      • 위선암에서 Helicobacter pylori 독성인자와 유전자 아형의 관련성

        Purpose: The H. pylori cagA gene, vacA gene and iceA gene are considered to be important virurence factors that have been implicated in the development of gastric adenocarcinoma. It was reported that the presence of IS605 elements may be responsible for rearrangements and lead to partial or total deletions of the cag pathogenicity island (PAI) and the virulence of cag PAI may be changed. However, different results regarding the association between these virulence factors and clinical disease have been reported from different geographic regions. This study evaluated the relationship between H. pylori virulence factors such as cagA, vacA, iceA, IS605 and gastric adenocarcinoma. Materials and Methods: H. pylori isolates were obtained from 54 infected patients (24 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma, 30 cases of control). H. pylori isolates were identified by PCR with ureC gene and 16S rRNA. PCR was performed to examine cagA, vacA, iceA and IS605 genotypes. Results: Significant difference was found in the negative rates of cagA between gastric adenocarcinoma group and control ($62.5\%\;vs.\;33.3\%$ P=0.033). No significant difference was found in the prevalence of iceA, vacA between gastric adenocar cinoma and control. The genotype of cagA+ vacA s1-m1 iceA1 was predominant in H. pylori isolates irrespective of the clinical outcome. IS605 in PAI was not found in gastric adenocarcinoma gruop and control. The positive rates of IS605 in genome were $33.3\%$ in gastric adenocarcinoma group and $36.7\%$ in control (P>0.05). In gastric carcinoma, the positive rate of $cagA^{+}/IS605$ was lower than in control ($12.5\%\;vs\;40.0\%$, P=0.025) and the positive rate of cagA-/IS605 was higher than in control ($54.2\%\;vs\;23.3\%$, P=0.02). Conclusion: H. pylori virulence factors had not related significantly with gastric adenocarcinoma. Further study is needed to examine the specificity of H. pylori strains.

        과열증기처리 반탄화 추출물의 항산화 효과 검증에 관한 연구

        The antioxidant properties of the extracts from torrefied wood subjected to superheated steam treatment were investigated. Total polyphenolics, total flavonoids, DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) free radical scavenging activity, reducing power, and FRAP (Ferric reducing antioxidant power) were determined to evaluate antioxidant activity. The total polyphenol content was 879.67±40.41 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL when the extract was subjected to a temperature of 300℃ for 10 min, and 759.67±25.17 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 350℃ for 10 min. The value of at 300℃ was 15.79% higher than that obtained at 350℃. Total flavonoid content was 111.18±3.55 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min, and 80.58±2.58 ㎎/mL at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 350℃ for 10 min. The value at 300℃ was 37.97% higher than that obtained at 350℃. For the DPPH free radical scavenging activity, the highest scavenging activity was observed at a concentration of 6 g/mL. DPPH free radical scavenging activity at a concentration of 6 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min was 89.83±0.03%, whereas at 350℃ for 10 min at the same concentration, it was found to be 87.99±0.1%. The value at 300℃ was 2.09% higher than that obtained at 350℃. Reducing power was determined to be 3.59±0.04 at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min, and 2.92±0.1 at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 350℃ for 10 min. The value at 300℃ was 22.94% higher than that obtained at 350℃. FRAP was 1742±37 μM at a concentration of 25 g/mL at 300℃ for 10 min, and 1106±8 μM at a at 350℃ for 10 min. At 300℃, the FRAP value was 57.50% higher than that obtained at 350℃. Based on these results, we suggest that torrefied wood treated with superheated steam can be used in various applications because of its effective antioxidant properties.

        The autonomous vehicle control system is presented in this paper. TI1C nonlinear vehicle model with the coupled inputs is considered. In our research. using Nonlinear transformation for decoupled input And in order to design of control system, the sliding mode control system is Used. Sliding mode control system leads to chattering. To reduce chattering. the modified sliding mode control law is proposed. Proposed control law involve system error state in signum term. Simulation results show that the proposed approach is effective to reduce chattering.<br/>

        진행위암에 대한 5-Fluorouracil , Cisplatin ( FP ) 복합화학요법의 치료 효과

        N/A Background: Patients with unresectable or advanced gastric cancer require palliative systemic chemotherapy. Recently, cisplatin has been reported to be an effective agent against gastric cancer. And in vitro synergism between 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin was demonstrated in the L1210 leukemia model. Therefore we performed a phase II trial to assess the response rate and toxicity of the combination regimen with 5-fluorouracil infusion and cisplatin for patients with advanced gastric cancer. Method: Thirty-six patients with previous untreated gastric cancer and measurable diseases were treated with a combination of 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin. The regimen consisted of 5-fluorouracil, 1,000mg/m2/day, by a 12-hour continuous infusion on day 1 to 5 and cisplatin, 60 mg/m2/day, iv bolus on day 1, and the treatments were repeated every 3 weeks. Result: 1) Among 34 evaluable patients, 21 patients (62%) achieved partial responses, and the median duration of response was 5.7 months. 2) The median survival of overall patients was 8.1 months. The median survival of the responders was 9.3 months and that for nonresponders, 3.8 months. 3) Age, sex, gastrectomy, weight loss, histologic grade did not influenced prognosis. Among the performance status, 0-1 groups were more responsive to the treatment and longer survival time than 2-3 group (p<0.005). 4) Toxicites were common but well tolerated. Conclusion: A combination chemotherapy of 5-fluorouracil and cisplatin in patients with advanced gastric cancer seems to be effective and well tolerated.

