This study was designed to suggest a landscape agreement in order to effectively preserve historical and cultural landscapes at this point of time when many landscape agreements are being concluded for landscape management, to analyze landscape management methods according to the problems of comprehensive and widespread landscape agreements and landscape types and to generalize landscape agreement contents. To begin, sustainable and practical landscape management plans that local people can themselves participate and carry out were proposed, based on historical and cultural landscape preservation guidelines extracted from the consideration of domestic and foreign cases about landscape management by citizen autonomy and participation. The guidelines considered what regional residents would follow by themselves, as well as what should be considered with regard to the accessibility and symbolism of a building's appearance and external spaces designed with the motif of historical and cultural landscapes. The guidelines also pay attention to the maintenance management of outdoor advertisements and facilities in order to maintain a pedestrian-friendly street environment which pursues designs in harmony with the existing historical and cultural landscapes. In addition, the recommended guidelines that are considered less important,are restricting the sizes of buildings, encouraging maintenance management of the details and external spaces to hide building facilities and block them from being exposed and including information about the use of nature-friendly materials, and the management of neon signs in the landscapes and lighting time during the night. These results demonstrate that local residents need to improve the landscapes and change their consciousness by themselves to maintain the historical and cultural landscapes with a sense of tradition.
중학교 자유학기제도를 통한 산업보안 진로교육 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

2013년 시범적으로 도입된 자유학기제는 2016년도부터 모든 중학교에서 전면 실행되었다. 중학교 자유학기제는 학생들의 꿈과 진로탐색을 목적으로 학생 참여형 수업으로 교과목 활동과 자유학기 활동으로 구분되어 진행된다. 자유학기 활동 중 교과목과 연결된 다양한 직업군의 활동이 논의 되고 있지만 중학교 산업보안 교육의 발전 방향에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 또한 교육부 지원으로 교사, 학생, 학부모에게 진로에 관한 다양한 정보를 제공하는 진로사이트에서는 진로와 학과 분야 모두에서 산업보안에 대한 정체성이 확립되지 않았다. 이에 본 연구는 자유학기제에 대한 전반적인 이해와 함께 현재 교육부가 운영하는 진로체험망에서 산업보안 키워드 분석을 통하여 진로교육 현황을 살펴보고 산업보안 교육이 활성화 될 수 있는 추진전략을 모색하였다. 본 연구의 분석결과, 중학교 자유학기제를 통한 산업보안 진로교육 활성화를 위해서는 진로전산망을 통한 산업보안 분야 활성화, 산업보안 교육 프로그램 개발, 산업보안 전문 강사 양성 및 배치, 그리고 산업보안 진로체험 지원시스템 구축이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. The free semester system, introduced on a trial basis in 2013, has been fully implemented in all middle schools since 2016. The free semester system for middle school students is divided into subject activities and free semester activities with the purpose of students dream and career exploration. While the activities of various vocational groups linked to subjects during the free semester are discussed, studies on the industrial security career education in middle schools are hard to find. In addition, the career sites that provide diverse information on career path for teachers, students and parents with support from the Ministry of Education have not established any program regarding industrial security. This study aims to look at the status of career education by the analysis of keywords for industrial security in the career experience network currently operated by the Ministry of Education and in-depth interview with career education teachers, students and parents, and industrial security experts. Based on such analysis, this study attempts to figure out a comprehensive understanding of the free semester system and to explore strategies for promoting industrial security education. The results of this study found that the activation plan for industrial security education requires the industry security education through career network, development of industrial security education program, training and placement of professional industrial security lecturer, and establishment of support systems for experience in industrial security.

Background/Aims: Because preoperative diagnosis of xanthogranulomatous pyelonephritis (XGP) is difficult, due to its similarities to other renal diseases, the diagnosis is made postoperatively in most cases. The purpose of this study was to describe the clinical findings in 11 patients with histologically documented XGP. Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the characteristics, laboratory and radiological findings, preoperative diagnoses and operative methods of 11 patients with XGP, who underwent a surgical procedure or percutaneous renal biopsy. Results: Among eleven patients, nine had flank pain and six had anemia. Preoperatively, three patients were diagnosed as XGP, two with renal cell carcinoma, two with renal tuberculosis, one with renal abscess, one with perirenal abscess, one with renal staghorn calculi with non-functioning kidney, and one with pyelonephrosis. On the basis of the computed tomography (CT) features, the diffuse or global forms (70.0%) were more common than the localized or focal forms (30.0%). One patient diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma preoperatively was diagnosed as XGP through an intraoperative frozen section renal tissue biopsy and underwent partial nephrectomy. One patient diagnosed as focal XGP underwent percutaneous biopsy of the renal mass, which confirmed the diagnosis. This patient received treatment with only antibiotic therapy. Conclusions: CT can be considered the preferred diagnostic tool for the evaluation of XGP; however, percutaneous renal biopsy seems to be valuable in selected cases for differential diagnosis of renal malignancy. The Nutcracker syndrome refers to compression of the left renal vein between the aorta and superior mesenteric artery, which results in renal vein and left gonadal vein varices, hematuria, and left flank pain. Here, we report a case of biopsy-proven membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis with radiologically documented Nutcracker syndrome. The patient presented with generalized edema for several months. In order to evaluate isomorphic hematuria, we performed computed tomography (CT), which showed Nutcracker syndrome. A renal biopsy revealedmembranoproliferative glomerulonephritis, Type I. In conclusion, inadults with Nutcracker syndrome that involves severe proteinuria, the possibility of combined glomerulonephritis must be considered. (Korean J Med 2011;81:111-115)
신 기후변화 시나리오 SSP에 근거한 남한의 여름배추 재배지 변동 예측

신 기후변화 시나리오 SSP5-8.5에 따르면 연평균기온은 현재 대비 미래 전반기에 +1.8°C(±0.1°C) 상승하며, 기온의 상승 추세가 강해지는 미래 후반기에는 +7.3°C(±0.4°C) 상승할 것으로 전망되고 있다. 남한은 이미 여름배추를 재배하기 적합한 지역이 급감할 것으로 예측되고 있으나, 온실가스 배출 정도의 영향이 포함된 SSP 시나리오를 적용하여 구체적인 재배지 변동과 면적을 예측할 필요성이 있다. 관측값 기반의 현재 평년과 미래전망 자료의 10년 단위 월별 기후 평균값 분포를 남한 전역에 대해 30~270m 해상도로 추정, 지리 좌표값이 내장된 전자기후지도에 적지 판별 기준 범위별로 가중치를 부여하여 중첩 분석하였다. 생육 기간은 6~8월로 설정하였고, 재배 적성 평가 기온은 3개월 동안의 평균 기온을 기준으로 하여 재배 적지(21°C 미만), 재배 가능지(21~23°C), 재배 부적지(23°C 이상)로 평가하였다. 배추 결구 적온 기준은 6월 평균 기온 15~17°C로 평가하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미래 재배지 변동 예측도를 작성하고 면적 변동을 분석하였다. 이 결과는 기후변화에 대응한 재배지 이동, 재배관리 등 영농의사결정 수단과 수급정책 수립 등에 활용될 수 있다.
