Husu is silk ribbon attached as a seal hanging on the back of robe in the costume. They called Su or big Su, The origins and contents are very complicated. Husu is hanging on the middle of the back of gown with a formal robe as Myeonbok, Jobok. Husu is one of the decorations representing well the chariteristics of robe. Robe is very different depending on the wealth and ranks. The traditional society in Medieval Korea is kind of society depending on the Class. Higher social status, more acomplicated Dress. Husu is applied as complicated in the case of high status. The King's Myeonbok is standard. Higher rank officials can only wear the Husu simply as Husu belongs to the decorative. Husu is not applied in comfort clothing and pajamas although in the case of costume of higher rank official. Husu is established some what in Han Dynasty, established fully during the time of Dang and Song dynasty in China. Samrye-do(三禮圖) is introduced around Seongjong of Goryeo Dynasty, and published and disseminated at Munjong and Sangjeongrye is completed at Uijong. It is published as first type and compiled history of Goryeo of early Joseon, the remainder. In the meantime, Husu is attached to the upper side of Robe, recently it attracted the attention. It is described simply that the Husu of Goryeo Dynasty is originated from the King's costume presented by Taijo of Ming dynasty in China at the end of King Gongmin of Goryeo Dynasty. In Silla Dynasty, It is likely to be originated from E-dae(魚袋) system accommodated from Dang dynasty in China. But apparent accommodation is established based on Samryedo by accommodated from Sung Dynasty in China and established by Goryeo Dynasty based on this. Husu was established is in Goryeo Dynasty with confidence that Sangjeongrye is the most important. The traditional costume is changed too much, after Sung and Ming Dynasty in China fallen and Mongol Empire and Ching Dynasty (the Ruzhens) regioned the north of the Yellow River basin. after that, the data of robe including Husu is not inherited in China unlikely in Korea. Even though we don't have the artifacts of Husu and King's robe in Korea, we have succeeded in restoration of artifacts based on Yeobokji of Goryeo Record and the Sejong Annals Oryeui, and original of Husu of Dangsanggwan(high ranking official) and king's portraits. This paper is a first attempt to systematize origins and transformation in Korea in order to provide the theory of Myeonbok Husu. Husu is not fabric, so it is impossible to manufacture it by machine. So we felt strongly the need to find it in the literature to establish a theory of tradition and interpret the meaning of the symbol sought in tractional era and systematize it in order to transfer the theory and technology to future generations. The king's myeonbok have 12 basic elements and Husu is one of the essential element. It is one of the most colorful decoration in back portion of myeonbok. Husu is decoration of waist with together paeok(jewelry jade) and peseul attached at daedae as a belt on the waist. It is an essential element from the king to the royal family and higher officials in wearing full dress because it is representing the wearer's status from the back of the costume. Joseon king's myeonbok have been nine decoration dress (Goo-jang-bok) as robe. but after King Gojong proclaimed emperor himself, the color and decoration of twelve decoration dress (Sib-i-ji-jang-bok) & Husu have changed accordingly. Husu of Myeonbok is written down in Kukjoohrye and Uigwe, but any artifacts was not handed down. The document of the Husu of high-Secretary is an important clue in order to reproduce it. particularly it is helpful to reproduce back of costume. Husu is different from the fabric by weaving the warp. It is weaving diamond-shaped, in case of net decoration, twisted and produced into bubble shaped continuously. 상경신경절 차단에 의한 흰쥐 뇌의 스트레스 유도성 c-fos 발현 저해

Background : Using c-fos expression one of the immediate early gene, as a marker of altered neuronal response, we investigated the effect of superior cervical ganglion block (SCGB) exhibiting the same effect of SGB of human on the activity of several brain regions which are considered as located on autonomic neural pathway and neuroendocrine axis in rat. Method : The 48 Sprague-Dawley strain rats were divided into 4 groups, as saline/stress (control) group, SCGB/stress (tested) group, saline group, SCGB group. Superior cervical ganglion block was conducted in the SCGB/stress group and SCGB group while saline/stress and saline group were sham operated. After then restraint stress was imposed on the animals of SCGB/stress group and saline/stress group. And 2 hour after injection (saline, SCGB group) or restraint stress (saline/stress, SCGB/stress group), c-fos protein (Fos) was localized by immunocytochemistry. Results : Much stronger Fos immunoreactivity was induced in the several brain region of control group rats compared to other three groups and the numbers of Fos positive cell count of tested group were significantly decreased in paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus (P<0.01), A5 (P<0.01), raphe pallidus (P<0.05), nucleus tractus solitaius (P<0.01) compared to control group. Conclusion : This study demonstrate that superior cervical ganglion block attenuates stress induced neuronal activities of paraventricular hypothalamic nucleus, A5, raphe pallidus, nucleus tractus solitarius. And then its results are tested by the statistical X²-test. As results, the studying about Clothing Materials and Clothing Management are distinguished among Clothing Materials, Clothing Management, Clothing Construction, Clothing Hygine and Clothing Sociology.

The use of the apparel computer system is growing very rapidly. So must be developed program of every clothing to use apparel computer system efficiently. The purpose of the study was to develop a computer program for pattern making of divided skirt. IBM PC 80386 Computer and Auto CAD Release 10, Auto LISP, Roland DPX Plotter 3500 were used in this study. The results were as follows; 1. Basic points which could be connected to depict basic patterns were represented with the numerical expression. 2. The patterns of divided skirt were automatically depicted by inputting the standard size. Body measurements for pattern ; waist girth, middle hip girth, hip girth, skirt length, stature. 3. Grading of ready-made size was accomplished by using same method. 4. The patterns of divided skirt by inputting indivisual body measurements was depicted automatically.
