        문화.역사마을가꾸기 체험프로그램 개발방법에 관한 연구 -2005 안동 군자마을 문화.역사마을가꾸기 체험프로그램 개발과정을 중심으로-

        The purpose of this study is proposing a method of developing experience program for organizing continuous 'Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village'. Therefore, with having purpose of developing experience program which is deeply related with residents organization and architecture in the village, the researcher has participated in '2005 An-dong Gunjamaul Recreating Cultural and Traditional Village', accomplished developing experience program which can continuously manageable by residents and space and facilities which are accompanied with program. The results of this research are as follows. The developing process of experience program has four phases, selecting program, planning program, growing and changing program, and practicing and firmly establishing program. Moreover, the relationships between space planning and setting up a resident's organization and the experience program need to be considered. The things that experts have to consider are come up with three subjects. First, planning experience program with citizen participation. Second, designing experience program with spaces which will contain the programs. Third, developing programs which are accompanied with rediscover village's resources through continuous feedback.

        세입자 주거안정을 고려한 재정비촉진사업 추진에 관한 연구

        Being reach a social consensus for tenants problem occurred by urban renewal project development, up to now it leaves something to be desired, even though tenants policy have been supplemented. By the government, renewal promotion project for housing supply has expended. From the viewpoint of space, time, local condition, system, this study suggests the device of tenants residence stability in renewal promotion districts in expectation of active promotion. According to the conclusion, First, essential for being connected with exterior and interior related projects in spacial renewal promotion areas. Second, required to progress the project in phase. Third, provide a plan which to being stable the Residence of tenants with reflection of the local conditions. Lastly, in urban dimension, renewal promotion project must be reflected on a super ordinate plan institutionally.

        경관협정 활용에 의한 저층주거지 환경개선의 방향 연구

        Housing Policy is being changed quantity first strategy from government to quality one for maintenance various sustainable human housing like Environment Improving. Pilot program of Landscape Agreement of Seoul Metropolitan City is one of these new strategies for asking the prospect of Environment Improving. This study is in the range of pilot program on Environment Improving in low-rise residential area with Landscape Agreement. It suggests several things - the meaning and features of the Landscape Agreement, details during the process on pilot program, problems of the Landscape Agreement appliance in the interview of the residence, the government and the experts after program design - and the direction of improvement. This study is focused on only the beginning of the program to design setup. After this, change of residence life, community and role of managing principal is needed as follow-up study.

        서울시 주택재개발사업의 지형순응형 계획특성에 관한 연구

        It is required to arrange a development plan which is adapted to topography in hill area after institutional revision. In this respect, this study analyzed the characteristics of topographical adaptation plan with hill areas in Seoul. This study analyzed the characteristics of topographical adaptation plan on each item and on each case with review analysis for designation of redevelopment zone in housing redevelopment in Seoul. In consequence, the prominent characteristics could be found on the items of the plan like 'scenes and views', 'parks and green spaces', 'transportation and pedestrian' and 'site development'. Moreover it considered the interrelationship between forms of hill areas and the characteristics of topographical adaptation plan. Since this study is a basic research for development of the new housing model in hill areas, it is required that studies of advanced cases and adaptable possibilities related topographical adaptation plan are following.

        지속가능한 마을만들기를 위한 추진주체의 관계구도 특성 연구

        This study looks at characteristic of relation-planning of that leading agent for sustainable community building. I examined relation-planning, a detail of business and other connected business' s relation-planing according to phase of business in the case progressed at least 3 years. An organization of resident community association, opening an exclusive administration window, regular meeting of main agent, a village's master plan, civic group and expert's sustainable education and program suggestion, spread of neighborhood district are needed for sustainable community building. For Maul-mandulgi, First, establish a political method to organize a promotion conference group and operate it. Second, induce inhabitants to make a overall master plan through their opinions. Last, establish a administrative exclusive agency to offer a regular meeting and education continuously. By doing that, it is needed to make a political/administerial/ profitable environments for sustainable Maul-mandulgi.

