상호운용적 제조지능화를 위한 OPC UA 기반 데이터 애널리틱스 모델 표현 방법

Manufacturing intelligence necessitates interoperable data and model exchange so that machines seamlessly collect and share their data to create and use data-driven models for predictive planning and control. Open Platform Communications Unified Architecture (OPC UA) has become a powerful standard for data interoperability, and has been extended to various industrial sectors through publishing OPC UA companion specifications with collaboration of industrial consortiums. However, companion specifications for the interoperability of data analytics models have not been released yet. The present work proposes an OPC UA-based representation method for the data analytics models formalized by Predictive Model Markup Language (PMML), an XML-based language for interchanging data analytics models. This article includes: definition of mapping rules between PMML and OPC UA, design of OPC UA information models compliant with PMML, and implementation of a server-client prototype that publishes and subscribes two OPC UA model instances transformed from PMML-based regression and neural network models.
스마트공장을 위한 빅데이터 애널리틱스 플랫폼 아키텍쳐 개발

While global manufacturing is becoming more competitive due to variety of customer demand, increase in production cost and uncertainty in resource availability, the future ability of manufacturing industries depends upon the implementation of Smart Factory. With the convergence of new information and communication technology, Smart Factory enables manufacturers to respond quickly to customer demand and minimize resource usage while maximizing productivity performance. This paper presents the development of a big data analytics platform architecture for Smart Factory. As this platform represents a conceptual software structure needed to implement data-driven decision-making mechanism in shop floors, it enables the creation and use of diagnosis, prediction and optimization models through the use of data analytics and big data. The completion of implementing the platform will help manufacturers: 1) acquire an advanced technology towards manufacturing intelligence, 2) implement a cost-effective analytics environment through the use of standardized data interfaces and open-source solutions, 3) obtain a technical reference for time-efficiently implementing an analytics modeling environment, and 4) eventually improve productivity performance in manufacturing systems. This paper also presents a technical architecture for big data infrastructure, which we are implementing, and a case study to demonstrate energy-predictive analytics in a machine tool system.

In manufacturing industries, the intelligence, autonomy and interconnectivity of manufacturing objects, and the adaptiveness in dynamic changes have been recognized as desirable objectives; however, they were hard to implement. Recently, the convergence of the advances in information and communication technology is making it possible to implement those objectives, called Smart Manufacturing (SM). Of these SM technologies, Cyber-Physical Production Systems (CPPS) will be considerably one of the most-advanced technologies because CPPS envisions dynamic and autonomous capabilities through mirroring physical and their cyber manufacturing objects in real-time. These capabilities match with the aim of Holonic Manufacturing Systems (HMS) in terms of autonomy and cooperation, thereby making HMS re-highlighted as a control architecture of CPPS. This paper presents the development of a data and model-interconnected holonic control architecture that especially considers the synchronization with a big data infrastructure and a data analytics environment. The present work aims at providing : 1) a predictive process-planning mechanism with the connection of manufacturing data and decision-making models, and 2) a systems integration environment for opening the information about intelligent manufacturing objects. The goals of the present work are to increase intelligence and interconnection, which are the major performances pursued by CPPS.

Captopril, an angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, has been used increasingly for the treatment of hypertension and glomerulonephritis with proteinuria. Not only are they efficacious but the incidence of serious adverse effect with ACE inhibitors is similar to that with placebo. Hut they have been rarely associated with serious adverse effect such as agranulocytosis or pancytopenia. A 58-year-old man undergoing peritoneal dialysis for end stage renal disease secondary to chronic essential hypertension was admitted because of sore throat and abdominal pain. The patient has taken captopril, nifedipine and furosemide for fifteen months. Seven days before he was admitted, sore throat, skin rash on the right lower leg were noted. On admission, CBC revealed pancytopenia. The captopril was discontinued and all other medications remained same. Pancytopenia and skin rash improved completely in eight hospital days. We report a case of severe captopril-induced pancytopenia with a review of literature.
