저서성 대형무척추동물은 담수생태계 먹이망에서 중간에 위치하여 생산자와 소비자를 연결하는 역할을 한다. 이러한 중요성에도 불구하고 저서성 대형무척추동물은 다른 분류군에 비해 적은 관심을 받고 있다. 이 연구에서는 경희대학교 서울캠퍼스 내 인공연못의 계절에 따른 저서성 대형무척추동물 생물상 변화를 조사하였다. 조사는 D-net을 이용하여 채집하였으며 1mm 이상의 개체만을 조사 대상으로 하였다. 조사는 2019년 3차례, 2020년 2차례로 총 5회 조사를 실시하였다. 자료를 바탕으로 섭식기능군을 파악하고 군집분석을 통해 각 분류군의 조사 시기별 분포 특성을 알아보고자 하였다. 그 결과, 3문 4강 9목에서 총 122개체가 채집되었다. 섭식기능군으로는 주워 먹는 무리(GC)가 가장 많았다. 군집분석에서는 2020년 6월 조사 시의 결과에 따라 분류군을 크게 두 갈래로 나누어 볼 수 있었다. 또한 하위분류에서는 개체수가 영향을 미친 것으로 보였다. 이 자료는 추후 조사에 기초자료를 제공하고, 캠퍼스 내 저서성 대형무척추동물상의 다양성을 파악하는데 도움이 될 것이다. Macroinvertebrates support food web of the freshwater ecosystem, connecting producers and consumers. Despite its importance, there are less attention than other taxa. In this study, we investigated temporal community changes of benthic macroinvertebrates in a pond in the Kyung Hee University, Seoul. Macroinvertebrates were collected with a D-net sampler and individuals over 1mm were identified. Sampling was conducted in total 5 times (August, 2019; September, 2019; November, 2019; April, 2020; June, 2020) for one year. We characterized temporal changes of functional feeding groups (FFGs) and major taxa using a cluster analysis. Among FFGs, gatherer-collector was the most common group. Cluster analysis showed that the taxa could be divided into two main groups mainly according to the community composition in the sample of June, 2020. Abundance of each taxa affected sub-classification of cluster analysis. This study provides information on biodiversity of urban ecosystem, in particular in a university.
