본 논문은 실리콘고무 실관 고분자 격막을 이용하여 N₂-SO₂가스 혼합계중의 SO₂가스 분리를 위한 순수 및 혼합 가스의 투과에 대해서 연구하였다. 특히 관의 입구 가스 유속과 압력 강하에 대한 상관 관계의 이론식과 실관 외부 즉 shell측의 길이와 cut변화에 대한 SO₂가스 농도 구배 관계식을 이용하여 실험결과와 비교 검토한 결과 SO₂가스의 투과도는 분압의 변화에 대단히 민감한 반응을 보이며 실리콘 고무는 SO₂가스에 대해 선택성을 가지고 N₂와 SO₂가스의 혼합계에서는 cut를 parameter로한 모세관의 길이에 대한 shell측의 SO₂가스 농도 구배가 이론식과 잘 일치하였다. This work is a study on the permeation of sulfur dioxide gas from nitrogen-sulfur dioxide gas mixture through the silicone rubber hollow fiber membrane. Especially, the object of this study was to compare the experimental data with the theoretical model about the relation between axial pressure loss and the inlet flow rate and on the composition profiles of sulfur dioxide gas in the shell side according to the distance of the hollow fiber under parameter cut change.
Permeabilized Paracoccus denitrificans의 탈질 특성연구

탈질화 균주인 P. del1itrific$\alpha$m를 유지용매인 툴루엔요로 permeabilization 처리하논데, 툴루엔의 농도와 처려시간에 따 른 영향을 관찰한 결과 폴루엔의 농도에 비례하여 permeab bilization 처리는 잘 이루어지지만 일정농도 이상의 툴루엔 농도에서는 세포벽으로부터 탈려련 단백질의 denaturation에 툴루엔이 사용됨을 확인하였다. Permeabilization 처리된 P. denitrficans는 미쳐려 균주보다 우수한 탈질능력을 보였고, 반복탤칠 처리시에는 처리균주와 미처리균주 공히 초기 활 질처리 시간보다 짧은 시간 내에 같은 농도의 칠산생 칠소를 처리하는 경향음 보였다. 3-4회의 반복탈질처리 후 침산성켈 소 농도와 영양물켈을 초기농도로 회복시켜주었올 경우, 같은 속도와 경향으로 탈칠처리 하는 능력을 보였다. The removal of nitrogen compounds from waste water is essential and is often accomplished by biological process. The denitrifying bacterium, Paracoccus denitrificans (KCTC 2530), was employed to study the characteristics and the denitrification differences of Permeabilized strains and untreated strains. The permeabilization rate increased with increasing toluene concentration, but some part of the toluene contributed to denaturing the datachment of proteins from the plasma membrane. Permeabilized Paracoccus denitrificans had long lag phase and high specific growth rate in cultivation, and showed excellent denitrification characteristic compared with untreated strains. But, in both cases, the denitrification ability was significantly reduced after 4 or 5 denitrifications. It seems that the strains fall into the death phase when the nutrient was exhausted. When the nutrient recovered to its initial level, the denitrification ability also recovered to the normal level. The results obtained were encouraging enough to apply to practical water treatment situation.

This review highlights the ontogenesis and the differentiation of motor neuron in spinal cord, and introduce the survival motor neuron(SMN) which is associated with growth and survival of motor neurons. The differentiation of floor plate cells and motor neurons in the vertebrate neural tube appears to be induced by signals from the notochord. This signal is Sonic hedgehog(Shh). The early development of motor neurons involves the inductive action of Shh. The SMN gene is essential for embryonic viability. SMN mRNA is also expressed in virtually all cell types in spinal cord, including large motor neurons. The SMN protein is involved in RNA processing and during early embryonic development is necessary fer cell survival. Two SMN genes are present in 5q 13 in humans: the telomeric gene(SMNt), which is the SMA-determining gene, and the centromeric analog gene(SMNc). The majority of transcripts from the SMNt gene are full length but, major transcripts of the SMNc gene have a high degrees of alternative splicing and tend to have little or no exon 7. The SMN is involved in the RNA processing(the biogenesis of snRNPs and pre-mRNA splicing), the anti-apoptotic effects, and regulating gene expression.
수축-이완과 수동신장 기법의 단기 적용이 슬괵근의 길이 적응에 미치는 영향

Objectives: Few studies have reported on the flexibility of the hamstrings resulting from variable stretching method, and little studies of length adaptation at 1 day after intervention. Methods: Fifty-four healthy a woman in her twenties with no history of musculoskeletal or neurogenic disorder volunteered for this study. Subjects were randomly assigned to either a contract-relax group or a passive stretching group. Methods: Hamstring flexibility was measured with a sit and reach test(SRT) (RF-D18; SPC) before, immediatly after interventions, and 1 day after interventions. Results: Flexibility scores for participants in each of the groups significantly increased from pre-interventions to immediate and 1 day after interventions. However, the length of 1 day after interventions was shorter than immediate length after interventions. Difference in length between immediate and 1 day after interventions was some shorter in the contract-relax group versus the static group but, not significantly. Conclusions: The results of this study suggest that a contract-relax is an effective length adaptation of hamstring muscles by 1 day after intervention.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the errors in elementary school children's English diaries: to help teachers to understand the students' difficulties in learning English, and to discover effective methods for English writing education. The results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the main types of error were the mixing of Korean and English in the assembled sentence, the overlapping of verbs, word order error, omission of subject, and omission of the verb 'to be.' Second, the types of error according to the students' learning ability levels were various. Those students who were high in English proficiency showed more over-generalization errors than others. Those students of middle ability showed both transfer and over-generalization errors. The errors of the lower ability students stemmed from avoidance. Third, the changes in error types over time were from avoidance and transfer to over-generalization in sequence. The analysis of this study leads to the following suggestion: grammar needs to be taught at the higher grades in elementary schools to avoid the 'fossilization' of writing errors. Finally, effective methods must be developed to implement these changes.

Luis Barraga´an harmonized regional characteristics of Mexico, an architectural trend of his period, and an architectural perspective of his own in his work. In other words, his architecture was affected by the environmental factors such as time and region, and he demonstrated his artistic view combined with those factors. Therefore, this study on his architecture should be preceded by the studies about the cultural, regional, and historical surroundings and his contemporaries he shared his fife with. Luis Barraga´an is recognized as a critical regionalist who established the modem Mexican architecture, and this study will focus on the backgrounds where his architecture was originated, the factors which affected his architecture, and how he reflected those factors into his works.
