정수기는 오늘날 대다수 국민들의 식수를 해결하고 있으며 이제는 생활의 필수품으로 인식되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 흐름과 달리 아직 빈번한 고장이 발생하고 있으며 소비자의 품질 만족도 또한 낮은 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이러한 정수기 부품 중, 온수를 생성하기 위한 발열체인 밴드히터의 고장재현 시험을 통해 이 부품의 수명을 추정하고자 한다. 우선 주요고장모드의 파악을 위해 필드사례를 조사하였고, 이를 토대로 FMEA를 실시하였다. 그 후 QFD 1, 2단계 및 추가 예비시험을 실시하여 빈도 및 전압을 가속하는 시험을 설계하였으며 그 결과 실제 필드고장사례와 같은 고장을 재현해 내었다. 최종적으로는 획득한 고장 데이터를 기반으로 정수기용 밴드히터의 B10수명을 추정해보았으며, 이러한 결과는 정수기용 밴드히터의 신뢰성 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

Containerization is the the representative transport revolution to meet the needs of the times, the Combined transportation system through Containerization is the most Promising transportation method because of its Speediness, Convenience, and thriftness. It will accelerate the systematization and specialization of transportation in Compliance with the automation, mechanization, and Computerization of information management on stevedoring. Nowadays, according to the transition of its development in the world transport sector, Intermodal Through Transportation System by Containerization as the most efficient transport method has been expanded rapidly from all parts of the world. From now on, radical increase of Container Cargoes with expanding volume of external trade in accordance with economic growth will be made. Therefore, it needs leading and daring investment of government to code with such a situation and to set up a managerial organization of sytematic marine transportation.

본 논문에서는 원수(수돗물 등)를 필터링하여 냉온수를 공급하는 가정용 정수기의 위험고장모드를 도출하고 설계된 시험을 통해 고장모드를 재현하였다. 우선 위험고장모드의 파악을 위해 필드사례를 바탕으로 고장 발생에 주요한 4가지 부품을 선택하였고, 이를 토대로 FMEA를 실시하였다. 그 중 위험도우선순위(RPN) 분석을 통해 개선이 필요한 순위를 확정하였으며, 확정된 부분(Hot-tank)에 대해 고장재현시험을 설계하였다. QFD 1, 2단계를 통해 환경 내구성 시험을 설계, 진행하였고 그 결과 실제 사례와 매우 흡사한 부식 및 미소 크랙 발생의 고장을 재현해내었다.

Multinational Corporations MNC_s with a world-wide management system, a mighty capital power and a technological development capacity give rise to friction against economic profits of Host Countries on the stage of economic development in the process focalizing to their profit-maximization. Hut MNC_s make a great contribution to the world economic development. Host Countries and MNC_s have different objects pursued each other at the discrepant situations. Both parties have to depend mutually to attain reciprocal common profits. Host Countries on the stage of economic development attract Investment, Foreign Capital. At the same time, that MNC_s invest their capital and Technology in Host Countries is n pattern of International Cooperation. MNC_s develop man-power and material resources, combining them effectively. In Converting the resources to products by newly technological development, MNC_s have much more productive, managerial advantage of capability. Besides, MNC_s changed demand pattern and an outlook on ?? International division of labor by Intra-Corporate division of labor, having a great many effects upon national economic life and even governmental policies in Host Countries. On the above view point, this treatise covers concept and characteristics in the essence of MNC_s studying historical backgrounds with motives for MNC_s to generate, and the effects for MNC_s to have upon Host Countries on the stage of economic development. In Consequence, this treatise has a purpose to examine the points at issue owing to the effects and Countermeasures to solve them.

커패시터 케이스의 코팅 재질에 대한 성능 및 특성 비교

본 논문은 알루미늄 전해 커패시터에 사용되는 외관 케이스의 코팅 재질에 대한 성능과 특성에 대해서 비교 연구를 하였다. 커패시터 케이스의 주 재질은 알루미늄이 사용되며 알루미늄 위에 나일론 또는 PET(Polyethylene terephthalate)를 코팅하여 사용하는데, 두 재질은 가공성과 성능 또는 가격차이가 존재한다. 본 논문은 나일론 코팅과 PET단면 코팅, 양면 코팅의 열화특성과 성능특성을 비교함으로써 제조사가 재질을 선택함에 있어서 실용적인 정보를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 열화를 시키기 위한 환경시험은 실제 기후조건과 UV(Ultra Violet Light)로 인한 열화를 모의한 내후성, 가스부식시험, 고온시험, 리플로우 시험을 진행하였으며 성능을 확인하기 위하 내전압과 절연저항 특성을 측정하였다. 시험 결과 나일론은 고온에 장시간 노출되었을 때 변색이 확인되었으나 리플로우 270℃ 10회 수준에서는 변색이 확인되지 않았다. 내전압과 절연저항 등의 특성에서 PET양면코팅이 가장 우수한 특성을 나타내었다. PET코팅이 우수한 특성을 나타내지만 비교적 고가이고 물리적인 충격에 약할 수 있으므로, 실제 적용에 있어서는 단가와 사용조건에 적합한 재질이 선택되어야 한다.
