        I studied Song, Gyu-ryeom`s life through his `Annual Report` and writing series, `Jewoldangjip` and the ideology of the society that he lived in through the country activity. Song, Gyu-ryeom was a famous Confucian scholar who lived in Hoedeok at the latter Choseon dynasty. He was called the one of the three prominent `Songs` with Uam, Song, Si-yeol, and Dongchundang, Song, Jun-gil. The reason why Song, Gyu-ryeom`s ancestors who lived in Hoedeok was that Song, Myung-eui(Song, Gyu-ryeom`s 10th ancestor) settled there as he became the son-in-law of Hwang, Su who lived in Hoedeok. Since then many famous Confucian scholars came out of Eunjin Songs` family members and they thrived through marrying the nobles. When Song, Gyu-ryeom was a boy, he experienced Byeonjahoran and the fall of the Ming Dynasty. He also spend his adolescence under the mood that people insisted to conquer the Cheong Dynasty. So it made him follow Song, Si-yeol and Song, Jun-gil`s political and ideologic way and he learned the basic of study from them. Song, Gyu-ryeom was respected as a Confucian scholar in Hoedeok. He emphasized `Hyangeumjurye`, `Hyangsarye`, `Reading methods` at the society of the country. `Hyangeumjurye` means that Confucian scholars in the country gathered at Hyanggyo or Seowon and had a feast with prominent Confucian scholars. The Confucians learned the manner to respect honest people, to take care of the old people, and to experience good courtesy there. Also he taught students devotionally at the Sunghyeonseowon. In 1672(Sukjong 2nd year), he built the Jewoldang inside his house and spent his whole life on studying Confucianism and teaching students. Teaching students at the Jewoldang and the Sunghyeonseowon was theoretical part and Hyangeumjurye was the reformation project which included the education of practical manner. Like this, Song, Gyu-ryeomtried to carry out `manner` through personality based on Neo-Confucianism And Song, Gyu-ryeom also had the social ideology of the autonomy of the country. That idea was shown in the preface of Hoedeok Hyangyack(1672) that he wrote. Hoedeok Hyangyack was made into one book with Hoedeok Hyangyan. Then Song, Si-yeol made the preface of Hoedeok Hyangyan and Song, Jun-gil wrote it. And Song, Gyu-ryeom wrote the preface of Hyangyack which was attached to the back of Hyangyan. He was the core member to make the Hoedeok Hyangyack with two Songs. The reason why he was called as the one of the three Songs of Hoedeok might be due to this work. Hyangyack was the regulation that Hyangwon made for education and cooperation of the country people. So the Hoedeok Hyangyack also had the content like that. The Jewoldang was the place where Song, Gyu-ryeom studied and taught students with all effort at his old age. Also it was the place where he built for just studying after he abandoned his will to have a government position. The education place like this was the sign that he wanted to live with the nature and worked hard for teaching students. Song, Gyu-ryeom`s country activity showed his social ideology to improve national customs from the country customs with the spread of Hyangyack.

        참외 전장유전체 염기서열 분석 및 SSR 마커 개발

        The objective of this study was to use 'Danta PR', NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) technology for genome resequencing to develop polymorphic makers between Chinese oriental melon, 'Hyangseo 1' and Korean oriental melon. From the resequencing data that covered about 81 times of the genome size, 104,357 of SSR motifs and Indel, and 1,092,436 of SNPs were identified. 299 SSR and 307 Indel markers were chosen to cover each chromosome with 25 markers. These markers were subsequently used to identify genotypes of 'Danta PR' BC1 (F1 x 'Danta PR') population and a genetic linkage map was constructed. SSR, Indel, and SNPs identified in this study would be useful as a breeding tool to develop new oriental melon varieties.

