고무튜브를 이용한 트레이닝 방법이 고등학교 학생들의 행동체력 및 신체구성에 미치는 영향

To examine the effect of the rubber tube training method to high school students' motor fitness and body composition, first grade high school students are subjected to this research. They are 36 students; 12 experimental group, 12 comparative group A, and 12 comparative B. They trained for 8 weeks four times a week(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday). The results of motor fitness and body composition changes are as follows: 1)Physical fitness (1) The experimental group shows meaningful increasing than comparative groups on back strength, grip strength(left/right), sit-ups, push-ups, agility, balance and edurance. (2) Three groups show somewhat increasing on power and flexibility, but there are no meaningful changes. 2) Body Composition The experimental group shows meaningful decrease on body fate rate(%fat) than the comparative groups. Three groups show somewhat increasing Lean Body Mass(LBM), but there are no meaningful changes.
