Knowledge Structure of Posttraumatic Growth Research: A Network Analysis

Posttraumatic growth literature has been rapidly expanding in multiple academic disciplines. Purpose of this study is to examine the knowledge structure of posttraumatic growth utilizing a network analysis. Papers published between 1996 and 2018 were searched on the Web of Science, focusing on terms related to posttraumatic growth. One thousand six-hundred and fifty-nine keywords were published 6,343 times in 1,780 papers; thus, a total of 322 keywords (5,195 appearances) were selected for the final analysis. The network analysis and network visualization tool used were NodeXL and PFnet, respectively. The keywords which appeared the most frequently were “Posttraumatic growth,” followed by “Posttraumatic Stress Disease,” “Cancer,” and “Trauma.” A total of 322 nodes have been reduced to 175 nodes and divided into a total of five groups. The five groups were “Posttraumatic Growth in Cancer, Chronic/Serious Illness, and Disability,” “Posttraumatic Growth-related Psychological Variables and Psychotherapy,” “Posttraumatic Growth in the Context of Death,” “Cognitive Mechanisms of Posttraumatic Growth,” and “Vicarious Posttraumatic Growth.” This study provides a systematic overview on the knowledge structure of posttraumatic growth by quantitatively network analysis.
클로로겐산이 함유된 피부 패치의 유용성 평가를 위한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 클로로겐산이 함유된 피부 패치를 피부에 부착하여 체지방과 체중에 미치는 변화를 규명하여, 유용성을 평가하는 것이다. 시험군 8명, 대조군 8명으로 총 16명의 대상자가 연구에 참여하였고, 연구 기간은 2020년 08월 03일부터 2020년 08월 31일까지 4주간 실시하였다. 군-간 효과검정 결과 체지방의 변화는 전체적으로 유의한 차이가 없었으나(F=4.38, p<.055), 1주 후와 4주 후 검사에서는 의미있는 변화(p<.001)가 있었다. 또한, 체중은 유의미한 차이로 시험군이 대조군보다 체중 감소가 큰 것으로 나타났다(F=9.43, p<.008). 이번 연구의 결과는 비만 관련 연구에 패치를 적용한 예비연구로써 의미가 있다고 할 수 있으며, 연구의 결과가 향후 연구될 피부 패치 연구의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. The purpose of study was to evaluate the usefulness a skin patch containing chlorogenic acid to the skin to identify changes in body fat and weight. 16 volunteers, consisting of 8 experimental groups and 8 control groups, participated in the study, and the study period was conducted for 4 weeks from Aug 03, 2020 to Aug 31, 2020. As a result of the inter-group effect test, there was no significant difference in body fat (F=4.38, p<.055), but it can be said that the experimental group had a positive effect because the difference in posterior score was larger than that of the control group. In the change of body weight, it was found that there was a significant difference in weight loss in the experimental group (F=9.43, p<.008). It will be meaningful as a preliminary study applying patches to studies related to obesity, and we hope that the results of the study will be used as basic data for research on patch materials in the future.

Purpose: To compare preoperative and postoperative ocular biometry in patients with iris-fixated phakic intraocular lens (pIOLs): Artisan and Artiflex. Materials and Methods: This study included 40 eyes with Artisan and 36 eyes with Artiflex pIOL implants. Anterior chamber depth (ACD) and axial length (AL) were measured by applanation ultrasonography (A-scan) and partial coherence interferometry (IOLMaster) preoperatively and 3 months after pIOL implantation. Results: ACD measurements after Artisan or Artiflex pIOL implantation were smaller than preoperative measurements. Specifically, the difference after Artisan pIOL implantation was -1.07±0.17 mm by A-scan and -0.08±0.08 mm by IOLMaster. The difference after Artiflex pIOL implantation was -1.31±0.15 mm by A-scan and -0.05±0.07 mm by IOLMaster. After Artisan pIOL implantation, differences in AL measurements by A-scan were insignificant (difference: -0.03±0.15 mm), whereas postoperative AL measurements by IOLMaster were significantly longer than preoperative measurements (difference: 0.12±0.07 mm). After Artiflex pIOL implantation, AL measurements by both A-scan and IOLMaster were significantly longer than preoperative measurements (difference: 0.09±0.16 mm by A-scan and 0.07±0.10 mm by IOLMaster). In the Artiflex group, differences in AL measurements by A-scan correlated with the central thickness of the Artiflex pIOL. Conclusion: ACD and AL measurements were influenced by iris-fixated phakic IOL implantation.
