There is a phenomenon that the consumers from all over the countries are using the Korean online shopping malls, which has settled as a distribution industry. To get the attention of the consumers from other countries, the marketing strategy is important in order for the online shopping malls to go advance abroad. The purpose of this study is to overview the Pinterest, which is a shopping-oriented Social Network Service (SNS) based on the image content. The Pinterest is a valuable online shopping mall marketing channel. By looking at the background growth and feature of service, the existence of the mega SNS as a center in the social business is to see how Pinterest is targeting a niche market. As a result of this study, Pinterest has the advantage against other SNS for joining with online shopping malls because a tendency of the traffic referrals from Pinterest is increasing and the average of the cost of the purchase is high. Therefore, this study is reflecting various cases of utilizing the online shopping malls. In conclusion, Pinterest represents an illustrative case of effective marketing channel of the online shopping malls.

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT OF A MANDIBULAR SECOND PREMOLAR WITH THREE SEPARATE ROOT CANALS

Mandibular premolars show a wide variety of root canal anatomy. Especially, the occurrence of three canals with three separate foramina in mandibular second premolars is very rare. This case report describes the root canal treatment of an unusual morphological configuration of the root canal system and supplements previous reports of the existence of such configuration in mandibular second premolar. 하악소구치의 근관형태는 매우 다양하다. 특히, 근단공까지 분리주행하는 세 개의 근관을 갖는 하악 제 2소구치 는 매우 드물다. 본 증례는 하악 제 2소구치의 드문 근관형태를 기술하고, 상기 치아들에서 본 증례와 같이 세 개의 근관이 존재한다는 이전의 연구들을 뒷받침하고 있다.

대용량 원심분리기와 DifferexTM system을 병용한 효율적인 정자분리법 개발

It is very important to get the single profile from the male offender’s sperm cells for the verdict of courts in the sexual crimes. The efficiency of differential extraction is depend on the ratio of male sperm’s DNA vs female victim’s epithelial cell DNA. Differential extraction for the sperm cell separation is the most time consuming procedure in the forensic biology. There are many ways to automate that procedure, but there are also some possibilities of sperm cell loss and insufficient exclusion of epithelial cells. In this report, we have studied batch process method to facilitate the centrifuge process of differential extraction, even though not using automation. Eppendorf large scale centrifuge 5810 has been used to increase the sample handling capacity. And We have used adjustable spacer multichannel pipette to increase the throughput. In addition, we used DifferexTM system to prevent dropping down of test quality when using the multichannel pipette. In conclusion, We have reduced the labour and hand-on time and enhanced the quality of result in sexual crime DNA analysis, by using large scale centrifuge, multichannel pipette and DifferexTM system at the same time all together. 범죄 사건은 정자세포에서 남성의 단일 DNA 프로필을 확보하는 것이 사건 해결 및 재판 결과에 중요한 영향을 미친다. Differential extraction의 효율은 정자 분획에서 상피세포의 DNA 양을 얼마나 줄이는지와 정자세포로부터 남성 DNA를 얼마나 회수 할 수 있는지에 달려있다. 정자 분리를 위한 Differential extraction 과정은 법생물학 분야에서 시간과 노력이 가장 많이 투입되는 과정이다. 이를 해결하기 위한 자동화 방법들이 개발되어 있지만, 과정 중에 정자세포가 손실되거나 많은 양의 상피세포의 DNA가 존재하여 결과에 영향을 미치는 등 자동화에 따른 단점이 있을 가능성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 Differential extraction 과정 중 원심분리작업을 효율화하기 위해, 자동화 시스템을 도입하지 않으면서도 일괄 처리 할 수 있는 방법을 연구하였다. 먼저 Eppendorf사의 대용량 원심분리기 5810을 사용하여 한 번에 취급할 수 있는 샘플의 수를 늘렸고, 또한 파이펫 작업을 효율적으로 수행하기 위해 팁 사이의 간격이 조절되는 멀티채널 파이펫을 사용하여, 파이펫 작업을 효율화하였다. 이때 다수의 샘플을 한 번에 취급할 때 발생하는 감정의 질 하락을 방지하기 위해, DifferexTM system을 같이 사용함으로써 감정의 능률과 감정의 질을 같이 높일 수 있었다. 결론적으로 대용량 원심분리기와 멀티채널 파이펫 그리고 DifferexTM system을 조합하여 사용함으로써, 노동력과 전체작업시간을 줄이면서 감정 결과의 질은 오히려 좋아지는 결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
