정신질환자 가족의 심리교육에 대한 기초요구도 조사 -스트레스를 중심으로-

본 연구는 스트레스에 초점을 맞추어 정신질환자의 가족을 대상으로 한 심리교육 프로그램의 형식, 내용 등의 기초요구도를 조사함으로써 정신질환자 가족의 스트레스를 경감시키고 환자의 안녕을 꾀하는 데 그 연구목적을 둔다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 구조화된 질문지를 통하여 서울시와 경기도에 소재하는 병원, 정신보건센터, 복지관, 특수학교 등에서 정신과의 입원 경력이 있거나 치료 중인 환자의 가족 101명의 자료를 분석하였다. 이 연구결과를 통해 얻어진 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 정신질환자 가족들은 가족 내 정신질환자로 인한 스트레스 정도가 보통인 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 정신질환자의 특성, 정신질환자 가족의 특성에 따라 스트레스 정도가 다르게 나타난다. 셋째, 정신질환자 가족이 주로 사용하는 주요대처방법은 문제중심 대처방법이다. 넷째, 본 연구의 대상이 되는 정신질환자 가족은 절반 정도가 심리교육 프로그램에 참여해 본 경험이 없다. 다섯째, 정신질환자의 가족이 원하는 심리교육 프로그램의 형식은 요구에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. This research has an intention of alleviating the stress from the family of the mentally-illed patient and serving the peace of the patient, by focusing on the stress and the coping method with it on the basis of the theoretical standpoint of said psychoeducation, and by inquiring into the basic needs, such as the necessity, the form and the contents, etc. of the Psychoeducational Program for the family of the patient. In oder to accomplish this intention, the data were collected through the structured self-administrated survey from the 101 family members of the patients who are being treated at present or have ever been in the psychiatric ward, hospitals, public mental health centers, public welfare office and special schools, located in Seoul and Gyeonggido. The conclusions, resulted from the above analysis, are as follows: Firstly, the stress that the family members of the mentally-illed patient get due to the patient inside the family, was common. Secondly, according to the characteristic of the patient and the characteristic of his/her family members, the degree and the contents of the stress were different. Thirdly, the coping method that the family members of the patient use, was analyzed by being divided into the emotion-focused and the problem-focused one. As a result of it, the problem-focused one was more preferred. Fourthly, more than the half of the family members of the patient who are the subject of this research had no experience in participating in the psychoeducational program. Fifthly, the form and contents of psychoeducational program were different according to the demands of patient's family members.

In the Marine insurance, cansation refer to the relation between cause and effect that extracts effects of other facts and conditions from some causes of facts and condition in sea.<br/> Causaction required Marine Insurance Act(MIA) decided liability of the insurer on the precondition of the establishment of fact.<br/> In order to decide the liability of the insurer, partion regarding their liability of specfied perils limited conditions such as Icc(B), Icc(C) and liability of comprehensive perils, fuller condition like Icc(A).<br/> Under liability of comprehensive perils, the burden of loss proof falls to the insurer. The insurer should cover total loss caused during the period insured against. Therefore, the assured does not need to prove the decisive couse of a loss but only to prove the fact that the loss has been occured the period covered by the insured against. The insurer should prove that the loss has been included in risks peril clauses.

Purpose : This study was performed to evaluate the characteristics of rat mesenchymal stem cells (RMSCs) transduced with human ferritin gene and investigate in vitro MRI detectability of ferritin-transduced RMSCs. Materials and Methods: The RMSCs expressing both myc-tagged human ferritin heavy chain subunit (myc-FTH) and green fluorescence protein (GFP) were transduced with lentiviurs. Transduced cells were sorted by GFP expression using a fluorescence-activated cell sorter. Myc-FTH and GFP expression in transduced cells were detected by immunofluorescence staining. The cell proliferative ability and viability were assessed by MTT assay. The RMSC surface markers (CD29+/CD45-) were analyzed by flow cytometry. The intracellular iron amount was measured spectrophotometically and the presence of ferritin-iron accumulation was detected by Prussian blue staining. In vitro magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) study of cell phantoms was done on 9.4 T MR scanner to evaluate the feasibility of imaging the ferritin-transduced RMSCs. Results: The myc-FTH and GFP genes were stably transduced into RMSCs. No significant differences were observed in terms of biologic properties in transduced RMSCs compared with non-transduced RMSCs. Ferritin-transduced RMSCs exhibited increased iron accumulation ability and showed significantly lower T2 relaxation time than non-transduced RMSCs. Conclusion: Ferritin gene as MR reporter gene could be used for non-invasive tracking and visualization of therapeutic mesenchymal stem cells by MRI.
