본 연구는 특수교육대상유아의 문제행동에 대한 통합어린이집 교사들의 관점을 알아본 것이다. 이를 위하여 통합교육 상황에서 특수교육대상유아와 일반유아를 함께 교육한 경험이 있는 8명의 교사들을 대상으로 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 연구결과 면담에 참여한 대부분의 교사들은 첫째, 심층면담 참여 교사 대부분 특수교육 대상 유아의 문제행동을 장애로 인한 것이라 보는 관점을 가지고 있었고 문제행동 지도에 소극적이고 문제행동에 대한 원인을 생각하고 개선하려는 의지를 강하게 나타내지 않았다. 둘째, 교사들은 특수교육대상유아가 보이는 문제행동의 원인에 가정교육이 관계가 있다고 보기도 하였다. 셋째, 면담을 한 대부분의 교사들은 특수교육 대상유아들이 인지에 어려움을 가지고 있어서 언어적인 교육법보다는 신체를 통한 지도가 더 효과적이라는 생각을 가지고 있었다. 넷째, 교사들은 특수교육대상유아의 문제행동 지도에 또래와의 상호작용이 도움이 된다고 보기도 하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 특수교육대상유아에 대한 문제행동 개선에 대하여 교사들이 좀 더 적극성과 자신감을 가질 수 있는 방안이 연구될 필요가 있음을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 또한 교사들의 특수교육대상유아들의 문제행동 개선에 대한 기대감을 높이고, 이들이 효과적으로 문제행동을 개선할 수 있는 방법들에 관한 연수도 필요하다. 이를 위해서는 특수교육대상유아들의 문제행동의 원인을 다양한 시각에서 살펴보는 연구도 이루어져야 할 것이다. The purpose of this study is to explore perspective of inclusive nursery teachers on challenging behavior of children with Special needs. For this purpose, in-depth interview conducted by targeting 8 teachers who had experience of having educating children with special needs. As a result of this study, first, most of the teachers participated in this interview had a perspective that in identifying a cause of challenging behavior was an outcome of disability. Second, they has a perspective that challenging behavior of children with special needs is due to lack of appropriate education from their parents. Third, in teaching challenging behavior of children with special needs, recognizing an importance of peers, they had a perspective that support by peers and non verbal support is an effective teaching method. This study implies teachers of inclusive nursery schools require a perspective of observing challenging behavior of children with special needs by abandoning a preconceived notion for disability and they are also required to exert their effort to teach those children by composing appropriate human, educational environment under their belief that children with special needs could be changed.

원격대학 군인학습자의 유연한 온라인수업(On-Flex Teaching)모형 학습경험에 관한 연구

Military learners at distance universities are complaining of many difficulties in the process of taking initiative and participating autonomously and actively in learning. In this study, the results were derived through phenomenological analysis through FGI to determine the meaning and essence of the online teaching experience experienced by military learners in classes using the on-flex teaching model. As a result of the analysis, the meaning of ‘on-flex teaching model’ to military learners is, first, ‘self-responsible learning’ by securing autonomy over class burden based on the flexible course system; Second, an ‘autonomous learning process’ that overcomes time constraints and builds learning confidence; Third, ‘learning that enables reflective thinking’, which involves looking back on one’s actions, thoughts, and experiences and expanding one’s thoughts through self-evaluation and SPBL learning processes; Fourth, ‘a learning environment that can improve the quality of learning’ by experiencing class immersion, such as focusing on class without “lectures” and searching for more materials on one’s own, and digesting it with one’s own knowledge; Fifth, it was found to be an ‘effective support system that confirms the individual learning process’ for efficient participation in learning activities in a work-parallel learning environment. This study explores the meaning of self-direction through a qualitative analysis of the meaning and essence of military learners' online class experience in a self-direction-based flexible online teaching (on-flex teaching) environment and presents action plans for smooth learning activities.
