리조트 기업의 복리후생제도가 조직충성도와 조직유효성에 미치는 영향

The major study object of this research paper is to find out what influence the welfare benefit system of employees in resorts has on organizational loyalty and organizational effectiveness. The sample data for the study was selected by the questionnaire inquiries to employees at Hanhwa Hotels & Resort, Daemyung Resort, Bokwang Phoenix Park, and Hansol Oak Valley Resort. A total of 315 questionnaire copies were distributed and 310 copies were facilitated as the sample data. The result is shown as follows. First, it is shown to make positive influence to the facility support, monetary support, living support, and culture support of the welfare benefit system. This indicates that there is a need for enthusiastic support in the welfare benefit system differentiated from other companies when a resort company intends to establish effective personnel management strategy and policy scheme. Second, the organizational loyalty is shown to have influence on organizational effectiveness that is a superior variable to job engagement and organizational commitment. Therefore, in order to enhance the loyalty of employees, the study has formulated the practical implications that the resort companies need diverse and systematized welfare system with new personnel management system, process and the like.

리조트 MICE 영업사원의 판매설득전술이 관계품질과 장기적 관계지향성에 미치는 영향

리조트 MICE 분야 특성은 노동집약적 산업으로 MICE 산업의 경쟁력과 차별화는 MICE 운영 전반에 걸쳐 행사를 운영하는 인력으로부터 나온다. 서비스접점에서 고객과의 직접 대면을 통해 전문화된 서비스를 제공하는 리조트 MICE 영업사원들은 행사 담당자에게 효율적인 판매설득전술을 구사하는 것은 중요하다. 이에 따라 판매설득전술 관련 연구의 방향성을 제시하고 실제 리조트 마케팅 분야 실무에도 적용할 수 있는 기초자료를 마련하고자 하였다. 모집단은 B2B 연구의 특성상 긴밀한 관계적인 영향관계를 보기 위해 최근 2년간 50명∼200명 규모 행사가 원활하게 진행된 행사 담당자 리스트 300명을 확인, 사전 전화, 미팅일정을 잡고 연구에 대한 신뢰성과 타당성을 높이기 위해 대면으로 진행했으며 연구의 의도와 목적을 상세히 설명한 후 설문지를 받는 방식으로 실증 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 신뢰에 있어 정보제공전술, 고객환심추구전술, 감성자극전술은 정(+)요인 으로, 약속전술, 제안설득전술은 부(-)요인으로, 만족에 있어 정보제공전술, 감성자극전술은 정(+)요인으로 약속전술, 제안설득전술은 부(-)요인으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 신뢰, 만족은 모두 장기적 관계지향성에 정(+)요인으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결과적으로 관계품질 신뢰, 만족을 높이고 장기적 관계지향성을 향상시킬 수 있는 전략으로 정보제공전술이 가장 효과적인 판매설득전술로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구의 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 제시하였다. Resort MICE is labour-intensive industry, and its competitiveness and differentiation are determined by salespersons managing events. It is important for resort MICE salespersons who provide specialized services through direct face-to-face contact with customers at service contacts to use effective sellers' influence tactics to event managers. In order to explore the close relationship and influence of the nature of the B2B study. our study sample was drawn from a list of 300 event managers who were successful in running events for 50~200 people during the past two years. To ensure reliability and validity of the survey, we proceeded face-to-face and explained the purpose of the study in detail, and conducted an empirical study by administering questionnaire. Our findings show that information provision, emotional touch and stimulation of customers' favor had significantly positive effects on the trust, while recommendation and promises had negative effects. Information provision and emotional touch had positive effects on satisfaction, while recommendation and promises had negative effects. As tactics which most effectively enhance the relational satisfaction, in the correlation between resort MICE salespersons and event managers, information provision is the most effective sellers' influence tactics for resort MICE salespersons.

This study is to examine importance and utilization plan of organization cultures and to analyze relationship between organization cultures and organizational commitment for improvement of organization effectiveness of corporate culture. For identification on major factors influencing organizational commitment of resort employees, this study divides organizational culture into four subculture types as the independent variable: rational culture, developmental culture, hierarchical culture and group culture. It also separates organizational commitment into threes factors as the dependent variable: affective commitment, continuance commitment and normative commitment. The control variable such as age, sex, tenure, position and department. In conclusion, the above results of this study leave following suggestions: First, in the impacts of types of organizational culture on organizational commitment, developmental culture, hierarchical culture and group culture positively affect affective commitment, and on the other hand, rational culture did not have positive effect on the affective commitment. Second, the developmental culture has have more positive impact on the continuance commitment and normative commitment than other types of culture.

