Purpose: To evaluate photodynamic therapy (PDT) with verteporfin for iris and angle neovascularization in eyes with neovascular glaucoma. Methods: We treat a patient who had neovascular glaucoma with iris and angle neovacularization and showed reduction of intraocular pressure (IOP) and the obliteration of neovascularization after PDT. PDT was performed following the treatment parameters used in age-related macular degeneration. The laser was directed at the anterior chamber angle and iris surface using a Goldmann three-mirror contact lens. Follow-up examination was performed 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, and 8 weeks after PDT, and included visual acuity, IOP, and iris fluorescein angiography (7 weeks after PDT). Results: Two months after PDT, we observed a reduction of IOP and the improvement of iris fluorescein leakage. IOP diminished considerably after 1 week, and showed subsequent tendency toward stabilization without additional antiglaucoma medicine. Conclusions: Photodynamic therapy can be used safely and effectively in the early phase of neovascular glaucoma to achieve the obliteration of iris and angle neovascularization and induce IOP reduction.

The purpose of this study is to review the policy and research trends in the architectural and urban field, and to evaluate the connectivity and relational differences between the policy and research. To evaluate policy trends in the domestic architecture and urban field, this study analyzed press releases from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (MOLIT) in past five years. This study checked the research trends by collecting and analyzing published studies in architectural and urban related journals with same standards. The annual main keywords of the policy and research fields were derived from the analysis based on the frequency and the centrality of the terms used in the korean keywords of the press release and journal articles. The main keywords were identified as follows: ‘Apartment house’, ‘Urban regeneration’, ‘Remodeling’, ‘Space information’ and ‘Energy’. The results suggest that there exists strong interaction and apositive circulation system between policy and research implementation in korean architecture and urban fields. 본 연구는 건축ㆍ도시 분야의 정책동향과 연구동향을 확인하고, 정책과 연구의 연결성 및 관계적 차이를 살펴보는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 최근 5년간의 국내 건축ㆍ도시 분야의 정책동향을 국토교통부에서 발표한 보도자료를 수집하여 분석했다. 연구동향은 동일한 기준에서 건축ㆍ도시 관련 학회에서 출간된 논문을 수집해 분석했다. 분석은 보도자료와 논문의 국문 키워드에 사용된 용어의 출현빈도와 중심성을 기초로 정책 및 연구분야의 연도별 주요 주제어를 도출하고, 다음으로 연도별 용어의 출현빈도와 중심성의 순위변화를 통해 정책동향과 연구동향을 파악했다. 분석결과 최근 국내 건축ㆍ도시 분야 정책 및 연구의 주요 주제어로는 ‘공동주택’, ‘도시재생’, ‘리모델링’이었으며, ‘공간정보’, ‘에너지’ 또한 주요하게 다루어졌다. 다소 범위의 차이는 존재하지만, 현재 국내의 건축ㆍ도시 분야의 정책실행과 연구수행은 상호작용하고 있는 것으로 보이며, 선순환 체계가 형성돼 있는 것으로 사료된다.

The Minsaengdan Incident in Gando region The purpose of in this article, focus on The Minsaengdan Incident, China and Japan deal with political speaking and organizational activities of Korean in Gando. And that kind of experience have an what effect on the society of Korean in Gando. To achieve the goals, first, I researched about the border line and dominium that surround Gando. Second, I spoken that The Minsaengdan Incident was caused by a ethnic conflict. I explained character of that incident in this aticle by conceptualize "Two nationalism". Therefore, I tried to observe It should have affected how in identity formation of the Korean in Gando. Consequently, I understand The Minsaengdan Incident was a event that it shown how fail to reveal the identity and political interests of oneself. The Minsaengdan Incident was meaningful event to teach how lived as the Chinese citizen to Korean in Gando.

