        한국의학도서관(韓國醫學圖書館)에 있어서의 도서선택방법(圖書選擇方法)에 관한 연구(硏究) -인용문헌(引用文獻)의 계수(計數)와 분석(分析)을 중심(中心)으로-

        The purpose of this study is to make a contribution to the effective management of medical literature in Korean libraries and specifically to help to select medical books and periodicals by determining the value and life of medical literature by means of citation counting and analysis. This report will present methods of calculation and data collection to measure the importance, half life of medical literature and the authority of author for Korean medical libraries. The writer conducted comparative studies based on data covering a two-year period, 1970-1971, using about 16,899 citations in 1,032 articles of the above journals. The references and citations are counted and analyzed by the number of authors, periodicals. books and publication dates. By the following ratio. calculated by the citation counting and analysis, we can decide the rates of medical periodicals to books, foreign literature to domestic literature and literature of the most numerously cited. authors, for the selecting method of Korean Medical libraries. (1) It is disclosed that 61 main authors are cited 9 times. Most of them are Western authors, they are cited 14,374 times which represents 88.6 % of the total citations. (2) The cited medical literature is classified as follows: The ratio of cited medical periodicals to the cited medical books is 82.0%. (The books at a rate of 18.0%.) Therefore, the wnter concentrated the efforts on the analysis of periodicals. (3) Classification of the periodicals by countries indicates that about 11.2% of total citations are made from Korean medical literature. The medical activities in Korea are dependent on the advanced foreign countries at ratio of 88.8%. Of the foreign medical periodicals cited, Japanese literature represents only 4.5% while literature of European countries and America constitutes 84.3%. (4) If medical journals are arranged in order of decreasing productivity of articles on a given subject, they may be revealed that it is necessary to have 98 titles of key journals to cover 60% of information in the field of medical science and 60 titles for an average of 50%. (5) For the purpose of measuring the life of medical literature in Korea, the writer has calculated the half lives of periodicals and books as follows: Kinds of Literature 1. Periodicals 2. Books 3. Whole literature Half-lives 7.75 years 4.11 years 6.37 years (6) The half lives of domestic and Japanese literature in the medical science are comparatively short.

        심한 하악골 파괴를 동반한 화농성 육아종

        Pyogenic granuloma is a overzealous proliferation of a vascular type connective tissue as a result of some minor trauma and is a well circumscribed elevated, pedunculated or sessile benign inflammatory lesion of skin and mucous membrane. The clinical features of pyogenic granuloma are indicative but not specific and nearly all cases of pyogenic granulomas are superficial in nature, and there is little if any mention in the literature of these lesions producing alveolar bone even jaw bone loss. This case is somewhat unique in that the lesion was an obvious histologic pyogenic granuloma; however, it appeared to invade the mandibular bone which resulted in the loss of the adjacent teeth. A 12-year-old boy came to Seoul National University Dental Hospital with chief complaints of left facial swelling. The features obtained were as follows; Plain radiograms showed a large well-circumscribed radiolucent lesion on left mandibular ramus area, which made severe expansion of lingual cortex and displacement of lower left 3rd molar tooth germ. Computed tomograms showed large soft tissue mass involving left masticator space with destruction of left mandibular ramus. Histologically, sections revealed loose edematous stroma with intense infiltration of inflammatory cells and proliferation of vascular channels. Also, there were focal areas of extensive capillary proliferation, bone destruction and peripheral new bone formation.

        모바일콘텐츠서비스의 Flow경험과 재구매 의도에 관한 실증연구

        Mobile contents service is one of major research issues as individualized service model in ubiquitous computing. The purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship of user attitude and flow experience between antecedents of mobile contents service and repurchase intention based on technology acceptance model (TAM). This study combined mobile contents characteristics with the original model of TAM, including flow experience as mediating variable. 300 survey data were collected from the users which utilized mobile contents service. Structure Equation Model (SEM) analysis shows that perceived usefulness and ease of use in original TAM model were the factors affecting user attitude and flow experience using mobile contents service. However, mobile contents characteristics is not significant to user attitude, but is significant to flow experience. Flow experience was founded as a key factor on increasing the repurchase intention, having higher path coefficient than user attitude.

