        간호대학생의 자기효능감, 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함, 진로정체감이 전문직관에 미치는 영향

        The purposes of this study was to identify relationship among self-efficacy, incivility, career identity and professionalism in nursing students. The subjects were 320 junior and senior nursing students from four colleges in Gyeonggi-do. As a result of the study, the average self-efficacy was 3.90 points, incivility was 2.36 points, career identity was 2.64 points, and nursing professionalism was 3.63points. Professionalism of nursing students was positively correlated self-efficacy, career identity, but nursing professionalism was negatively correlated incivility. The predictors on nursing professionalism were self-efficacy, incivility, career identity and rudeness. These variables have explanatory power of 16.3% on nursing professionalism. Therefore, specific strategies are needed to reduce the rudeness experienced in clinical practice and change in the curriculum to increase the career identity of nursing students. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 임상실습에서 경험한 무례함, 진로정체감, 전문직관을 확인하고 관계를 파악하기 위해 시도하였다. 연구대상자는 간호학과에 재학 중인 학생으로 임상실습의 경험이 있는 320명이며, 자료는 구조화된 자기기입식 설문지로 조사하였다. SPSS Win 18.0을 사용하여 t-검정, ANOVA, Pearson's 상관분석 및 다중회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 자기효능감은 평균 3.90±.51점(6점 만점), 임상실습시 경험한 무례함은 평균 2.36±.84(5점 만점), 진로정체감은 4점 만점 중 2.64±.51점, 전문직관은 3.63±.46(5점 만점)으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 전문직관은 자기효능감, 진로정체감과 양의 상관관계, 임상실습시 경험한 무례함과 음의 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 간호대학생의 자기효능감, 무례함, 진로정체감은 전문직관에 유의한 영향요인으로 나타났으며 설명력은 16.3%였다. 이에 간호대학생의 진로정체감을 높이기 위한 교육과정의 변화와 임상실습에서 경험하는 무례함의 줄이기 위한 구체적인 방안과 전략이 필요하다.

        지역사회 재가 노인과 시설 노인의 성공적 노화 영향요인

        The purpose of this study was to examine the degree of successful aging and to investigate influencing factors of it in community-dwelling and institutionalized Korean elderly. Subjects were 98 institutionalized elderly and 95 community-dwelling elderly. The data was analyzed using SPSS Win 18.0 program for X2 test, Pearson"s correlation coefficients and hierarchical regression analysis. The degree of successful aging was 2.46(±0.50) and 3.09(±0.43) in institutionalized and community-dwelling elderly, respectively. The correlated factors of successful aging among institutionalized elders included depression(r= −.384, p<.001), IADL(r= −.225, p=.026), parent-child relationship(r= −.696, p<.001) and spouse relationship(r=.364, p<.001). Those of successful aging among community-dwelling elders included depression(r= −.484, p<.001), parent-child relationship(r=.429, p<.001) and spouse relationship(r=.396, p<.001). Parentchild relationship, spouse relationship and exercise were statistically significant influencing factors, explained 57.5% of successful aging in institutionalized elderly. In the cases of community-dwelling elderly, depression, parent-child relationship, spouse relationship, chronic disease and smoking were statistically significant influencing factors, explained 44.7% of successful aging. This study suggests that nursing intervention strategy considering the impact factors for successful aging in the community dwelling elderly and institutionalized elderly are needed. In particular, social support through the participation of adult children and spouses should be considered in enhancing the successful aging in Korean elderly.