대전(大田) 동춘고택(同春古宅)의 풍수학적 분석

본 연구는 대전 대덕구 송촌동에 소재한 동춘고택에 대하여 선조들의 지리관인 풍수학적 관찰방법인 風水四訣에 입각해서 살펴보았다. 그 중에서 특별히 동춘고택을 중심으로 물의 흐름이 어떠한지를 세밀히 관찰하고 전통풍수관으로 볼 때 어떠한 의의가 있는지를 알아보았다. 1980년대 이후 경제발전이라는 이름아래 도시와 시골의 전통과 문화를 파괴하고 훼손하여 왔다. 이는 단지 물질의 훼손에 그치는 것이 아니라 전통마을의 역사와 정신까지도 사라지게 하는 결과를 낳았다. 이러한 정신적 변화는 전통마을 주변의 환경이 변화함으로써 발생하는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 현재의 동춘고택 주변에는 전통촌락 대부분이 사라졌으며 선주민들도 모두 흩어진 상태이다. 만약 전통촌락의 기본을 유지하고 전통과 현대가 어울리는 주택개발을 하였더라면 하는 아쉬움이 남는다. 생기로운 마을은 전통과 현대가 조화를 이룰 때 그 큰 의미가 있다고 본다. 본 연구를 통해 동춘고택은 풍수적으로 좋은 입지에 자리하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 그러나 선주민들은 흩어지고 연로하며, 주변지형은 날이 갈수록 변모하여 과거의 모습을 유추하기가 점차 어렵게 되었다. 이에 따른 본 논문의 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 남아있는 모습을 토대로 옛 모습을 복원하여 보았고, 풍수지리학적인 조사와 연구로써 토대를 마련해 둠으로써 뒤를 잇는 풍수학인들이 좀 더 발전적 연구를 할 수 있도록 하였다. 둘째, 현재의 동춘고택이 최소한 지금의 모습을 유지할 수 있도록 하는데 나름의 보탬이 되도록 하였다. 세째, 타지역 전통마을이 주택개발로 무분별하게 사라지는 것을 막고자 하였으며, 전통경관과 환경의 선조사를 통해 자연을 거슬리지 않고 조화를 꾀하며 개발할 수 있도록 하는데 도움을 줄 수 있도록 하였다. This study examined the Feng-Shui location of the Dongchon-Gotak in the Songchon dong, Dae-jeon city, through Feng-Shui’s general analysis system(龍穴砂水). This study noticed especially the water flow centers round the Gotak, and examined what the water flow means to the Gotak in the traditional Feng-Shui aspect. Since the 1980', the development of industrial capitalism have ruined the cultural heritage and caused not only the damage of physical matters but also the extinction of the history and spirit of the traditional villages. These spiritual changes were caused by the change of the surrounding environment of the traditional villages. The Dongchoon-Gotaek of this thesis is without exceptions and most part of the village has gone and many people that had lived has been scattered. It is confirmed that the Dongchoon-Gotaek has the condition as a propitious site. The meaning of this thesis is as below. First, this study attempted to remember the past view on the basis of the present remains, and this study would be helpful for the next researchers to make more advanced study, by way of the analysis of the Feng-Shui location. Second, this thesis could be helpful for the Dongchoon-Gotaek to preserve the present view. Third, this study would prevent any other traditional villages the destruction caused by the development, and this study will provide a way with developing of the traditional villages in harmony with nature.

비대면 서비스 강화를 위한 전략적 탐색: R 호텔 키오스크 도입 사례연구

The development of technology based on digital technology has made ‘hyper connectivity’ between different services a reality, and an example of this is the reinforcement of non-face-to-face services. The non-face-to-face service is a service provided by service providers and customers using information and communication and technology without direct contact. Recently, it has expanded to the hotel industry, which is highly dependent on human resources, centering on the restaurant business. Therefore, this study attempted to identify the case of the “R” hotel in the Gangwon region, which is introducing and operating a kiosk, and to confirm the matters to be considered, the system operation method, and expected effects, etc. for hotels that intend to operate it in the future. It is difficult to affirm that the introduction of KIOSK directly reduced labor costs or increased service efficiency, but it seems meaningful that it has improved the convenience of users. In future research, practical research is needed on the impact of the system on management activities in relation to the introduction of KIOSK.

시멘틱 네트워크 분석을 통한 김포 아라마리나 담론 탐색 연구

GaAs(100)기판 위에 성장된 $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}Te$에피막의 띠 간격 에너지

