1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to compare with the economic analysis of two domestic campsites development and to draw an implication of campsite construction. (2) RESEARCH METHOD This study was focused on case study. The data for this analysis were collected from two campsites to be developed. Theoretical study is also done together because campsite development is not common in Korea. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The result of the economic analysis showed that financial feasibility is not all positive but social feasibility of two campsites is all positive. 2. RESULTS When trying to develop campsites, social feasibility is also considered together with financial feasibility. Because the volume of regional economic effect is one of the main condition to decide whether to develop local campsites. Modifying the Auto Campsites Law and making the standard campsite model, related study would be increased and progressed.

나로호의 정상 비행 여부를 모니터링하기 위하여 비행안전정보시스템이 개발되어 운영되었다. 비행안전정보시스템은 발사체의 추적 데이터와 발사체 내부 상태 정보를 실시간으로 처리하여 화면에 전시하도록 구성되었다. 18차례에 걸친 경항공기 모의비행시험을 통하여 시스템의 기능과 안정성을 개선, 검증 하였으며 이를 바탕으로 나로호의 1, 2, 3차 발사에서 성공적으로 운영되었다. 본 논문에서는 비행안전 정보시스템의 기능 구성과, 경항공기 비행시험 및 나로호 발사 시험에서의 운영 결과를 정리하였다. FSIS (Flight Safety Information System) has been developed and operated to monitor whether the vehicle flies in normal conditions. The tracking data and status information of the vehicle were processed and displayed in real time on the screens of the system. The function and reliability of the system were improved and validated via eighteen mock flight tests using a small airplane. Based on this, the system was successfully operated in the three flight tests of KSLV-I. This paper describes the function of FSIS and the results of operation in the flight tests.

본 논문에서는 우주발사체 발사에 의해 발생하는 지상 위험의 허용값에 대해 검토하였다. 허용 위험도에 대한 검토는 우주발사체의 정상 혹은 비정상 기동에 의해 지상에 위치하는 사람에게 발생하는 예상 인명 피해 관점에서 수행되었다. 해외 발사체 운용국들의 법률이나 규정에서 요구하는 비행안전 기준값을 비교하여 우리나라의 예상인명피해 기준의 적정값을 살펴보았다. 또한 일상생활에서 일반인들이 겪는 위험과 비교하여 우주발사체 예상 인명피해 기준 값의 타당성을 검토하였다. A review on the acceptable risk posed by the launch of a space launch vehicle was conducted from the viewpoint of the expected casualty resulting from normal or abnormal flight of the vehicle. The risk criteria prescribed in the rules or regulations of the foreign space faring nations were examined to review the acceptable value of expected casualty for Korea. In addition, the reasonableness of the risk criteria of the launch vehicle was evaluated by comparing it with the risk in daily life of the public.
의료상담 활성화를 위한 영상시스템 도입에 관한 실증연구

Medical consultation have a lot of limitations due to the peculiarity of medical practice. However,broadening of understanding between medical institutions and their customers, the role of medicalconsultations is important. Futhermore, direct and indirect contacts of medical consultation as a new mediais going to prevent distortion of medical information. In this regard, video medical consultation is likelyto be settled as a means of long-term consultation method. This project conducted two steps analysis ofthe demonstration to check the possibility of video consultation system. In conclusion, to overcome thetechnical limitation turned out to be the most important things. It is expected that future telecommunicationinfrastructure will continue to improve the system. So the future prospect of video medical consultationwould be even brighter. Because this system use existing technologies rather than the new ones. Videomedical consultation are expected to make significant contributions for understanding between medicalinstitutions and customer. So ongoing efforts will be made for video medical consultation to be settled asthe new communication channel.

본 논문에서는 우주발사체 발사에 의해 발생하는 소닉붐에 대한 분석을 수행하였다. 그래프와 간단한 수치 연산을 이용한 비교적 단순한 방법과 PCBoom4 프로그램을 활용하여 나로우주센터에서 발사되는 가상 우주발사체의 비행에 의한 소닉붐을 분석하였다. 두 방법에 의한 샘플 우주발사체의 소닉붐은 발사장으로부터 약 90 km ~ 105km 지점에 발생하는 것으로 분석되었다. 소닉붐의 중첩현상을 고려하여 분석한 최대 압력 증분은 약 5.6 psf (143 dB)로 예측되었다. An analysis on the sonic boom generated by the launch of a space launch vehicle was conducted. A Relatively simple method using graphs along with hand calculations and PCBoom4 software were utilized in the analyses of the sonic boom from the flight of a hypothetical space launch vehicle that was launched at Naro Space Center. The sonic boom was predicted to form about 90 km ~ 105 km off the launch pad by both methods. The peak overpressure of the sonic boom was analyzed to be 5.6 psf (143 dB) when the focusing of the waves were incorporated.
