Purpose: This study aimed to analyze factors that influence the job satisfaction of physical therapists working in hospitals. Methods: The study was done using a self-administered questionnaire associated with job satisfaction, which was completed by 352 physical therapists working in hospitals. Results: The average job satisfaction score was 3.16. Sub-items scores for job satisfaction were higher for overall satisfaction (3.21) and lower for job satisfaction of achievement (3.12) than the average score. Job satisfaction of subjects showed statistically significant differences with regard to differences in sex, marriage, type of hospital, year of total career, type of patients and motivation level (p<0.05). The average job stress score was 2.38. The sub-items of job stress consisted of problems pertaining to physical environment (2.28), job demand (2.54), job autonomy (2.31), social support (2.14), job instability (2.36), organized management system (2.44), inner motive (2.24), and job culture (2.26). Multiple regression analysis revealed that job satisfaction became significantly lower with increasing levels of job stress. Conclusion: These results suggest that the job stress of physical therapists is closely related to their job satisfaction. An effort to reduce job stress may be helpful in improving the health and quality of life of physical therapists who work in hospitals.
제동 강성감 향상 인자에 대한 해석 및 검증에 관한 연구

Conventional brake system was used for passenger cars and SUV for a long time. However, the high performance brake system has strongly required because of increase of engine power and customer's favorites etc. In this paper, a new high performance brake system for Europe was proposed. For this system, the high performance caliper and disc were newly developed. The superiorities of the developed high performance brake system were verified via heat capacity, hydraulic stiffness, corrosion and harsh braking mode test. Also, the high performance caliper and disc for the light-weight were applied to AL-Alloy and can obtain the weight reduction effect of 2.9 kg per vehicle. Finally, a developed high performance brake system is expected to be used for realization of the high performance at the same platforms.

Composite material is very attractive because it has excellent mechanical property and is possible to lightweight due to the low density. However, composite material is less used compared to other systems in the chassis system because it is very hard to solve NVH problem when composite material is applied to vehicle. Especially, reducing squeal noise of composite brake system is essential to apply it to vehicle successfully. In this paper, we present a new solution to reduce squeal noise of composite brake system. To achieve this goal, we analyze main causes of noise using RCA (Root Cause Analysis), CA (Contradiction Analysis) and sequentially get IFR (Ideal Final Result) to solve the problem. Next, we define the function of composite brake system and derive control factors and noise factors. A variety of tests for factors like chamfer, slot, damping shim, underlayer of brake pad are done. In addition, we analyze level of contribution for control factors theoretically. Finally, we get the effective solution for reducing squeal noise.

The luxury car market has been steadily growing for the last 10 years and it might keep expanding in the future. Furthermore, it is expected to be a very competitive market because luxury cars are considred to reflect the technology level of motor companies. For this reason, it is very important for motor companies to improve performances of luxury vehicles. However, it takes years for the companies to increase the technology level for the high performances. In this paper, we aim to analyze the technologies for high quality brake perfomances through investigation of two luxury vehicle models and develop a new high performance brake system. First, we found out a variety of effective factors for the high performances. Second, we conducted the brake performance analysis to figure out the relationship between brake effort and brake feeling. Finally, we develped the new brake system using carbon ceramic composite materials to satisfy the high quality brake performances.

Recently, there is a big issue of downsizing on brake system according to fuel efficiency and regenerative braking cooperation control. Especially, small cars have improved in a variety ways such as electric vehicle and smart car compared to previous small cars. So, small brake system is strongly required in the car industry. A new small brake system for light compact vehicles was proposed in this paper. For this system, the solid type disc and caliper were newly developed. And the important design factors were considered to reduce brake size. First, we calculated the temperature rise of disc through heat capacity formula and CAE analysis. Second, we analyzed the housing and carrier stiffness of caliper to select the reasonable condition. Finally, the superiorities of the developed brake system were verified by heat capacity, consumption liquid level, braking feeling, judder, wear test and regenerative braking cooperation control analysis. A developed brake system is expected to be useful for brake system of light compact platform.

The recent excavations of the Peng ? cemetery at Hengshui 橫水, Jiang Prefecture 絳縣 and Ba ? cemetery at Dahekou 大河口, Yicheng Prefecture 翼城縣 in southwestern Shanxi provide valuable information on the development of regional polities there led by the state of Jin 晉 in the Western Zhou period. This study examines various issues on the excavations critically, especially pointing out that the previous scholarships on the nature of the two polities, Peng and Ba, toward Jin, the feudal state of Zhou in the region, have been obsessed with the dichtomy of “independence” or “subordination.” Instead, focusing on the unbalance and exception of the funerary practices in the two Dahekou tombs (M1 and M1017) of Ba rulers, this study suggests the ambivalence of the regional Ba and Peng polities. This ambivalence seems to have signified the process of the assimilation from the pro-Shang indigenous polities to the regional polities under the Zhou realm. Therefore, it is more evident to propose the role Jin, the feudal state of Zhou, played for overseeing the neighboring polities such as Ba and Peng in southwestern Shanxi.

Most scholars working on the Western Zhou consider its late period as the time of decline. As for the reason, they note the alienation between the royal house and feudal states caused by the weakening of the “Lineage Law” (zongfa 宗法) and “Fengjian” 封建 systems. However, the late Western Zhou warfare inscriptions such as the Zuobo ding clearly show that the royal house maintained strong military ties with feudal lords even in the late Western Zhou period. The general understanding of their estrangement followed by the royal decline seems to contradict with their strong military alliance documented in the late Western Zhou warfare inscriptions. This inconsistency cannot be understood well in the dichotomy between the royal house and the feudal lords which has been prevailed in the theoretical studies of the Western Zhou state. Rather, the new conceptual division between the "Zhou Polity" (Zhoubang 周邦) and the “Others” (Tabang 他邦) could be a new vista to explain the contradiction. The consciousness of the “Zhou Polity” increasingly shared by the royal house and the feudal states must have motivated their strong military ties against the “Others” even in the late Western Zhou when the authority of the king was already in decline.

In the process using a variety of hazardous chemicals such as semiconductor or LCD process, hydrochloric acid, hydrofluoric acid, such as harmful chemicals have been discharged into the exhaust gas. In general, in order to remove these exhaust gases, used a scrubber unit at the last stage. The wet scrubber of the scrubber units is makes a droplet through the nozzle by applying pressure to the liquid and the droplets are contacted at suspended gas flow so that suspended dust are collected, and is a device that can also be removed at the same time toxic gases. The wastewater from the wet scrubber in semiconductor process is not only harmful chemicals in the course of recycling, the fluorine compounds are highly concentrated. These fluorine compounds have devised a scrubber wastewater treatment by coagulation and filtration process using alum because it can adversely affect the human health. 94.5% of the fluoride was removed from the coagulation process, ecological toxicity was reduced to zero, the turbidity was removed by filtration to 99.4%.
