When the ground fault on the power side occurs on distribution system interconnected with distributed generations, the abnormal current is generated in the neutral conductor by the connection type and the iron core structure of transformers for the interconnection of distributed power supplies due to the unbalanced voltage of the system, and subsequently the false operation of the protective relay on the load side occurs. Herein, this paper proposes the method to correct errors in the phase current to prevent the false operation of the protective relay by applying p-q theory and presents the simulation result of the error correction algorithm using PSCAD/EMTDC.

The study analyzed problems by iron core structure of the three phased transformer on asymmetric three phase lines, which included line disconnections, ground faults, COS OFF, and unbalanced loads on the power distribution system. In particular, by analyzing PT combustion cases within the MOF, the study was able to analyze the combustion cause of the core-type transformer and its effect on the system, conduct simulations and practice demonstrations on the characteristics for each iron core structure of the three phase transformer using PSCAD/EMTDC, and suggest measures to prevent the combustion of the core-type transformer.

변압기 입찰방식이 TOC(제작원가+손실비용) 평가방식으로 변경되어 제조업체간 과다경쟁으로 변압기의 안정성 보다 효율성 위주로 제작하고 있다. 경제적으로 변압기 관리하기 위해서 안정성과 효율성을 모두 고려해서 최적의 설계 포인터를 찾아야 한다. 본 논문에서는 PSCAD/EMTDC 소프트웨어를 이용하여 재료의 물리적인 특성값(비열, 밀도, 고유저항)과 구매시방서에서 제시된 손실값을 연결하고, 철심의 자속밀도와 코일의 전류밀도를 6개 유형별로 모델링하여 변압기의 안정성과 효율성에 대한 특성을 분석하였다.
분산형 발전고객의 OCGR오동작 및 과부족 계량에 대한 사례연구

The paper shows the analysis of operating conflict of OCGR trip events and metering errors in the photovoltaic generation, wind generation distributed generation customers with no defect of the distributed generation facilities, which are connected to 22.9 ㎸ distribution lines. To analyze problems with metering errors and OCGR fault event, a power Quality analyzer and PSIM program were used to test the field and to simulate in Sun-Cheon photovoltaic generation and Seo-Cheon photo voltaic generation customers. With the trial distribution line, the result of analysis was verified to prove with the same situation of the actual field. This paper suggests short term and long term countermeasures of OCGR fault events, analysis of over and shortage of metering errors in distributed generation customers.
