      • 양극산화공정 시 온도계수 변화에 따른 포어 생성의 영향

        In this paper, we present the affection of pore generation with respect to variation of temperature in the anodic aluminum oxidation(AAO) process. In conventional AAO methods for aluminum bulk sheet over 25mm, mild anodizing method with low anodizing voltage at 4oC temperature has usually been used. However, it is required to have a long processing time for mass production. In this paper, we suggested the hard anodizing method by low temperature for aluminum thin film of 1mm. Through various AAO experiments with respect to the variation of temperature, pore diameter and inter-pore(between pore and pore) distance at large area can be determined. In order to analysis the pore generation, FE-SEM was measured. Pore diameter and inter-pore distance are about 200nm and 250nm. Finally, concave nano-structures with various diameters can be successfully obtained after etching process to remove selectively AAO layer.

      • 타원함수를 이용한 455 KHz / 200 Hz 협대역 중간주파수 필터의 설계

        본 논문에서는 협대역폭을 갖는 455 ㎑/200 ㎐ 중간주파수 필터의 효과적인 회로설계 방법을 제시하였다. 이와같은 필터는 저역통과 타원함수에 의하여 규준화된 전달함수와 구성소자를 주파수 변환하고 감도가 낮은 수동 복종단 제자형 회로망으로 합성하였다. 연구결과, 설계된 필터는 공진특성과 임피던스 정합이 개선되었으며 주어진 등가회로망에 의하여 실제적인 소자값을 갖게 되었다. 또한 이와같이 개선된 필터 설계방법을 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션한 결과 기존의 필터와 동일한 주파수특성을 갖게 됨을 증명하였다. This paper presented the theoretical network synthesis on 455 ㎑/200 ㎐ IF Filter with narrow band. This filter has synthesized by the frequency trans-formation of transfer function and of constituent elements that are normalized by the lowpass Elliptic function and passive doubly terminated ladder network with lower sensitivity. As a result of this study, established filter is improved on the issue of resonance and the impedance matching, which is to have practical element values by the given equivalent networks. Thus, the established and improved fiter are verified with having the same frequency characteristics by computer simulation.

      • DNA Chip 용 마이크로 핀에 관한 연구

        The bio-micro pin has been usually used for the biochemistry analysis. The manufacturing capability of the micro-pin and the their array with the effective and low-cost way is very important and it gives great economical benefits to developers. The micro-pin is composed of the sample channel for holding the liquid with the fixed volume, the flat tip which determines the printing quality and the pin head for preventing the rotation of the pin in the holder. In this study, we have manufactured newly designed micro-pins by the wire-EDM process with special jigs, and analyzed liquid holding and printing characteristics with respect to the variation of the shape and the tip size of the micro-pin.

      • SUS 304 마이크로 와이어 직선화 처리에 관한 연구

        In the study, we have developed a straightening system for the SUS 304 micro wires that are normally used in the medical and semi-conductor fields. To apply heat to the micro wires, we introduced the direct wire heating method which generates the thermal energy by the electrical resistance of the wire itself. To avoid the deterioration of the wire surface by the environment, such as the oxidation or the hydration, the N_(2) gas was filled in the glass pipe in which the straightening process was being performed. A precision tension meter was also attached to control the tension of the wire during the heating and straightening process. In order to control the straightening process, several experimental investigations with varying the tension, the feeding velocity and the temperature (current) was carried out. As a result of experiments, we obtained the optimal processing conditions satisfying the straightness requirement of the micro wires.

      • CaCl_2 및 KCl의 平滑筋收縮에 미치는 Cobalt 이온의 影響

        CaCl_2 및 KCl에 의한 평활근 수축작용에 미치는 CoCl_2의 영향을 비교하기 위하여 마우스 적출 십이지장을 사용하여 각기 다른 농도의 cobalt존재하에서 CaCl_2(5.3mM) 및 KCl(36mM)을 첨가함으로써 나타나는 수축변화를 관찰하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. CaCl_2에 의하여 야기되는 초기회복은 cobalt 200uM 존재하에서 64%의 감소를 나타내었고 후기회복은 cobalt 100 및 200uM 존재하에서 각각 68%, 84%의 현저한 감소를 나타내었다. KCl에 의하여 야기되는 phasic 수축은 고농도(100uM)의 CoCl_2존재하에서 81%의 유의한 감소를 나타내었고 tonic 수축은 고농도(100uM) 및 저농도(50uM, 25uM)에서 각각 87%의 감소 및 33%, 30%의 감소를 나타내었다. 이상의 결과로 미루어 보아 cobalt ion에 의한 CaCl_2 및 KCl의 평활근 수축 변화는 cobalt 이온이 외부 calcium의 유입을 억제하고 이로 인한 세포 내부에서의 유리도 억제하여 세포내 calcium 농도의 변화를 나타내지 않기 때문에 평활근의 수축이 감소되어 지는 것으로 보여진다. The effect of various concentrations of CoCl_2 on smooth musle contraction induced by the addition of CaCl to calcium-free Tyrode's solution and the addition of KCl to normal Tyrode's solution was observed in the isolated rat duodenal strip at 37-38℃. The percentae changes of contraction induced by the addition of CaCl_2(5.3mM) and KCl(36mM) in the presence of CoCl_2 at various concentrations were as follows. The early stage of restoration induced by the addition of CaCl_2 to calcium-free solution was decreased by 64% in the presence of 200㎛ of CoCl_2 and the late stage of restoration was decreased by 69% and 84%, respectively, in the presence of 100 and 200uM of CoCl_2. The phasic contraction induced by KCl-addition was decreased by 81% in the presence of 100uM CiCl_2 and tonic contraction was decreased by 31%, 33%, and 87%, respectieely, in the presence of 25uM, 50uM, and 100uM of CoCl_2. These results suggest that CoCl_2 inhibits caclium influx induced by the addition of CaCl_2 and KCl.

