say that he inquired into right or wrong not into same or differ when suggesting a theory. This is the very ideological self-awareness. And he shows outstanding academic self-confidence while saying, "It can not be modified the truth although it derived from minority." Ahn, Won criticized thoroughly Han-hak(漢學) and Song-myoung-ri-hak(宋明理學) with these selt-reflection and self-awareness. Third, he paid attention to the practice which of the application of learning, and he made the Funtion(用) to his study way. Moreover, he regarded that the Funtion and the Thing(體) as same thing such as military(兵), agriculture(農,) finance(錢,) grain(穀), irrigation(水), fire (火), mechanics(工), nature(虞). His practical philosophy is based on this ideology. We can observe a new tendency of China in the period from late Myoung to early Choung dynasty from these ideological features. However, the practical philosophy which respected and practiced by him, it could not produced its result in real society and just be researched in the area of academy.

      • 증강현실기반 언어치료 프로그램이 지적장애아동의 동사 사용 향상에 미치는 효과

        Purpose: It is difficult for children with intellectual disabilities to acquire new verbs. Augmented reality based speech therapy programs are immersive, interesting, and helpful to students. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of treatment using augmented reality - based language therapy program on the improvement of verbal ability of children with intellectual disabilities. Methods: Pretest-posttest design was carried out for six children with intellectual disabilities who had IQ 50-70. In the preliminary evaluation stage, the picture cards were used to indicate the 68 verbs" correct responses. A total of 24 training sessions were conducted with the speech therapy program based on augmented reality at the intervention stage. The post-evaluation stage proceeded in the same way as the pre-evaluation stage. As in the pre-evaluation phase, the post-evaluation phase ended and the maintenance phase was evaluated after a one-week rest. We compared the positive reaction rates of the pre-evaluation stage and the post-evaluation stage. In addition, the list of verbs that were misclassified in the pre-evaluation stage but also in the post-evaluation stage was also examined. Results: All subjects" response rates were improved. The average rate of positive reaction at the pre-evaluation stage is 41.5%. The average rate of the post-evaluation stage was 60.5%. The number of verbs changed from the wrong response to the correct response is more than 2 people 19, more than 3 people 5, more than 4 people 1. Conclusions: Speech therapy program based on augmented reality increased the ability of children with intellectual disabilities to use verbs, and It can be seen that there are effects on verbs with many movements and interactions.

        Purpose: Studies associated with menopause and voice change for teachers are important issues, but the limited studies are conducted. this study investigates that the menopause has an influence on the voice through the comparative analysis of acoustic parameters and voice disturbance index of female teachers with menopause. Methods: In order to discover the characteristics of female voice teachers with menopause, 28 menopause middle school female teachers and 50 non-menopause middle school teachers participated in this study. In order to investigate the characteristics of the voice of female teachers with menopause, the comparative analysis of the acoustic speech parameters extension utterance /a/, /i/, /u/, MDVP of CSL was used, and nVHI-10 was used for evaluation to investigate the recognition accuracy of the speech between groups. Results: There were significant differences in the comparative analysis result of Fo, which is between acoustic parameters(Fo, jitter, shimmer, NHR) of /a/, /i/, /u/ according to menopause. The comparative result of between groups total score of nVHI-10 according to menopause, there were no statistically significant differences. The result from comparative analysis between sub-items, there were significant differences in E23 and E7. Total score of nVHI-10 through menopause, there were no significant differences in all of /a/,/i/,/u/ acoustic parameter(Fo, jitter, shimmer, NHR). Conclusions: There were no significant differences in total score of nVHI-10 even though Fo shows differences in female teachers with menopause compared to female teachers with non-menopause, because subjects did not recognize their own voices.

        Purpose: The purpose of study is to know whether patients with traumatic brain injury have a problem related to self-awareness and impairment of self-awareness affect theory of mind(ToM) that infer a person"s mind. Methods: 10 patients with traumatic brain injury participated in this study: 4patients with traumatic brain injury have problem of self-awareness, 6 patients with traumatic brain injury don"t have problem of self-awareness, 10 normal subjects. Authors examined the ability of ToM of all subjects. Results: Patients with traumatic brain injury have problem the task of ToM compared to normal subjects. But, the difference did not appear on the task of ToM performance according to problem of self-awareness. Conclusions: The significant difference did not appear in the ability of TOM according to the self-awareness. But it was different the average scores of TOM task for each group. so it was considered that self-awareness may affect the ability of TOM.