        주변지역과의 연계를 고려한 공동주택 계획기법 연구

        The purpose of this study was to suggest the design methods of apartment house which concern about connection with surrounding area especially in Housing Environment Improvement Project's competition works. Through the 36-prizewinning samples, the design method can be classified as a course of time and the boundary of space planing. As the time passed, concerning the preexistence inhabitant's life becoming a prominent figure of design. Moreover, adapt the design into geographical features and guarantee the resident's habitability are the important design aim in the boundary of planing. In this reason, hereafter, not only concerning the physical connections but also sharing lives of preexistence inhabitant should be planned.

        The osmotic pressure is a one of the most important factor affecting stabilization of multiple emulsion in a law hours after experiment. To understand and decrease osmotic pressure between W1 phase and W2 phase, a kinds of humectants were introduced in outer water phase. As a result, Betaine and Glucose had an excellent effect reducing osmotic pressure and NaCl made W/O/W emulsion more stable than MgSO4 did when introduced in inner water phase.

        마을만들기 사업에서 주민의 역할변화에 따른 지원방안 연구*

        Maul-mandulgi’ projects are becoming increasingly necessary in that they serve as a beginning for the establishment of governance for the improvement of life environments. It is especially important, in the process of establishing governance through ‘Maul-mandulgi’ projects, to gradually empower the residents to sustain long-term ‘Maul-mandulgi’ projects. This paper will present a case analysis of the area of Doksan3-dong to analyze the changing role of residents through the phases of ‘Maul-mandulgi’ projects and the support options of the supporting administrators and specialists. At the beginning of Maul-mandulgi Project, administrators and specialists undertake the project on the site based on the Master Plan. The initiative plan should focus on the primary issue of the targeted region since neighborhood group will play the main role and lead the project once they are organized. The case analysis pointed out that a lack of understanding about the process of the Master Plan among the neighborhood group and undemocratic decision-making processes are the main causes that hinder the capacity building growth of the neighborhood group. Maul-mandulgi Project should supplement a measure to support (e.g. workshop) which will help participants to fully aware of the Master plan and lead them to make a feasible plan. Of the planning, drafter selection, drafting, execution, and operation stages of ‘Maul-mandulgi’ projects, the role of the residents is most minimized in the drafter selection stage. Because this stage is closely related to the drafting stage, it largely determines the form of resident participation. Since the operation stage is important in ensuring that ‘Maul-mandulgi’ projects do not remain short-term environment improvement projects but are voluntarily sustained by the residents, more cooperative relationship is required beginning in the planning and drafting stages.

        지속가능한 마을만들기 사업을 위한 체험프로그램 개발 현황과 운영과제 연구

        'Ma-ul-man-dul-gi' is used as a method on balanced land development. In this case, it is common that public sector is in charge of financial support and management of the project. Yet when determining the site of a project, it is generally estimated the value of regional resources rather than capacity of the resident organization or competitive power of experience program. Because of this situation, 'ma-ul-man-dul-gi' barely were continuous after the projects. Recently, 'Ma-ul-man-dul-gi' projects which are practically used confucian culture resources for the purpose of regional revitalization are increasing. But they are scarcely different from other cases when it comes to site-determination and process of the project, the concern about sustainable 'ma-ul-man-dul-gi' continues. The purpose of this study is to consider the development and the management of experience program for sustainable 'ma-ul-man-dul-gi' by analyzing the former cases of 'ma-ul-man-dul-gi' projects with experience program practically used confucian culture resources and to present a method for sustainable 'ma-ul-man-dul-gi'. As a result of case studies, it can be found that problems on the operation and the management of experience program are first, the find and the use of limited confucian culture resources, second, the limited development of experience program, third, passing over the condition on the operation and the management of experience program. In conclusion, it is presented through this study that first, the find of various and unique confucian culture, second, the characterization of experience program, third, the sense of balance considering regional conditions, fourth, drawing up the manual are required for the sustainable project.