        생태주의 미학의 가능성 : 미디어아트 작품을 중심으로

        생태주의 담론은 근대 이후 산업화로 인하여 가속화된 자연의 파괴에 대해 경각심을 일으키며 자연에 대한 인간의 지배를 정당화하는 인간중심주의가 생태학적 위기의 근저에 놓여있음을 보여주었다. 환경과 생태에 대한 입장들이 인식시킨 새로운 이해는 일상의 삶 속에서의 인식과 실천을 변화시켰고 다양한 문화콘텐츠에서도 중요한 주제의식으로 등장해 왔다. 그러나 인간에 의해 인공물로서 만들어지는 예술은 생태와 생태성에 대한 인식을 내재화 하고 생태학적 변화를 추구하는 실천적 활동으로 제시되더라도 인공물로서의 특성을 가질 수밖에 없는 한, 자연과의 연결성 회복이라는 주제에 적합한지에 대한 의문과 긴장을 부담으로 안게 된다. 이 논문은 예술과 과학사이의 접점에서 실험되고 있는 미디어아트에서의 생태주의적 시도들을 중심으로 하여 생태 미학의 가능성을 논하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 우선 20세기 말 등장한 ‘환경주의 미학’이 보여주는 새로운 이해가 무엇이며 한계는 무엇인지가 다루어질 것이다. 환경 미학으로부터 생태 미학으로의 전환을 논하기 위하여 생태주의 일반이 수용하는 관점이 무엇인지를 논하고 이를 바탕으로 미디어아트에서의 생태성을 다루는 작품들이 생태주의 관점에서 어떻게 평가될 수 있을지를 논하려 한다. Discourses on ecology have thrown light on the fact that anthropocentrism, which justifies human control of nature, lies at the root of the ongoing ecological crisis, promoting awareness on the destruction of the environment that has accelerated due to industrialization from the modern era. New perspectives centered on the environment and ecology continue to bring positive change to people’s mindsets and behaviors and inspire diverse genres of culture. However, all artworks in effect are manmade products, and this raises the inevitably burdensome question of whether they fall in line with the subject of “restoring the bond with nature” even if they are based on the realization of the importance of ecology and practical activities aimed at promoting ecological changes. This paper seeks to discuss the possibilities of ecological aesthetics centering on ecologically conscious experimental attempts in media art, which border on both art and technology. To this end, this paper first delves into new interpretations, as well as limitations, of the “environmental aesthetics” that have emerged from the end of the 20th century. In order to highlight the transition from environmental aesthetics to ecological aesthetics, this paper highlights the perspectives generally encompassed by ecology and moves on to deal with ways to evaluate media art pieces themed around ecological nature from an ecological viewpoint.

        영화가 어떻게 가부장적 사고방식을 생산하고 유지시키는가에 대한 비판은 서구의 여성주의자들에 의해 다양하게 제시되어 왔다. 이 점에 대한 핵심적 논의는 영화가 남성의 응시를 기반으로 만들어지고 있으며 그러한 관점에서 여성은 보여지고, 대상화되고, 소비되는 역할을 한다는 것이다. 이 논문은 ‘남성적 응시’라는 용어로 비판되는 가부장적 시선이 한국의 문화적 특수성 하에서 어떻게 구성되어 있으며 한국 영화가 한국의 여성을 어떠한 방식으로 대상화하고 소비하는가를 설명하려는 목적으로 쓰여졌다. 논문의 전반부는 성리학의 강력한 영향력 하에서 남성적 시선 혹은 세계관이 어떻게 구성되어 있으며 그것의 철학적 기반이 무엇인지를 다루고 있다. 그 다음으로, 그러한 철학적 혹은 이론적 기반이 전통적인 시각 매체 안에서 어떻게 드러나는가를 논의했다. 끝으로 90년대 후반의 한국 영화 가운데 여성을 주요 인물로 다루고 있는 몇몇 영화가 어떻게 남성적 시선을 유지하고 있는가를 분석하였다. 남성적 시선에 의해 표현되고 규정되는 여성의 이미지가 한국 영화를 계속해서 지배한다면, 그러한 영화들은 현실의 여성들에게 영화 속의 인물들과 동일시함으로써 자신을 재구성하도록 작용할 것이다. 그러한 문제점을 비판하고 극복하는 데 이 논문이 하나의 가능성을 제공한다고 생각한다. Visual media(photography, film, television, etc.) have expanded tremendous influence over contemporary Korean society. This is especially true with film, which offers viewers diverse accessibility through movie theaters, television, the Internet, and so on. From a feminist point of view, film has possibility to help raise the consciousness about women's problems to all of Korean society. However, film can also produce and reproduce the patriarchal ways of thinking that have long existed in Korean society. Western feminist film theorists have criticized the ways film can reproduce patriarchal points of view in terms of 'male gaze' in the context of western culture. They have criticized film itself and film industry for its consistent focus on the male gaze; therefore, women are used, viewed, and objectified in films. This article primarily concentrates on the philosophical explanation of the structure of patriarchal ways of thinking in the context of traditional Korean culture. In order to articulate the male dominated vision, I deal with Neo-Confucian thought, which has had an important effect on Chosun until today. Then, I have analyzed how the male-dominated thought is combined with visual expressions. Finally, in the last part of this article, I have pointed out that in Korean films of the late 1990s, male desire and male point of view designs the female characters found in Korean films. Thus, those films reinforce a male-dominated way of seeing the world. If the male point of view continues to dominate Korean films, women in the film industry will continue to serve the male vision, and women in the real world may identify themselves with those distorted images. I believe that this article can show one possibility to criticize and solve the problem of male-dominated vision.