서비스 로봇의 사회적 인터랙션 발현 경향에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 서비스 로봇이 현재 인간 사회에서 어떻게 사회화되고 있는지 현상을 분석하고 향후 진화 방향을 제안하는 것이다. 이를 위해 지능형 서비스 로봇이 부상한 2010년대 이후부터 2019년 10월까지 발표된B2B/B2G 전문 서비스 로봇들을 수집하여 로봇에서 나타나는 산업 영역별 사회적 성향을 분석했으며, 분석 프레임으로 산업 분류체계(표 4)와 사회적 성향 분석 프레임(표 6)을 사용했다. 분석 결과는 다음과 같다. 1) 산업 전반 사회적 인터랙션 경향: 서비스 로봇은 산업 전반에서 출현하고 있고, 특히 상업/오락, 기반 시설, 생활케어 산업 순으로 사회적 성향이 두드러지게 나타나고 있다. 외형 유사 대상은 사람과 유사한 비율이 가장 높았으며(49.29%), 유사 대상에 관계없이 대부분 얼굴을 연상시킬 만한 형태를 지니고 있다(94.37%). 사용자 접점이 낮은 로봇들(5.63%)에도 사회적인 외형과 성격이 적용된다. 2) 상업/오락 로봇: 음식점, 매장, 호텔, 스포츠 경기장 등에서 불특정 다수의 사용자에게 서비스를 제공한다. 접객 로봇에 대한 비중이 높으며(45.16%), 무인 시스템 및 똑똑한 컨시어지 기능으로 진화 중이다. 표정으로 감정을 표현하고 악수, 하이파이브, 박수 등 제스처를 사용한다. 3) 기반 시설 로봇: 교통 인프라에서 사용되는 로봇으로 편중되어 있으며(운반 52.63%, 공항26.31%, 기차/철도 15.78%), 넓은 공간을 자율주행하며 서비스를 제공하는 특징이 있다. 배송 시스템과 교통시스템의 커다란 변화와 맞물려 공공 인프라의 일부로 진화 중이다. 공공 서비스로서의 믿음직하고 정확하면서도 안전한 행동이 요구된다. 4) 생활 케어 로봇: 병원/실버타운/요양원, 경찰서, 관공서 등 불특정 사용자가 빈번하게 오가는 공간에서 사람들을 물리적으로 안전하고 정서적으로 안정되도록 돕는다. 타 그룹 대비 교통 관리, 안정, 간병, 교육, 치안 등 역할이 다양하며, 부드러우면서도 믿음직한 어시스트적 성향이 요구된다. 케어 시스템을 업그레이드하고 탄탄한 사회 안전망을 구축하는 데 역할을 하게 될 것으로 보인다. The purpose of this study is to analyze how service robots are socialized in human society and to suggest how they would evolve from the perspective of social interaction. For the analysis, B2B/B2G professional service robot cases, published from 2010 to 2019, were collected and analyzed based on industrial classification(table 4) and social interaction frame(table 6). The analysis results are as follows. 1) Social Interaction Trends across Industries: Service robots are emerging in various industrial sectors, especially in the commercial/entertainment industry, infrastructure industry and life care industry. Their appearances are similar to human(49.29%), and most of them have facial features(94.37%). Social appearance and personality also apply to robots that rarely face users(5.63%). 2) Commercial/Entertainment Robot Analysis: Robots serve unspecified users in restaurants, stores, hotels, sports venues, etc. The proportion of reception robots is high(45.16%) and these robots are evolving with unmanned systems and smart concierge functions. They feedback with facial expressions and use gestures such as handshakes, high fives, etc. 3) Infrastructure Robot Analysis: Most are used in the transportation infra(52.63% of delivery, 26.31% of airports, 15.78% of trains/railroads), and they serve while autonomously driving in large spaces. These robots would evolve as part of the public infra, coupled with major changes in the delivery and transportation systems. 4) Life Care Robot Analysis: Robots help to keep people physically safe and emotionally stable in spaces where unspecified users frequently visit, such as hospitals, police stations, public offices, etc. Their role is to assist and care people, and features provided are very diverse. Gentle and reliable character is required. These robots would upgrade their care system and build a solid social safety net.

Ultrasonographic Findings of Pneumatosis Intestinalis in a Dog

A 4-month-old, intact male mongrel dog was presented with trauma (hit by car), astasia, stupor and abdominal pain. Radiographic findings were peritoneal effusion, intestinal dilation, right iliac fracture, and microcardia. Abdominal ultrasonography revealed severely, dilated small intestine containing anechoic fluid in lumen and intramural gas within the wall. The sonographic finding suggested pnematosis intestinalis (PI), and vascular compromise of bowel loop by trauma was strongly suspected. After the dog was dead, postmortem examination revealed discolored and necrotized small intestine strangulated by sublumbar muscle. The detection of echogenic gas bubbles in the wall of bowel using ultrasound may be helpful in detecting PI.
