This study examined the internet usage and internet addiction of adolescents. The purpose of this study was to find out the prevalence and the problems of Internet addiction disorder of youth. These days, the development of the Internet is rapidly changing. It is not extra-ordinary but common story on the mass media including TV and newspaper. No sooner did we step into the cyber space, we became absorbed in and accustomed to the cyber space in our daily life. Thus we expect to encounter huge changes in human relationship and quality of human life. In this study, we investigate the addictive internet usage according to variables such as time, using period, purpose etc. with personal, family, social system. So identifies the relation between the addictive usage of internet and the problem behavior, the factors affecting addictive usage of internet, and compares a problem behavior group with a non-problem behavior group in addictive usage group. The study showed that the factors affecting the addictive usage of internet are male, using time, accessibility. Second, the factors affecting the problem behavior are self-control, family support and the addictive usage of internet. And the study showed that it should be provided accurate diagnosis and measures for the youth, who did not realize yet by themselves even though they already addicted by Internet. The Internet had already become a part of the teenagers culture and the virtual reality is the teenagers life itself. In this situation, there are arising social concerns for the teenagers who life in the cyber place. On the basis of this research we find out the problem of Internet addiction disorder of youth and have to prevent addictive usage of Internet by Adolescents.

본 연구는 적극적 부모역할훈련 프로그램에 실제적인 연습으로 역할놀이를 병행했을 때 효과성 규명뿐만 아니라 실질적이고 적용 가능한 부모교육 방법을 위한 기초 자료를 마련하는데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구자는 Michael H. Papkin(1983)이 개발한 프로그램을 유아를 둔 어머니들에게 좀 더 실제적이고 적극적인 방법으로 제시하기 위해 적극적 부모역할훈련 프로그램에 역할놀이를 병행하여 실시하였다. 이에 따른 본 연구 문제는 1. 역할놀이 유·무에 따른 적극적 부모역할훈련 프로그램이 부모-자녀 의사소통기술에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 2. 역할놀이 유·무에 따른 적극적 부모역할훈련 프로그램이 어머니의 자녀 양육태도에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 3. 역할놀이 유·무에 따른 적극적 부모역할훈련 프로그램이 어머니의 자아존중감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 이다. 연구대상은 N시에 위치한 H어린이집 학부모 60명을 대상으로 세 집단( 역할놀이를 병행한 적극적 부모역할훈련 집단, 역할놀이만 실시한 집단, 가정통신문을 이용한 일반적인 부모교육내용만을 전달하는 집단)으로 나누어 실시하였다. 통계처리는 사전검사(통제변인)를 통계적으로 동질화한 다음 집단간 평균의 차이를 검증하는 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 그 결과 연구문제 1, 2, 3에 있어서 세 집단 간에 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 역할놀이를 병행한 적극적 부모역할훈련 집단이 부모-자녀 의사소통능력의 향상, 어머니의 민주적 양육태도형성 및 긍정적 자아존중감 형성에 더욱 효과적이었다는 결론을 내릴 수 있었다. 본 연구에서 얻은 결론을 바탕으로 내린 제언으로는 적극적 부모역할훈련 프로그램을 강의와 비디오 시청에만 의존하지 말고 비디오에서 시청했던 내용과 경험했던 내용들의 사례를 가지고 두 명씩 혹은 그룹으로 역할놀이를 통해 실제적인 연습을 구체적으로 적용한다면 효과적일 것으로 권장해야 할 것이라 본다. The following study is an actual practise in an active parent role training, when a role playing game is running parallel. It is effective examination as well as essential and applicable at preparing a basic data for parent education. For this, following researcher put role playing game in an active parent role training in operation, which was created by M. Papkin at 1983 , which is a program for mothers with child to bring up the mothers with more realistic and active method. The following study questions were 1. How does a role playing game effect to parent-child understanding technique by existencenonexistence active parent role training program? 2. How does a role playing game effect to mother's child rearing manner by existencenonexistence active parent role training program? 3. How does a role playing game effect to mother's self-esteem by existencenonexistence active parent role training program? The sample size of this study were 60 students' parents in H kindergarten at N province. They were divided into groups of three and put in effect. A group which role playing game ran parallel with an active parent role training, a group which only role playing game were operated, and a group which used a home correspondence to deliver only a common parent eduction content. The statistical management was statistically cognated the preliminary inspection and put ANCOVA which verificate a groups' difference of the mean in operation. In result, in the result propblem 1,2,3, there was a meaningful difference between the three groups. Therefore, an active parent role training group, which ran parallel with role playing game, was more effective in improvement of parent-child understanding ability, mother's democratic rearing manner formation as well as affirmative self-esteem formation. A proposal which obtained a conclusion by a set from the present study was do not depend only on lecture on active parent role training program and watching videos. However, it should be promoted that it is effective, if a realistic practise is applied specifically by gathering people in two or in groups.

1. The Purpose of the study is to find out not only the problems and the present state about performance of the Educational Self-Governing system in Korea, but also the past state about that of the Educational Self-Governing System. So I am going to show the method for the improvement of the Educational Self-Governing System in Korea in order to establish the self-reliance of that. 2. The method of study. There are many methods to study public administration. 1) The meaning of the Educational Self-Governing System in Korea. 2) The provincial and Local Self-Governing and the Educational Self-Governing System in Korea. 3) Administration of the education and educational finance. 4) The study on foreign Educational Self-Governing System. 5) The process of Educational self-Governing System in Korea. 6) The comparison of the state from the past to the present of the Educational Self-Governing System in Korea. 7) The method and probloms of the improvement of the Educational Self-Governing System in Korea. 3. The result of the study The Educational Self-Governing System in Korea should be self-reliance from palitics and professionality. There are many problems of the Educational Self-Governing System in Korea. Here are some mothods to improve the Eductional Self-Governing System in Korea. 1) The committee of the education has the function of administration but does not have that of determination. In future the committee of the education has to take the function of determination. 2) The provincial committee of the education has too large area. In future the provincial committee of the education has to take a small area gradualy. 3) Central committee of the education was closed in past, but nowdays we need it actualy. 4) The provincial committee of the education and the semi-committee of education have a few supervisors gradualy. 5) The president apoints the educator of the committee of the education. So the educator appointed by the president does not take the neutral attitude of goverment. So that I think vice educator should be elected by the committee of the education. 6) the members of the board of education should be elected by the people, and the members of the board of education should be composed of teacher, parents, educator and the governer. 7) The educational system in Korea has financial worries. The finance of the educational self-system is according to the administration, and we need more private institutions. We need more educational tax, and more contributions.
