        인터넷을 활용한 방사선과학교 교육자료의 제작

        Purpose:The creation and maintenance of radiology teaching materials is both laborious and very time-consuming, but as a teaching hospital is important. Through use of the technology offered by today's worldwide web, this problem can be efficiently solved, and on this basis, we devised a multimedia radiology self-learninh course for abdominal ultrasound and CT. Materials and Methods:A combination of video and audio tapes has been used as teaching material;the authors digitized and converted these to Hypertext Mark-up Language(HTML) format. Films were digitized with a digital camera and compressed to Joint Photographic Expert Group(JPEG) format, while audio tapes were digitized with a sound recorder and compressed to Real Audio format. Results;The self-learning course for abdominal ultrasound consists of 14 steps, and that or abdominal CT, 19 steps. Both provide images, voice narrations, and related texts and graphics. The learner can navigate the course at his/her own speed, repeating or skipping any part, as required. Conclusion: 'Multimedia on the Worldwide Web' will facilitate easy management and maintenauce of a self-learning course. To make this more suitable for practical use, continual upgrading on the basis of experience is needed.

        뇌교종의 수술후 변화와 잔류/재발 종양의 MR 영상소견 비교

        Purpose : To describe the MR imaging findings of post-operative change and residual/recurrent tumor followingresection of the glioma and to determine whether there are any specific MR imaging findings useful fordifferentiation of post-operative change from a residual/recurrent tumor. Materials and Methods : Weretrospectively analysed 71 post-operative follow-up brain MR images of 26 patients who had undergone surgicalresection of intracranial glioma. They consisted of 49 MRI studies of 12 patients with post-operative change and22 MRI studies of 14 patients with residual/recurrent tumors. The follow-up MRI examinations were performed fromone to 75 months after tumor resection. The lesion was defined as post-operative change when any enhancing lesiondisappeared or diminished during follow-up MRI studies of at least 20 months. The diagnosis of residual/recurrenttumor was established when on MR images, lesion size increased definitively during the follow up period of betweenfour and 66 months ; residual/recurrent tumors were surgically proven in five patients. The shape, degree ofcontrast enhancement and time of appearance and disappearance of the lesions were analysed. Results :Post-operative change consisted of hemorrhage(n=3), marginal(n=7) and nodular(n=1) enhancement of sugical bed,adjacent dural enhancement(n=9), extracerebral fluid collection(n=4) and only tissue defect(n=1). Hemorrhage wasobseved at between two and eight months ; marginal and nodular enhancement of surgical bed were seen at betweenthree and 30 months (usually less than one year) ; dural enhancement and fluid collection were seen at betweenthree and 75 months. Residual/recurrent tumor appeared most frequently as enhancing solid nodules(n=7) or solidand cystic masses(n=2) followed by non-enhancing solid nodules(n=3). In five of seven cases, marginal enhancementof a residual/recurrent tumor appeared after more than one year. Conclusion : Marginal and dural enhancementaround surgical tissue defects are the most common finding of post-operative change, whereas nodular enhancementis the most frequent finding of the residual/recurrent tumor. Marginal enhancement lasting longer than one yearmay, however, be an early finding of residual/recurrent tumor.

        서울지역 치과기공사의 동기부여 및 직무만족도 연구

        This study was the study verifying dental technicians' motivation and job satisfaction in Seoul through the positive method as well as its purposes were to investigated the effect of dental technicians manpower supply/demand prospect on motivation, job satisfaction and the effect of other job satisfaction factors on dental technicians motivation and job satisfaction. For then, general characteristics of study objects were classified by sex, married/unmarried, age, career, salary, highest level of education, working place, position and job as well as job satisfaction factors were classified with future supply/demand prospect, future prospect, working hours, working environment and salary. We conducted a frequency analysis, crossing analysis and multi-linear regression analysis about the effect of the classified articles on motivation and job satisfaction. Also, for verifying the relationship of motivation and job satisfaction, we conducted correlation analysis and its result is as followed. First, it showed that the job related with making orthodontic appliance influenced on motivation, among the age, career and job of the general characteristics, and other jobs between working place and job influenced on job satisfaction. Second, the dark future prospect was showed to influence on motivation and job satisfaction highly so we could grasp that negative opinions are included in that. And low-paying was showed to highly influence on job satisfaction s fall so we could grasp the subjective low-salary standard at the present. But we expected that the manpower supply/demand prospect would influence on motivation and job satisfaction but there was little influence. Third, the correlation between motivation and job satisfaction was showed to be somewhat high, motivation had the standard which is above average and job satisfaction had the standard which is below the average. So with a little improving of job satisfaction, it s possible that motivation can be very high. Therefore, in rapidly changing generation, we think that the dental technicians are actively coping with the reality of low-paying and high-working. But it's implying that anxiety for uncertain future was reflected. Furthermore, because institutional strategies for dental technicians' efficient management are insufficient in relation with policies so it's necessary the policy consideration for solve the job-unsatisfying factors actively.

        탈염과정 중 온도 및 염화칼슘이 단무지 품질에 미치는 영향

        본 연구에서는 단무지 가공초기인 탈염과정에서 온도변화(5oC, 25oC) 및 CaCl2 첨가(0.6%, w/w) 유무가 탈염 단무지의 품질에 미치는 영향을 조사 함으로서, 단무지 품질 변화를 최소화 할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 5oC에서 탈염한 경우 25oC 탈염과 비교하여 탈염기간이 증가하였으며, 특히 탈염기간 후반부에 상대적으로 탈염속도가 늦어지는 것으로 나타났다. 미생물(위생)적 측면에서 5oC 탈염이 바람직하였으며, 탈염시 CaCl2 첨가가 단무지의 총균수를 감소시키지는 않았다. pH 변화의 경우 5oC 탈염에서 감소폭이 적었고, 색깔의 경우 탈염기간 동안 전반적으로 큰 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 조직감(굳기)은 5oC에서 CaCl2 처리하지 않고 탈염한 단무지에서 변화(감소)가 가장 적었으며, 25oC, CaCl2 처리한 탈염단무지에서 가장 큰변화(감소)가 나타났다. 미세구조를 관찰한 결과, 탈염과정에서 CaCl2 처리 시 공극이 커져 구조가 상대적으로 엉성해 짐을 확인하였으며, 온도차에 의한 미세구조차이는 육안으로 구별할 수 없었다. 관능검사결과, 조직감 측면에서는 CaCl2 처리하여 탈염한 단무지를 다소 선호하였으나 비처리시료와 유의적 차이는 나타나지 않았다. This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of temperature (5oC & 25oC) and CaCl2 (0.6%, w/w) on the quality properties of salted radish (SR) during desalting period (DP). DP of SR at 5oC was increased by comparison with that of SR at 25oC, and desalting rate of SR at 5oC was reduced greatly at the end of the DP. In viewpoint of hygiene, desalting process of SR at 5oC was better than that of SR at 25oC, and the addition of CaCl2 did not decrease the number of total microorganism. Changes in pH of SR at 5oC were smaller than those of SR at 25oC. There were a little color changes of SR. There was the smallest changes in firmness of SR, which was not treated with CaCl2 at 5oC, and the most significant changes in firmness has occurred that the SR treated with CaCl2 at 25oC. Scanning electron micrographs of SR treated with CaCl2 showed many large holes. Sensory properties showed that there is no significant difference between the texture of SR treated with CaCl and not treated.
