문화 세계관 분석 기반의 기독교 인지행동치료의 고찰 - 히버트(Hiebert)의 비판적 상황화 이론을 기반으로 -

본 연구의 목적은 히버트의 비판적 상황화 이론을 기반으로 문화 세계관 분석 기반의 기독교 인지행동치료를 고찰하는 것이다. 한 개인의 인지의 구축과 변화는 문화 세계관을 기반으로 형성되기 때문에, 기독교 세계관을 중시하는 기독교 인지행동치료는 이를 고려할 필요가 있다. 이를 위해 문화의 정의, 특징, 역할과 비판적 상황화를 살펴보고, 이를 기반으로 기독교 인지행동치료의 적용점을 확인하였다. 문화는 한 국가나 사회가 공유하는 독특한 생활양식의 세계관으로 형성된다. 세계관은 현실을 바라보는 렌즈로서, 인식 차원, 정서적 차원, 그리고 평가 차원으로 구성된다. 히버트는 이런 문화안의 세계관을 복음의 관점으로 해석하는 비판적 상황화를 강조한다. 본 연구는 히버트의 복음 기반의 문화 세계관 변화를 촉진하는 비판적 상황화를 기독교 상담의 주요 치료 방법인 인지행동치료에 적용하였다. 기독교 인지행동치료는 우울과 불안을 일으키는 한 개인의 왜곡된 사고와 신념을 탐색하고 합리적인 사고 능력을 증진하며, 특정 사고와 신념에 대한 성경적 관점을 제시한다. 본 연구는 기존 기독교 인지행동치료에서 더 나아가 단편적인 신념과 사고의 변화를 넘어 문화에서 비롯된 총체적인 전제들의 집합인 세계관의 성경적 변화를 독려하는 문화 세계관 기반의 기독교 인지행동치료를 제안한다. 이를 위해 세계관의 인식체계와 정서적 체계, 평가 체계를 성경적으로 구축하여 사고와 신념의 체계를 변화하는 과정을 도출하였다. The purpose of this study is to consider the Christian cognitive behavior therapy based on the cultural worldview analysis based on Hiebert's critical contextualization theory. Since the establishment and change of an individual's perception are based on the cultural world view, Christian cognitive behavioral therapy, which values the Christian world view, needs to consider this. To this end, the definition, characteristic role of culture, and critical contextualization were examined, and the application point of Christian cognitive behavioral therapy was confirmed based on this. Culture consists of a worldview of a unique lifestyle shared by a country or society. The world view is a lens that looks at reality, consisting of a cognitive, affirmative and evaluative dimension. Hibert emphasizes the critical contextualization of interpreting this view of the world from the perspective of the Gospel. This study applied the critical contextualization that promotes the change of Hibert's evangelical-based cultural worldview to Christian cognitive behavioral therapy, the main treatment method of Christian counseling. Christian cognitive behavioral therapy explores the people's distorted thinking and beliefs which causes depression and anxiety, promotes rational thinking ability, and presents a biblical view of certain thoughts and beliefs. This study goes further from the existing Christian cognitive behavioral therapy and suggests cognitive behavioral therapy based on cultural worldview analysis that encourages biblical changes in worldviews, a collection of holistic premises stemming from culture, rather than changes in fragmentary beliefs and thoughts. To this end, the world view's cognitive, affirmative and evaluative dimension were established biblically to derive the process of changing the system of thought and belief.
The Design of Route Planning for Travel Demand based on Fuzzy Multi Valued Bayesian Network

For recent decades, as transportation means and environment are converged with intelligent technology, the importance of technologies using them is increasing. Route planning methods that can recommend efficient routes to users have been studied. Most of Route planning methods are to find the shortest path from the starting point to destination. They are focusing on searching a route that minimize distance, time and cost issues. However in order to maximize user satisfaction, it is necessary to consider not only the distance, time and cost issues, but also the purpose of travel when we use the transportation system. In this work, considering travel demand, purpose, internal/external infrastructure, road congestion and user’s preference, we proposed travel demand based Fuzzy Multi Valued Bayesian Network which has the functions of route extraction, selection of optimal route according to the user’s demand & travel purpose and Bayesian revision by new information. The proposed system was tested with the traveling data.