      • 임상미술치료가 결혼 이주여성의 정신건강과 문화적응 스트레스 완화에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 이중문화 스트레스를 받고 있는 결혼 이주여성에게 임상미술치료 프로그램을 실시해 문화적응스트레스, 정신건강의 호전과 우울 감소, 삶의 질과 자아존중감 향상시키는 연구이다. 대상은 서울의 B다문화센터, 경기도 남양주시의 P다문화센터에 결혼 이주여성들이며 임상미술치료를 실시한 실험군 12명과 대조군 10명인 총 22명으로 구성하여 2012년 3월부터 6월까지 주 1회 매회 60분씩 총 12회기를 실시하였다. 측정도구는 정신진단검사, 문화적응 스트레스척도, Beck의 우울척도, 삶의 질을 사용했으며 임상미술치료의 실시 전과 종결 후에 자아존중감 그림검사(SEDS)와 만다라 그림검사를 실시하였다. 본연구에서 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN 15.0 프로그램을 사용하였다. 임상미술치료 실시 결과는 임상미술치료가 결혼이주여성의 정신건강 수준과 문화적응 스트레스, 삶의 질, 우울수준에 미치는 영향에 대해 살펴 본 결과 양적 분석에서 유의미한 효과가 입증되었다. 또한 결혼이주여성의 자아상 수준은 실험군이 대조군에 비해 높게 나타났고, 통계적으로도 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 결론은 임상미술치료가 결혼이주여성의 정신건강호전과 문화적응스트레스완화, 삶의 질 향상, 우울정도 감소, 자아존중감 향상에 긍정적인 효과가 있었음을 알 수 있었다.(임상미술치료학연구 2013;8(2):38-45) This study examines the impact of a clinical art therapy program on marriage migrant women suffering from dual culture stress, by improving their culture adaptation stress and mental health, reducing depression and enhancing their quality of life and self-worth. The subjects of this study were marriage migrant women of Seoul B Multi-culture center and Gyeong Gi Province Namyangjoo City P Multiculture center. The total 22 subjects were divided into two groups, the experiment group (12 women) that received clinical art therapy and the control group (10 women) that did not receive clinical art therapy. Clinical art therapy was carried out once every week from March 2012 until June 2012, a total of 12 session, lasting 60 minutes each session. Psychognosis test, culture adaptation stress measure, Beck`s depression scale, quality of life were used as measurement tools and SEDS and the Mandara drawing tests were carried out before and after clinical art therapy. The data collected from this study were analyzed using the program SPSS WIN15.0. Clinical art therapy results show that clinical art therapy was quantitatively significant in enhancing the mental health, culture adaptation stress, quality of life and levels of depression on marriage migrant women. In addition, the self-ego levels of the marriage migrant women were higher in the experiment group rather than the control group and showed a statistically signifi cant difference. In conclusion, clinical art therapy had a positive infl uence on improving the mental health of marriage migrant women, relieving culture adaptation stress, enhancing their quality of life, decreasing their degree of depression and enhancing their self-worth.