        통합 캠프에서 참가자와 장애 아동과의 긍정적 상호 작용 변화에 대한 질적 연구

        본 연구에서는 통합 캠프를 통하여 장애 아동에 대한 비장애 아동, 교사, 봉사자의 상호작용이 긍정적으로 변화한 과정을 밝히고 이것이 특수교육에 시사하는 바를 제시하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 통합 캠프에 지속적으로 참여한 대상자들의 면담 자료와 자료집을 중심으로 관점의 변화가 일어난 시점을 시기별로 나누어 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과를 살펴보면 초기 통합 캠프에서는 장애 아동에 대한 상호작용이 편견과 이해 부족으로 인한 일방적 상호작용이 주로 나타났다. 그러나 여러 해 통합 캠프를 거치면서(**<표 4>M어린이집 통합캠프 현황(1999년~2009년) 참조), 이러한 상호작용에 대한 자각과 반성을 통한 인식 전환의 과정을 거쳐 장애 아동에 대해 있는 그대로의 모습을 인정하고 동등한 인격체로서 상호작용이 이루어지는 관계로 변화되었음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과가 특수교육에 시사하는 바는 장애 아동의 통합 교육을 위해서는 사회 전반적으로 장애 아동에 대한 인식 전환이 필요하다. 또한 특수교육의 장을 지역사회로 확장하고 통합 교육에 종사하는 사람들 간에 공유되는 가치관과 철학을 정립해야 한다는 것이다. This study examines the evolving process of positive interactions between children with disability and non-disabled children teachers, and volunteers in a 10-year integrated camp. By investigating the qualitative changes of the interaction, the paper analyzes its implication in special education. Based on interview with participants who continuously participated IIn n the integrated camp and referring to resource kit, the paper defines a pattern of the timing where the perception change takes place. According to the study results, the interactions in the early stages of camp takes a form of one-way communication due to the prejudice against disabled children and lack of understanding. Through self-awakening and reflection, an individual changes his/her perception about children with disability to open his/her mind to them and treat them as an equivalent human being, which enables interactions. This implies that perception change at a society level about children with disability is required for integrated education for children with disability and that it is necessary to expand the field of special education to the community level so that providing people working on integrated education can share their common points of value and philosophy.

        신규간호사와 간호학생의 간호직무수행도 및 중요도의 비교

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare frequency and importance of nursing practice in novice nurses and student nurses. Method: A descriptive design was used with convenience sampling of 292 novice nurses in 2 hospitals with 500 beds and 214 student nurses from 4 universities. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire. Results: 1) The total score for frequency of nursing practice was 2.58±0.41 and for the importance of nursing practice was 3.03±0.36 in novice nurses and in student nurses the frequency score was 2.66±0.69 and the total score for importance was 3.24±0.35. 2) The total score for frequency was not different between novice and student nurses, but 9 of the top 10 categories in order of frequency were significantly different. 3) The score for importance between novice nurses and student nurses was significantly different with the student nurses having higher scores than the novice nurses. 4) Frequency scores were not different for students in universities compared to students in community colleges. Conclusion: Novice nurses perform skills associated with medication, but student nurses do not and therefore do not recognize the importance of these skills. Education in nursing needs to identify strategies to strengthen practice in this vulnerable area.

        두개천골요법 및 자율신경 주파수를 이용한 음악 치료가 직장 여성들의 스트레스 완화에 미치는 영향

        This study investigates the effect of Craniosacral therapy, which is one of the branches in alternative medicine, and Music therapy using the autonomic nerve frequency for the stress relief of female office workers. Women who are between 20 and 59 years of age and working at the Chaum Hospital, 11 women received 12 sessions of 30-minute craniosacral therapy, while 10 women received 6 sessions of 15-minute music therapy. Lastly, 11 women in the control group were instructed to take 12 sessions of 30-minute rest. As a result, blood pressure and pulse before and after the craniosacral therapy and music therapy did not show a significant decrease. HRV before and after the craniosacral therapy and music therapy showed a significant decrease in PSI, as well as significant increases in SDNN and RMSS. Meanwhile, the music therapy showed a significant increase in RMSS. The changes in SDNN and RMSS, however, were not statistically significant, but only showed the tendency to increase. VAS, which is a subjective assessment of stress, was measured before and after the craniosacral therapy and music therapy. However, only the craniosacral therapy showed a significant decrease. Stress response inventory scores were measured before and after the craniosacral therapy and music therapy, and both groups showed a significant decrease. The results showed that the subjective level of stress, which was assessed through the questionnaires and VAS, decreased after the craniosacral therapy and music therapy. Furthermore, the degree of chronic fatigue, which reflects the level of stress, decreased and the parasympathetic nerve activity increased, thereby reflecting a state of stability.