      • DDA 연속시간 필터의 설계

        The DDA(differential difference amplifier) of new active element and the DDA differential integrator are designed. The DDA can be improved matching problems of external elements in op-amp application circuits. The design of DDA is used the tansconductance element, differential pair and 2μm design rule. In order to evaluate the performance of the CMOS DDA, we simulated the DDA voltage inverter and level shifter using the designed CIMOS DDA, Furthermore, the grounded resistor and the differential integrator is designed using the CMOS DDA and we found that its characteristics are agreed to op-amp differential integrator's.

        양극산화공정을 이용한 반사방지 성형용 나노 마스터 개발

        A simple method for the fabrication of porous nano-master for the anti-reflection effect on the transparent substrates is presented. In the conventional fabrication methods for antireflective surface, coating method using materials with low refractive index has usually been used. However, it is required to have a high cost and long processing time for mass production. In this paper, we developed a porous nano-master with anti-reflective surface for the molding stamper of the injection mold, hot embossing and UV imprinting by using the aluminum anodizing process. Through two-step anodizing and etching processes, a porous nano-master with anti-reflective surface was fabricated at the large area. Pattern size Pore diameter and inter-pore distance are about 130nm and 200nm, respectively. In order to replicate anti-reflective structure, hot embossing process was performed by varying the processing parameters such as temperature, pressure and embossing time etc. Finally, antireflective surface can be successfully obtained after etching process to remove selectively silicon layer of AAO master.

      • 펨토초 레이저와 양극산화공정을 이용한 3차원 마이크로-나노하이브리드 패턴 제작

        We developed a simple and cost-effective method of fabrication 3D micro-nano hybrid patterns. In the conventional fabrication methods of the micro-nano hybrid patterns, micro-patterns are fabricated firstly on a substrate, and then nano-patterns are formed on the micro-patterns using e-beam, hologram and nano-probe lithography. However, this methods were limited only to 2 dimensional patterns. In order to improve this dimensional limitation and process time, femtosecond laser and AAO process were used. Femtosecond laser with ultra-fast pulse speed and low thermal damage can be modified effectively a metal surface into another material. Also, AAO process can be easily fabricated nano patterns on Al surface. In this study, using the femtosecond laser as a tool of surface modification of Al thin film, several miro patterns with an amorphous layer on the Al thin film were fabricated with respect to laser intensity and scanning speed. Sequently, micro-nano hybrid patterns were fabricated by using a simple AAO process. Finally, we verified the validity of micro-nano hybrid patterns through SEM and EDS.

        정규화된 고차 inverse Chebyshev함수를 이용한 능동 필터 설계

        본 논문에서는 고차 inverse Chebyshev 함수를 이용하여 능동 RC필터로 설계할 때 최대 동적범위를 갖고, 감도가 낮은 종속연결법으로 실현하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이때, 최대 동적범위를 만족시키도록 평탄행렬에 의한 최적 극점-영점 결합과 종속 연결순서 및 이득 분배에 대한 알고리즘을 제시하였으며, 능동 RC 회로의 단점인 감도 문제를 향상시키기 위하여 부 궤환을 갖는 2차 블록과 1차 블록을 설계하였다. 제시된 설계 방법을 이용하여 규준화된 7차 inverse Chebyshev함수의 능동 RC저역통과 필터를 설계한 결과 주어진 설계 명세조건과 일치함을 보였다. In this thesis, an active RC filter using high order inverse chebyshev function is designed and the design method for cascading blocks with low sensitivity and maximum dynamic range is discussed. To have maximum dynamic range, we have proposed the simple algorithm with a pole-zero pairing, the cascading sequence by flatness matrix and optimum gain distribution for a given transfer function. And 2nd order Block is designed with negative feedback to improve the sensitivity problem which had a defect at active RC circuits. Using the suggested method, we have designed the active RC low pass filter of the normalized 7th order inverse chebyshev function, as a results, we have shown that this accord with the given specification.