Recently, research on designing efficient Artificial Intelligence systems by adopting human brain functions has been actively conducted. Not only the structural efficiency of human brain but also the outstanding mechanisms are being embedded into artificial systems and are being newly reborn. As one of these approaches, this work reviewed Edelman’s primary consciousness model and partially utilized this concept. It is a system that can increase the possibility of reaching the goal by selecting and focusing according to the value system for goal realization. The Internet of Thing (IoT) will be a very important core technology to implement Intelligent Smart Home Network and it will take charge of an important role connected to Smart Phone, Cloud Computing in the Ubiquitous environment. In this paper, Internal Autonomous Regulation by human autonomic nervous system was studied and its core mechanism was applied to the design of IoT based Autonomous Regulation System for Intelligent Smart Home Network. We proposed an autonomous regulating mechanism in which the factors of Temperature, Humidity and Illumination are automatically adjusted as they communicate with the connected things.
Leukotrienes C4 synthase와 cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 유전자 다형성과 한국 소아 천식 표현형 및 임상 지표와의 연관성 연구

Purpose : Cysteinyl leukotrienes are important proinflammatory mediators in asthma. Recently, it was suggested that a promoter polymorphism in the genes encoding for leukotriene C4 synthase (LTC4S), a key enzyme in the leukotriene synthetic pathway, and cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CysLTR1) might be associated with aspirin-intolerant asthma. We investigated whether polymorphisms in LTC4S and CysLTR1 genes or their interactions were associated with the asthma phenotype, lung function, or bronchial hyperreactivity (BHR) in Korean children. Methods : A total of 856 asthmatic children and 254 non-asthmatic controls were enrolled; a skin prick test, lung function test and bronchial provocation test were performed. Of those enrolled, 395 children underwent exercise challenge tests. The LTC4S A(-444)C and CysLTR1 T(+927)C were genotyped by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism analysis. Results : Of those enrolled, 699 children were classified as having atopic asthma and 277 children, as having exercise-induced asthma (EIA). LTC4S and CysLTR1 polymorphisms were not associated with atopic asthma, EIA, or asthma per se. Lung function and BHR were not significantly different between the wild type (AA or TT) and the variant (AC+CC or TC+CC) genotypes in asthmatics, atopic asthmatics, and EIA (+) asthmatics, while total eosinophil counts were higher in the variant type of LTC4S than in the wild type in atopic asthmatics. There were no associations between the gene-gene interactions of LTC4S and CysLTR1 genotypes and the asthma phenotypes. Conclusion : LTC4S A(-444)C and CysLTR1 T(+927)C polymorphisms and their gene-gene interactions are not associated with asthma phenotype, lung function, or BHR in Korean children. 목 적 : 류코트리엔은 천식의 병태생리에 중요한 향염증성 매개체이며, 천식이나 운동유발성 천식에서 증가되어 있다. Leukotriene C4 synthase (LTC4S)의 A(-444)C 유전자 다형성과 cysteinyl leukotriene receptor 1 (CysLTR1) T(+927)C 유전자 다형성이 한국 소아의 천식, 아토피 천식 및 운동유발성 천식과 연관이 있는지 알아보고, 폐기능, 기관지과민성, 총IgE 치에 영향을 미치는지 알아보고자 하였다. 방 법 : 총 856명의 천식 환자와 254명의 천식이 없는 정상아를 대상으로 하여 피부반응검사, 폐기능, 메타콜린 기관지 유발검사, 총 IgE 검사를 실시하였고, 천식 환자를 아토피 천식(699명), 운동유발성 천식(277명)으로 나누어 유전자 다형성과의 연관성을 조사하였다. LTC4S A9-444)C, CysLTR1 T(+927)C 유전자형은 PCR-restriction fragment length polymorphism 방법으로 분석하였다. 결 과 : LTC4S A(-444)C 및 CysLTR1 T(+927)C 유전자 다형성은 천식, 아토피 천식, 운동유발성 천식과의 연관성이 없었고, 폐기능, PC20, 총IgE에도 차이를 보이지 않았다. 아토피 천식에서 총 호산구수는 변종형 LTC4S 유전자형에서 야생형 보다 높았다. LTC4S A(-444)C와 CysLTR1 T(+927)C의 유전자-유전자 상호 작용도 천식, 아토피 천식, 운동유발성 천식과의 연관이 없었다. 결 론 : 한국 소아 천식의 표현형, 폐기능, 기관지과민성, 총IgE 농도는 LTC4S A(-444)C와 CysLTR1 T(+927)C 유전자 다형성, 혹은 유전자-유전자 상호작용과 연관이 없는 것으로 생각된다.