        밑면격리 구조물의 지진동 제어를 위한 슬라이딩 모드 하이브리드 제어

        The control performance in active control system can be drastically deteriorated when the modeling errors and the uncertainties existing in the seismic disturbances are disregarded in the designing stage. It can even throw the system into unstable phase, resulting in out of control against the excitations. The purpose of the study is to investigate the control effectiveness and robustness for a non-linear control system called sliding mode controller in cooperation with a base-isolated system subjected to the three seismic excitations selected from the FFT analysis. In results from this study, the relative displacements in the isolated floor and story drift were reduced more than 90%. The absolute acceleration of the top floor was controlled in 54% or more, showing the enhanced controlling behaviors in comparison with Loop Transfer Recovery(LTR) method for the selected seismic excitations.

        컴퓨터 성능의 향상으로 고비용의 수행을 요하는 뮤테이션 분석 기법의 적용 가능성이 커지면서, 객체지향 프로그램을 대상으로, 특히 자바 프로그램에 대하여, 뮤테이션 분석 기법에 관한 연구가 수행되었다. 자바의 경우, 바이트 코드를 이용한다면 소스코드 없이 오류 프로그램인 뮤턴트들을 생성할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 소스코드를 이용할 때보다 뮤테이션 분석을 빨리 수행할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 하지만 현재 이러한 장점을 효율적으로 활용할 수 있는 바이트 코드 수준의 연산자는 나와있지 않다. 본 논문에서는 자바 바이트 코드를 대상으로 하는 메소드 수준의 뮤테이션 연산자를 정의한다. 개발한 뮤테이션 연산자는 소스코드 수준에서 사용자가 범할 수 있는 오류만을 대상으로 한다. 따라서 소스 코드를 대상으로 하는 뮤테이션 분석의 기능을 모두 보여주면서, 성능향상을 가져다 준다.

        회계윤리교육과 조직윤리풍토가 회계담당자의 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to suggest the ways in which accounting ethics is taught, by analyzing the effect of accounting ethics education on accountant’s organizational citizenship behavior and analyzing the effect of the organizational climates on the ethics control. Five hypotheses were generated by drawing from previous researches and multivariate regression analysis was employed to test them. 106 data collected from firms were used to test the research hypotheses. The results of the analysis showed that while the activation of accounting ethics education had negative effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, the specialization of accounting ethics education had positive effect on the organizational citizenship behavior, and the type of company interest out of the ethical climates played role as a controller between these two. This study suggests that the accounting ethics education is effective in reducing the accountant’s wrong doings and organizational ethical climates have some control effects on the organization citizenship behavior. This study also suggests that it is important to have regular and active on-the-spot education, and to improve in the materials and programs for accounting ethics education. 본 연구는 회계담당자의 조직시민행동에 회계윤리교육이 어떠한 영향을 미치며, 이러한 영향이 조직윤리풍토에 의해 어떻게 조절되는지를 분석하고자 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구변수로서 독립변수로는 회계윤리교육 활성화와 회계윤리교육 전문화, 조절변수인 조직윤리풍토는 회사이익형, 사회적 책임형, 개인 도덕형, 규정과 절차형 및 법규와 직업강령형을 사용하였으며, 종속변수로서의 조직시민행동으로 조직충성과 조직복종을 사용하였다. 분석결과, 회계윤리교육 활성화는 조직시민행동에 유의적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으나, 회계윤리교육 전문화는 유의적이긴 하나 부호의 방향이 반대방향으로 나타났으며, 조절변수는 회사이익형만 조절효과를 지니는 것으로 나타났고, 나머지 조절변수들은 조절효과를 나타내지 못하였다. 이러한 결과는 회계윤리교육이 활성화되는 경우 부정적 회계행위를 줄일 수 있으며, 조직풍토가 조직 구성원들의 의사결정과 행위에 대한 판단을 회사이익 중심으로 판단하는 문화를 지니고 있는 경우 회계윤리교육이 활성화되더라도 부정적 회계행위가 나타날 수 있으므로 부정적 회계행위를 줄이기 위해서는 법규와 규정에 따라 업무가 추진되고 평가될 수 있는 조직분위기가 조성되어야 함을 보여주고 있다.