        정보화 시대가 도래함에 따라 세계 각국이 전자정부 구현에 많은 관심을 갖고 있으며, 이미 몇몇 선도 국가들은 다양한 민원서비스 및 행정서비스를 인터넷을 통해 국민들에게 편리하게 제공하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 미 국방성의 종심방어전략(Defense-In-Depth Strategy)과 한국의 전자정부 정보보호전략을 비교$\cdot$평가함으로써 더욱 안전하고 신뢰할 수 있는 전자정부 구현에 이바지 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하고자 한다. Advanced countries overhaul government workflows using IT, which not only enhances efficiency and productivity, but paves the way to a 'e-Government' offering prompt, quality service for citizens. This research analyzes the DiD(Defense-in-Depth Strategy) and compares the information protection strategy of Korean e-Government with DiD for reliable and safe e-Government's build.

        임무위주의 星形 전산망의 Modeling

        본 논문에서는 대규모 조직(예, 대기업, 정부조직 등)에 적합한 임무위주의 성형 전산망(Mission Oriented Star Network)에 대한 연구를 위하여 두 개의 서로 다른 그러나 equivalent한 queueing network model들을 제안하였다. 전형적인 Star Network System 에 대한 기본적인 토의가 있은 후에 MOSN System의 두 개의 서로 다른 queueing network model 들의 특징을 비교 분석하였다. In this paper, two different queueing network models are proposed for the study of a Mission Oriented Star Network (MOSN) System, which is suitable for large organizations-e.g., corporations, governments, etc. After presenting some background information on a typical star network system, we characterize two different queuing network models for an MOSN system.

        전산체계의 승법형 모델

        본 Paper 는 Computing System의 Modeling 및 Performance Evaluationd을 하기위한 Tool로써 Queueing Network models을 소개하였으며 그중에서도 Product Form Models 의 유용성과 그 가정으로써 Stochastic Assumptions 과 Operational Assumptions 을 비교하였다. 그리고 Performance Indices를 구하기 위하여 Normalization Constant Analysis 와 Mean Value Analysis 를 소개 비교하였다. 본 Paper 는 Tutorial paper 로써 modeling and performance Evaluation of Computing Systems 분야에 흥미와 Motivation을 주는데 그 목적이 있다. This tutorial paper presents the queueing network models of computer systems which lead to product form solutions. It introduces both the operational interpretation and the stochastic interpretation of the product form solution. The significant advantage of the product form solution is that it can be solved using very efficient algorithms employing very little amounts of computation and storage. It also exhibits two different approaches which have been used to develop efficient algorithms for calculating performance indices for product form models - i.e., normalizing constant analysis. and mean value analysis.

        국방무기체계 연구개발사업의 EVMS 적용실태 분석

        EVMS(Earned Value Management System)는 사업을 관리하는 정부나 사업을 수행하는 업체의 관리자들이 비용과 일정을 주기적으로 추적함으로써 현재의 사업진행 상태를 파악하고 미래를 예측할 수 있는 관리기법이다. 이 관리기법은 미국, 호주 등에서 국방연구개발 사업에 의무적으로 적용해오고 있으며, 그 효율성이 이미 입증된 기법이다. 그러나 외국에서 수행하고 있는 EVMS를 그대로 우리나라에 도입하는 것은 환경적 차이로 인해 많은 문제점을 가지고 있기 때문에 우리나라에 환경에 적합한 EVMS 적용을 위해 연구를 꾸준히 수행하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저 EVMS에 대한 개념을 먼저 고찰 해보고, 저자가 직접 관리하고 있는 차기경구난차량 연구개발사업에 적용한 EVMS 적용실태 분석을 통해 문제점을 도출하고자 한다. EVMS(Earned Value Management System) is a project management method for analysis of current state of project and estimation of future state by the periodic tracking of schedule and value that activated by the project manager of government and contractor. Some countries, such as U.S.A and Austria, require the use of an EVMS for all major defense R&D project and many cases have proved that EVMS ensures that cost, schedule, and technical aspects of the contract are truly integrated and estimated, and actual progress of the project can be identified. However, the recent implementation of EVMS on Korean defense R&D project has shown number of challenges. In this paper, we defind the cancept of EVMS and analyzed EVMS implementation m order to conduct their problem.