Airway smooth muscle (ASM) hyperplasia and angiogenesis are important features associated with airway remodeling. We investigated the effect of IL-4 and amphiregulin, an epidermal growth factor family member, on the proliferation of human ASM cells and on the release of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and monocyte chemotactic protein (MCP)-1 from human ASM cells. Human ASM cells were growth-arrested for 48 hr and incubated with platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF)- BB, interleukin (IL)-4, amphiregulin, and VEGF to evaluate cell proliferation. The cells were treated with PDGF, IL-4 and amphiregulin to evaluate the release of VEGF, MCP-1. IL-4 suppressed unstimulated and PDGF-stimulated ASM cell proliferation. Amphiregulin stimulated ASM cell proliferation in a dose-dependent manner. VEGF did not have any influence on ASM cell proliferation. IL-4 stimulated VEGF secretion by the ASM cells in a dose-dependent manner and showed added stimulatory effects when co-incubated with PDGF. Amphiregulin did not promote VEGF secretion. IL-4 and amphiregulin showed no stimulatory effects on MCP-1 secretion. The results of this study showed that IL-4 had bifunctional effects on airway remodeling, one was the suppression of the proliferation of the ASM cells and the other was the promotion of VEGF release by the ASM cells, and amphiregulin can promote human ASM cell proliferation.

최근 들어 뇌과학적인 연구가 활발해짐에 따라 두뇌기능을 공학적으로 응용하려는 연구가 많아지고 있다. 두뇌 기능 중 기억과 감정을 담당하는 부분을 살펴보면 기억을 담당하는 해마체와 감정중추인 편도체가 긴밀히 협조하고 있는 것을 알 수 있다. 실제적으로 지식은 감정에 영향을 미치고 감정은 지식에 영향을 미친다. 인간의 모든 판단과 결정에 있어서 감정요소는 배제할 수 없는 아주 중요한 영향을 미친다. 보다 정교한 지능 시스템을 구축하려면 감정이 결합된 지식베이스를 설계하여야 한다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 해마체와 편도체의 공조 시스템에 착안하여 지식과 감정이 결합된 지식감정 결합 시스템을 설계하고 기억회상과 추론 과정에서 변화하는 감정 상태의 추이를 감지하는 메커니즘을 제안하고자 한다. Many studies adopting brain functions to the engineering systems have been made for recent years as the brain Science has developed. If we investigate the parts which take part in memorizing and emotional process, we can know that Hippocampus of memorizing center and Amygdala of Emotional center closely cooperate each other. Actually Knowledge effects on Emotion and Emotion effects on Knowledge. During the human decision making, emotional factor has much important effects on Decision making process. For implementing more delicate intelligent system, the knowledge base coupled to emotional factor should be designed. Accordingly in this paper starting from the idea of cooperating system between Hippocampus and Amygdala,, we design Knowledge Emotion Binding System and propose Emotional changing mechanism by Memory retrieval and knowledge reasoning process.
