전기자극이 성견 골결손부에 매식된 임플란트 주위조직의 치유에 미치는 영향

Several experimental studies showed that the application of small amounts of electric current to bone stimulated osteogenesis at the site of the cathode and suggested that electrical currents promote osseointegration around dental implants. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of direct microcurrent to endosseous titanium implants placed in bone defects. The right and left 2nd, 3rd and 4th mandibular premolars in ten mongrel dogs (15Kg of weight) were extracted. One monthe later, Ti-machined screw type implants(3.8 mm diameter x 8.5 mm length, $AVANA^{(R)}$, Ostem) were placed in surgically created circumferential defect area(width 5mm, depth 4mm). The implants were divided into three groups according to the treatment modalities: Control group- implants without electrical stimulation; Experimental group I- implants with allogenic demineralized freeze dried bone grafting; and Experimental group II-implants allogenic demineralized freeze dried bone grafting and electric stimulation. The animals were sacrificed in the 4th and 8th week after implant placement and un-decalcified specimens were prepared for histological and histometrical evaluation of bone-implant contact ratio (BIC) and bone formation area ratio (BFA) in defect area. Some specimens at 8 weeks after implantation were used for removal torque testing. Histologically, there was connective tissue infiltration in the coronal part of defect area in control and the experimental group I, whereas direct bone contact was found in the experimental group II without connective tissue invasion. Average BIC ratios at 4 weeks of healing were 60.1% in the experimental group II, 47.4% in the experimental group I and 42.7% in the control. Average BIC ratios at 8 weeks after implantation were 67.6% in the experimental group II, 55.9% in the experimental group I and 54.6% in the control. The average BFA ratio was 84.0% in the experimental group II, 71.8% in the experimental group I and 58.8% in the control at 4 weeks, and the BFA ratios were 89.6% in the experimental group II, 81.4% in the experimental group I and 70.5% in the control at 8 weeks after implantation. The experimental group II showed also significantly greater BIC and BFA ratios compared to the control and the experimental group I (p<0.05). The removal torque values at 8 weeks after implantation were 56 Ncm in the experimental group II, 49 Ncm in the experimental group I and 43 Ncm in the control. There was a statistically significant difference among 3 groups (p<0.05). These results suggest that electrical stimulation improve and accelerate bone healing around endosseous titanium implants in bone defect.
시작점 버퍼를 이용한 체인코드 기반의 영상복원 알고리즘

체인코드 표현으로부터 영상을 복원하는 빠른 방법을 Cai, Chang, Shih 등이 제안하였다. 이 방법들은 연속하는 두 체인코드의 방향정보를 해석하여 참조표를 만들고, 이를 이용해서 영상을 복원한다. 그러나 이 참조표는 영역의 시작지점과 끝지점이 하나로 표시되어 구별하기 위해서는 추가적인 처리가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 참조표의 표시점을 영역의 시작점과 끝점으로 구분할 수 있는 방법과 이 시작점에 해당하는 좌표를 시작점버퍼에 저장하여 복원시 모든 영역을 주사하지 않고 영역의 시작지점에서부터 순차 주사하는 빠른 영상복원 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 또한 제안한 참조표를 Chang이나 Shih의 방법에서처럼 y 축 분할표를 만들 때 적용할 경우에도 순차정렬 과정의 데이터 량이 반으로 줄어든다. Fast algorithms for restoration of images based on the chain codes description are proposed by Cai, Chang and Shih These algorithms restore images using a look-up table based on two contour direction codes connected to the current tracing point. However, in the look-up table, since the starting point and the ending point of x-direction filling for each scan line are assigned as one marking point, an additional processing is needed to distinguish these points for each scan line. In this paper, we propose a new table which separates the marking points into the starting point and the ending point. The proposed algorithm is faster than conventional methods because it scans only objects using a buffer for storing starting points instead of scanning all the region of image. When we apply this algorithm to a y-axis partition table method, the sorting number of to be sorted m the table can be reduced almost a half.

Nowaday, Seoul subway has been playing an important role among public transportation. The number of Passengers of Seoul subway(line1~line4) is more than 4.5 million per day on average according as public transportation ratio is reached to 35% in Seoul. In preparation for a more dense operation of trains and increasing railroad transportation capacity at line 2, we developed equalizing spacer that compensate a drop of electric pressure on Overhead Contact Wire System In this paper, we reviewed the drop of electric pressure by feed extension and equalizing spacer(background of product development, design, production, performance test).

최근 멀티미디어 데이터를 효율적으로 전송하기 위한 연구가 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 이 중에서 인터넷 방송은 다양한 멀티미디어 데이터를 인터넷을 통해 동시에 많은 고객들에 전송하는 기술이다. 인터넷 방송과 같은 대용량의 멀티미디어 데이터를 전송하기 위해서는 효율적인 데이터 전송방법이 필요하다. 일대일 전송방법인 유니캐스트 방식의 단점을 극복하고 멀티캐스트 방식의 대안으로 응용계층 멀티캐스트 애플리케이션(application)인 오버레이 멀티캐스트(overlay multicast) 방식에 대한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷의 망 환경이나 물리적인 개선의 필요 없이 응용 프로그램만으로 구현이 가능한 오버레이 멀티캐스트에서의 트래픽 에이전트 시스템에 관해 분류하고 고찰하였다. Recently, studies for effective multimedia data delivery have been widely performed. Among those researches, internet broadcasting is a technology to transmit various multimedia contents to variety of costumers on the internet simultaneously. To deliver large scale multimedia data such as internet broadcasting, efficient data delivery method is required. Therefore, technologies based on the overlay multicast of application larger multicast application are actively studied as an alternative for multicast overcoming shortcoming of uni-cast based technologies, which we one to one transmission methods. In this paper, we classify and study on the overlay multicasting for internet broadcasting, which can be implemented by application programs without modification in physical layer of the internet.

본 논문의 목적은 타이어에 각인 되어 있는 DOT 코드 문자를 효과적으로 추출하는데 있다. 기존의 DOT 문자 인식 방법에서는 카메라와 조명에 의한 2차원 영상에서 DOT 문자 추출을 시도하였는데, 타이어는 DOT 문자와 배경이 동일한 색상이고, 조명에 민감해서 DOT 문자의 추출이 용이하지 않았다. 그래서, 본 논문에서는 타이어의 DOT 문자를 조명에 거의 영향을 받지 않는 3차원 레이저 스캐너를 이용해서 획득하고, 획득된 영상에서 높이 값 정보를 추출했으며, 추출된 높이 값 정보를 가진 영상에 패턴 인식 기법을 적용하여 DOT 문자를 효과적으로 추출할 수 있었다.

Many of facial feature extracting applications and systems have been developed in the field of face recognition systems and its application, and most of them use the eyes as a key-feature of human face. In this paper we show a simple and fast eye detection algorithm for embedded systems. The eyes are very important facial features because of the attribution they have. For example, we know the darkest regions in a face are the pair of pupils, and the eyes are always a pair and parallel. Using such attributors, our algorithm works well under various light conditions, size of face in image, and various pose such as panning and tilting. The main keys to develop this algorithm are the eyes’ attribution that we can usually contemplate and easily find when we think about what is the attribution that the eyes have. With some constraints of the eyes and knowledge of the anthropometric human face, we detect human eye in an image, and the experimental results demonstrate successful eye detection.