        계획수립단계에서의 개발비용 예측을 위한 상대적 비용모형 (pp.102-110)

        본 논문은 상대적 비용모험을 제시함으로써 계획수립단계에서의 개발비용 예측을 위한 대안을 제시하고자 하였다. 절대적 개발비용 예측을 위한 일반적 비용모형이 계획수립단계 적용시 지니는 문제점을 해결하고, 계획의 진행결과에 따라 새로운 산출자료에 의한 계획수정 방안을 제시함으로써 범기업적 중장기 정보체계개발계획의 수립 및 통제를 위한 일 수단을 제공하였다. This paper analyses the structure of Single Factor Cost Model and proposes the way to expand its applicability. We propose the Relative Cost Model. It uses relative information system size as a independent variable and relative development costs as a dependent variable. The Relative Cost Model makes it possible to estimate the software development costs of information systems development project with the system survey results in planning phase and to refine them as a rolling plan by adjusting the estimated costs to intermediate results as the project progresses.

        탈질 스크러버 폐 세정액에 포함된 질안석회 추출을 위한 응집제 적용 연구

        The International Maritime Organization (IMO) in accordance with the regulations with respect to the combustion gases, such as NOx, SOx generated by the marine engine. The combustion gases must be equipped with a device to reduce emissions from all ships passing through the Baltic SECAs. In Korea, the International Maritime Organization (IMO) and the development of a device for NOx, SOx reduction. Scrubber is used in the ammonia water and the Urea solution in the waste water. The waste water containing ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate, react of the NOx and SOx gas. In this study, the recovery of by-product, which contains the waste water was used as an organic solvent extraction method of salting out. Ammonium nitrate and ammonium sulfate, the recovery process. A qualitative analysis of the collected by-product FT-IR analysis. Through the elemental analysis and SEM-EDS, characteristic evaluation was performed with an impurity. 현 국제해사기구(IMO)에서의 선박엔진에서 발생되는 NOx와 SOx 등의 연소 가스 배출에 대한 규제 강화에 따라, 발트 해 연안을 지나는 모든 선박들은 배출되는 연소가스 저감장치를 장착해야 된다. 국내에서도 IMO의 규제에 따른 NOx와 SOx를 저감장치를 개발하고 있으며, 그중에 대표적인 장치인 Scrubber는 세정액으로 암모니아수와 요소수를 사용하게 되고 사용된 폐 세정액에는 NOx와 SOx와 반응한 질산암모늄과 황산암모늄이 포함되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 폐 세정액이 포함하고 있는 유용한 부산물을 유기용매를 사용하는 염석법을 적용하여 회수하였다. 질산암모늄과 황산암모늄의 회수방법과 질안석회를 추출 후 회수된 부산물의 정성분석을 위하여, FT-IR 분석을 통하여 물질의 정성적 특성과 화학적 조성을 평가해 보았다. 한편 응집제를 투입하여 질안석회를 침전시켜 비료상의 물질로 회수하였다. FeSO₄ 응집제와 CaCl₂를 응집보조제로 사용하고 입자의 크기를 키우기 위해 CaCO₃를 사용하였다.

        Local ares network의 모델링과 성능평가

        본 논문을 실제적이고 해석적으로 풀이가 가능한 Local Area Network의 성능 평가에 대하여 기술하였다. 특히 본 논문에서는 유한 buffer와 resource의 획득에서 발생하는 간섭에 중점을 두었다. 본 논문의 Local area Network는 2개의 host processor, 1개의 IMP, 3개의 disk unit와 여러개의 data link로 구성되어 있다. This paper presents a case study of the development of a realistic, but analytically soluble, model of a local area network. Particular attention was paid to the effect of finite buffer, and to contention and interference effects caused by simultaneous resource possession. The system configuration of this local area network includes two host processors, one IMP, three disk units, and several data links.