        본 논문에서는 MUSIC 알고리즘을 이용한 RFID 시스템 구현을 위한 사전 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 현재의 RTLS(Rreal Time Iocation System)은 삼각 측정법을 이용하여 방향을 탐지하고 있지만, 제안된 방식에서는 고해상도 배열 신호처리기법인 MUSIC 알고리즘을 이용하여 방향을 찾아내게 된다. 본 논문에서는 시뮬레이션을 통하여 실제 RFID 시스템 구현을 위해 필요한 배열 안테나의 센서 개수와 센서간의 거리, 요구되는 SNR을 제시하였다. In this paper, we performed the simulations about the RFID direction finding system using MUSIC(MUltiple SIgnal Classification) algorithm. The present RTLS(Real Time Location System) usually finds the direction of Tags using trigonometric measurements, but we use MUSIC which is the one of the high resolution array signal processing technique. In the simulations, we observed the effects of MUSIC performance to obtain direction information of Tags with respect to number of array elements, the distance of array elements and SNR(Signal-to-Noise Ratio).

        대학생들의 임종진료에 대한 태도 - 안락사를 중심으로 -

        목적 : 현대는 의료의 결정단계에 있어서 환자들의 보다 적극적인 참여요구와 자신의 삶에 관한 모든 것을 조절하고 결정한다는 개인의 권리에 대한 주장이 강조되고 있다. 특히 말기 질환에 대해서는 다양한 윤리 문제들이 사회적 관심의 초점이 되고 있다. 이에 저자는 임종진료에 대한 대학생들의 태도와 의사 결정에 영향을 미치는 요인 등을 분석함으로서 말기환자 관리에 도움이 되고자 본 연구를 시행하였다. 방법 : 1997년 6월 소극적 안락사에 대한 찬반여부, 호스피스에 대한 인식도, 임종에 대한 견해 등을 대학생 450명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고 337명(74.9%)이 설문에 응했다. 결과 : 수동적 안락사를 찬성한 대학생은 213명(63.2%)이 찬성하였다. 종교가 없는 대학생에서 안락사 찬성률이 높았다(70.5% 대 56.9%, P<0.05). 호스피스를 정확히 이해하고 있었던 대학생은 48명(14.2%)에 불과했다. 호스피스를 알게된 경로로는 텔레비전 43%, 책 33.5%, 종교단체 12% 등의 순이었다. 임종장소로는 76.5%가 집을 선호했고, 임종시 배우자가 같이 있어주기를 원했으며(51.6%), 미지의 세계에 대한 두려움이 가장 컸다(41.5%). 결론 : 안락사에 관해서는 약 2/3가 찬성하였으며 호스피스에 대한 인식도는 낮았다. 죽음을 앞둔 말기환자가 남은 여생동안 인간으로서의 존엄성과 높은 삶의 질을 유지하면서 삶의 마지막 수간을 평안하게 맞이하도록 도와주는 호스피스에 대한 지속적이고 적극적인 홍보와 호스피스병원과 병상확보 등 조직적이고 체계적인 노력이 필요하다. Purpose : Today, people usually die in hospitals and institution-sterile and strange, and equipped with a complex range of technology capable of supporting and prolonging life, frequently only biological one, when a return to health and vitality is no longer possible. Consequently, 'dying with dignity' has become a slogan of opposition to useless and degrading prolongation of life when a patient's organ, though still minimally functional, can no longer support or permit the exercise of self-fulfilling personal control over life's events. Dying with dignity, however, means entirely different things to different people. This study is to investigate the college students' attitude on terminal care and passive euthanasia. Methods : During June 1997, 337 college students participated in this study by responding to the pre-made questionnaire. It deft with the attitude to passive euthanasia, hospice, the most suffering fear facing the death, the preferred place and person to be with if dying. Results : 63.2% of subjects agreed to passive euthanasia. Only 14.2.% of college students can explain the concept of hospice, exactly They got the information about hospice by TV(43%), book(33.5%), religious group(12%) in order. The preferred death place was home(76.6%) and hospital(11.9%) in order. The Most suffering fear facing the death were about unknown(41.5%), loosing colleague(13.6%), pain(11%), isolation(6.5%) in order. Conclusion : About two-thirds of college students agreed to passive euthanasia. But euthanasia is dangerous and unnecessary. We should vigorously promote programmes of education in hospice and palliative medicine and care.

        피드포워드 마찰 보상을 이용한 서보 시스템의 위치 제어

        Friction is an important factor for precise position tracking control of servo systems. Servo systems with highly nonlinear friction are sensitive to the variation of operating condition. To overcome this problem, we use the LuGre friction model which can consider dynamic characteristics of friction. The LuGre friction model is used as a feed-forward compensator to improve tracking performance of servo systems. The parameters of the LuGre friction model are identified through experiments. The experimental result shows that the tracking performance of servo systems with higherly nonlinear friction can be improved by using feed-forward friction compensation.