본 연구에서는 두께가 0.7 $\mu \textrm{m}$인 $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te 에피막을 GaAs(100) 기판 위에 열벽 적층 성장하였다. 선택에칭용액에 의하여 GaAs 기판이 제거된 X-선 회절 패턴으로부터 $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te에피막의 결정구조는 zincblende 이었으며 격자상수는 6.140 $\AA$으로 계산되었다. 이러한 격자상수 값과 Vegard 법칙으로부터 Mn의 조성비 x=0.14임을 알았다. 성장된 에피막의 결정성은 이중결정요동 곡선의 반폭치 값이 256 arcsec인 것으로부터 양호하다는 것이 확인되었다 상온에서 10K 까지 $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te에피막의 온도에 따른 띠 간격 에너지를 측정하기 위하여 투과 스펙트럼으로부터 흡수 스펙트럼이 얻어졌다 온도가 감소할수록 흡수 스펙트럼에서 강하게 흡수가 일어나는 영역은 에너지가 큰 쪽을 향하여 이동하였고 흡쑤단 근처에서 자유 엑시톤 형성을 의미하는 흡수 피크가 생겨났다. $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te에피막의 온도에 따른 자유 엑시톤 피크 에너지로부터 OK와 300 K일 때 띠 간격 에너지는 각각 2.4947 eV와 2.330 eV로 구하여졌다. 10 K에서 기판이 제거된 $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te 에피막의 흡수 스펙트럼의 자유 엑시톤 피크 에너지는 광발광 피크 에너지보다 15.4 meV 정도 크다. 이 에너지 차이는 흡수 스펙트럼과 발광 피크 사이의 에너지 차이를 의미하는 Stokes shift를 나타낸다. In this study, $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te epilayer of 0.7 $\mu\textrm{m}$-thickness was grown on GaAs(100) substrate by using hot wallepitaxy. GaAs(100) substrate was removed from $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Teepilayer by the selective etching solution. The crystal structure and the lattice constant of only Z $n_{0.86}$ M $n_{0.14}$Te epilayer were investigated to be zincblende and 6.140 $\AA$ from X-ray diffraction pattern, respectively. Mn composition x of $Zn_{1-x}Mn_x$Te epilayer was found to be 0.14 using this lattice constant and Vegard's law. The crystal quality of the epilayer was confirmed to be very good due to 256 arcsec-full-width at half-maximum of the double crystal rocking curve. The absorption spectra from the transmission ones were obtained to measure the band gap energy of $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te epilayer from 300 K to 10 K. With the decreasing temperature,. strong absorption regions in the absorption spectra were shifted to higher energy side and the absorption peak meaning the free exciton formation appeared near the absorption edge. The band gap energy values of $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te epilayer at 0 K and 300 K were found to be almost 2.4947 eV and 2.330 eV from the temperature dependence of the free exciton peak position energy of $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te epilayer, respectively. The free exciton peak position energy of $Zn_{0.86}Mn_{0.14}$Te epilayer without GaAs substrate was larger 15.4 meV than photoluminescence peak position energy at 10 K. This energy difference between two peaks was analysed to be Stokes shift.

오수견의 실존적 가치공간을 위한 일고(一考) : 임실군 오수면 의견스토리를 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 오수견의 구전적 설화를 중심으로 돌비의 출토 및 현 오수면 원동공원과의 연계성을 통해 오수의 지명적 가치를 분석하는 것이다. 아울러 오수면에 위치한 의견공원, 김개인 생가 등 풍수적인 물형가치를 찾아 구전에 합당한 공간을 설정하고, 이 설정이 구전적 오수의견(義犬)과 부합하는 지리적 형상을 이해하고자 하였다. 오수의견은 구전이나 나름의 역사성을 갖추고 있는 문헌적 사료(史料)가 있으며 그와 관련하여 오늘날까지도 이 지역주민들의 사랑을 받고 있는 공간이기도 하다. 그러므로 오수면의 의견스토리가 담긴 공간성은 반려견문화 세계화에 따라서 더욱 그 의미의 확장성을 보일 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 오수면의 정체성과 지명 그리고 전반적인 인문학적 연구가 더욱 필요할 것이다. 또한 의견의 구전적 이야기와 합치하는 풍수적 의견물형(義犬物形)을 더하고 구전적 오수견 이야기의 토대를 돌비출현과 연관 지어 스토리의 완성적 공간을 확장하였다. 본 연구는 단순히 구전적 이야기로만 전해오던 인간과 반려견(의견)과의 인격적 애정관계를 통해서 그들 간의 생명관을 고찰함과 동시에 오수의견 이야기의 실제적 역사로서 그 가능성을 살펴보고자 하였다. 또한 오수의견 이야기의 주 무대로 알려진 오수면의 지명적 정체성을 알아보고 그 의미를 바탕으로 오수의견과의 연결성 있는 스토리를 찾아보고자 하였다. The aims of this study is to analyze the geographical value of Osu-myeon through the discovery of tombstone and the connection with Wondong Park in Osu-myeon, focusing on the oral tales of Osu-dog. The righteous dog of Osu-myeon, Imsil-gun has literary historical data with oral traditions or written historical data with its own history, and it is also a space that is still loved by the local residents. Therefore, the spatiality of Osu-myeon's story of a righteous dog can expand its meaning further according to the globalization of companion dog culture. This study attempted to examine the perspectives on life between humans and their dogs through the personal and affectionate relationship between them, which was simply passed down through oral storytelling, and at the same time examine the possibility of the story of the righteous dog as an actual history. In addition, we sought to find out the geographical identity of Osu-myeon, known as the main stage of the Osu righteous story, and find a story that is connected to Osu-dog based on its meaning.
