In injection molding, the tool temperature has a great influence on the quality of the molded article. The appropriate temperature is determined by the molding material and the quality required for the molded part, and the important point is that the temperature should be stable. First, the tool temperature should be set in accordance with the quality required by the molded article within the range of the tool temperature conditions suitable for the material. That is, the tool temperature changes depending on the importance of the surface gloss of the molded article, shortening of the molding cycle, prevention of deformation, degree of shrinkage, ease of resin flow and the like. In order to improve practical tool technology, we propose a training model of the difficult process of tool temperature control which can be utilized in industry that design and manufacture injection mold. 사출 성형에서 금형 온도는 성형품의 품질에 큰 영향을 준다. 어느 정도의 온도가 적정한가는 성형 재료, 성형품에서 요구되는 품질에 의해서 결정되고 중요한 것은 그 온도가 안정적이어야 한다. 먼저 그 수지에 적합한 금형 온도 조건 범위 내에서 성형품이 요구하는 품질에 맞는 금형 온도를 설정해야 한다. 즉, 성형품의 표면 광택, 성형 사이클의 단축, 변형 방지, 수축 및 수지 흐름의 용이성 등의 중요성에 의해서 금형 온도는 변화한다. 실질적인 금형 기술 향상을 위해서 사출 금형을 설계하고 제작하는산업체에서 적용할 수 있는 온도 제어에 대한 애로 기술 과정의 훈련 모형을 제시하고자 한다.
Estimation of exit angle for oblique penetration using numerical analysis

When a projectile impacts on the target obliquely, unlike the vertical impact, the moving direction of the projectile changes after the projectile perforates the target. In other words, there is a change between the incident angle and the exit angle of the projectile. The difference of two angles depends on several impact conditions: The material properties and the thickness of the target, the incident angle and the initial velocity of the projectile. In particular, the incident angle and the initial velocity of the projectile are the most important factors to determine the exit angle. Therefore, in this research, the effects of the incident angle and the initial velocity of the projectile on the exit angle were studied. For the aluminum and the steel targets, the exit angles were calculated using numerical analysis by changing the incident angle from 10 to 40 degrees, and the initial velocity from 200 to 350 m/s. The exit angles calculated by changing the incident at given initial velocity are fitted to an equation. This routine is repeated by changing the initial velocity. Using these equations, the exit angle at the given incident angle and the initial velocity can be obtained without any experiment or analysis. The result of this research can be applied to generate more accurate shot lines that represent deflection due to an oblique impact, which can produce more accurate the vulnerability assessment of the combat vehicle.

대학의 고등직업교육 중심기관으로서 역할을 다하여 노동시장의 미스매치 현상과 이로 인한 기업의 신입사원에 대한 재 교육비 소요 등의 불만 요소를 해소하는 노력이 필요하다. 이러한 산업사회의 수요에 대응하는 인력개발요구 및 기계분야 산업현장 요구를 충족시키는 교육과정에 있어서 제안된 능력단위를 근거로 해서 실무형 교육과정을 개발하는 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 산업체 직무를 분석하여 영역별 요구 수준을 파악한 후, 새로운 교육과정을 개발하고, 이에 따라 전문기술인력으로 갖추어야 할 능력과 높은 성과를 창출할 수 있는 인력양성의 중요성이 증대되고, 이러한 현장중심의 교육과정 개발을 통하여 재학생들의 취업률 향상에도 많은 도움이 될 것이다. It is necessary to make efforts to resolve complaints such as the mismatch of the labor market and the re-education costs for the new employees by acting as the higher vocational education center of the university. This course introduces the case of developing a practical curriculum based on the competency units presented in the curriculum of the application system that meets the demands of the human resources development and the industrial field demands of the machinery area corresponding to the demand of the industrial society. By analyzing the job duties of industry, it is necessary to develop the new curriculum after grasping the level of demand according to the area, and the importance of the ability to equip as a professional technical manpower and to create high performance is increased. It will help to improve the employment rate of students through the development of field-oriented curriculum.
AL7075-T651 표적에 대한 7.62 mm AP탄과 5.45 mm AP탄의 관통 특성 수치 해석

The penetration analysis of the 7.62 mm bullet which is a standard bullet in NATO has been widely studied. However, the 5.45 mm bullet of the Warsaw Treaty Organization alloy has not yet. In this paper, we analyzed the penetration characteristics of an unknown bullet, 5.45 mm AP, in numerical analysis, and suggested the possibility that numerical analysis can be used as an alternative to the experimental and penetration equation. At first, we figure out the characteristics of the 2D and 3D analysis method to choose the method to analyze the 7.62 mm bullet’s penetration characteristics, and in that time, analysis results are compared with the experiment. Also, mesh size which makes better analysis result is obtained through the Mesh Size Test. Finally, the penetration characteristics of the 5.45 mm bullet are obtained by using numerical analysis without experiment. It is hard to find the 5.45 mm bullet experiment data, so the 7.62 mm bullet experiment data is used instead because it is normally used in many areas.

사출 성형 공정에서 외관 품질 문제는 대부분의 성형품에서 발생한다. 금형의 열역학적 설계 중의 하나는 어떠한 위치에서 캐비티 표면 온도가 되도록 균일하게 상승하는 것으로 수행된다. 실험적인 평가를 바탕으로 최적의 사출 성형 조건에서 성형품의 미려한 외관 품질을 위해서 캐비티 벽 온도와 다듬질 가공된 캐비티 표면이 성형품의 외관 문제를 피할 수 있는 가장 중요한 요소이다. 또한 잘못된 게이트 형식과 위치 선택은 성형품의 품질에 상당한 영향이 있어서, 각 캐비티로 부터 올바른 러너 밸런스를 유지하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 실질적으로 생산 현장에서 이행될 수 있는 사출 성형 품질을 위한 최적의 금형 설계와 실무금형 기술 능력 향상을 위해서 현장 교육을 위한 실무적인 금형기술 과정의 교육훈련 모델을 제시하였다. In injection molding process, the appearance quality issue occurs in most injection molded article. One of thermal designs for the mold was performed by increasing the cavity wall temperature with being as uniform as possible in any position. On the basis of the practical evaluation, the cavity wall temperature and finishing machined cavity surface under the optimum processing conditions are the most significant factors to avoid the appearance issue on the plastic part for a good cosmetic quality. Also, the wrong choice of gate type and location can have a considerable effect on the quality of a molded part and it`s so important to keep the correct runner balance from each cavity. We`ve proposed the education training model of the practical tool technology course for the field oriented education to improve practical tool technology ability and optimized tooling design for injection molding quality which can be performed at the workplace substantially.
