본 연구는 동아대학교 자연과학 분야에서의 교수-학습 관리에 대한 학생들의 만족도를 조사하였다. 본 연구는 교육과정 내용, 교수-학습 관리, 교수자의 성격, 학습 환경, 평가 및 성적 산출 등 다섯 가지 핵심 요소에 중점을 두었다. 성별, 학년, 학과에 따른 만족도 차이를 적절한 통계 기법과 도구를 사용하여 비교하였다. 양적 연구 방법을 활용하여 설문을 실시하고 응답을 분석하였으며, 결과를 해석하였다. 데이터 분석에는 SPSS(Statistical Package for the Social Sciences)를 사용하였고, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차, 문항-목표 일치도 지수(IOC), 신뢰도 분석(Cronbach’s alpha), 독립표본 t-검정, 일원분산분석(ANOVA), 그리고 사후 검정을 위한 Scheffé 검정 등의 통계 기법을 적용하였다. SPSS는 IBM에서 개발한 데이터 관리 및 고급 분석, 통계 분석을 위한 도구로, 다양한 연구 분야에서 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구는 동아대학교 자연과학대학 학생들의 교수학습 관리에 대한 만족도를 평가하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 주요 결과: 1. 남학생과 여학생은 전반적으로 동일한 수준의 만족도를 보였다. 2. 1학년 학생들은 3학년 학생들보다 학습 환경과 평가 방식에 대해 더 높은 만족도를 나타냈다. 3. 대부분의 학과 학생들은 유사한 만족도를 보였으나, 반도체학과 학생들은 생명공학과 학생들보다 교육과정에 대한 만족도가 낮았다. 수학정보학과 분석: 수학과에 대한 전반적인 만족도는 다른 학과와 유사하였다. 그러나 다른 학과에서도 교육과정에 대한 낮은 만족도가 나타났기 때문에, 수학과의 교육과정에 대한 만족도는 더 면밀히 검토할 필요가 있다. 수학과 개선 방안: 수학과의 개선 방안은 세 가지 주요 단계로 구성된다. 1. 학생들로부터 자세한 피드백을 수집하여 교육과정의 부족한 부분을 파악한다. 2. 교수법을 개선하고 학습 자료를 최신화한다. 3. 1학년 학생들을 위한 맞춤형 지원 및 멘토링을 강화한다. This study aims to evaluate the students’ satisfaction with the management of teaching and learning in the Department of Natural Sciences at Dong-A University. Key Findings: 1) Boys and girls were equally satisfied. 2) First-year students were more satisfied with the learning environment and how they were graded than third-year students. 3) Students in different departments were mostly equally satisfied, but those in the Semiconductor Department were less satisfied with the curriculum than those in the Biomedical Department. Analysis Department of Information Sciences and Mathematics: The overall satisfaction with the Mathematics Department is similar to that of other departments. However, the satisfaction with the curriculum content should be looked at more closely, especially because lower satisfaction levels in the curriculum within other departments. Improvement plan for Mathematics Department: The improvement plan for the Mathematics Department includes three main steps. 1) gather detailed feedback from students to identify any gaps in the curriculum. 2) improve teaching methods and update learning materials. 3) offer more personalized support and mentoring for first-year students. This study investigates students’ satisfaction with the management of teaching and learning in the Natural Sciences at Dong-A University. It focuses on five key aspects: curriculum content, teaching and learning management, Instructor’s personality, learning environment, and assessment and evaluation. The research compares satisfaction levels based on gender, year of study, and department using appropriate statistical methods and tools. Quantitative methods were applied to conduct the survey, analyze responses, and interpret results. The data were analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences), incorporating statistical techniques such as percentages, means, standard deviations, Index of Item-Objective Congruence (IOC), reliability analysis (Cronbach’s alpha), independent samples t-test, one-way ANOVA, and Scheffé’s post hoc test for pairwise comparisons. SPSS, developed by IBM, is widely used for data management, advanced analytics, and statistical analysis in various research domains.
