전 세계적으로 소프트웨어에 대한 관심이 커지고 교육의 필요성에 대한 인식이 확산되고 있는 가운데, 우리나라에서는 2015년 중학교 신입생부터 소프트웨어 중심사회 실현전략으로 소프트웨어에 대한 교육을 의무화하겠다고 발표했다. 평소 컴퓨터에 대한 관심이 많고 컴퓨터를 좋아하는 학생들에게서는 긍정적인 반응이 보이는 반면, 현재의 학업 공부만으로 벅찬 학생들 입장에서는 부정적인 반응도 보일 수 있다. 즉, 실제 교육에 있어서 단순하게 의무교육만 존재하고 실제로 체계적인 교육이 이루어지지 않는다면 오히려 제대로 된 교육을 받기도 전에 흥미를 잃어버려 아예 관심을 돌려버리는 일이 생길 수도 있다. 그렇다면 기초부터 체계적인 교육을 하기 위해 필요한 것이 무엇이고 어떻게 소프트웨어를 쉽고 재미있는 것으로 인식시킬 수 있는지 고민할 필요성이 있다. 본 논문에서는 제작된 장치에서 프로그램을 수정하고 적용하면서 프로그래밍 툴과 프로그램언어를 익힐 수 있어 좀 더 쉽고 효율적인 소프트웨어 교육을 진행할 수 있도록 하는 하드웨어와 기본 소프트웨어를 제안하고자 한다. Growing worldwide interest in software and spread awareness of the need for education. A software-driven society realization strategy will achieve mandatory training on software. This policy will be applied from middle school students in 2015. Students who are interested in computers, like many positive responses, student learning may seem hard to have a negative reaction. Thus, the present obligation as simple in practice education only and discarded before actually lost interest awarded a systematic education does not work properly, but rather that education could happen to entirely discard turn our attention. Accordingly, what you need is to have a systematic training from the basics that I need to worry about software that can recognize easy and fun. In this paper, we propose a hardware and basic software that allows you to proceed software training more easy and efficient as it can be modified and applied to the program in the production unit to learn programming tools and programming languages.

N/A Background : The zonal differentiation of hepatic necrosis is important in the aspect of treatment, follow-up and prognosis of patients. The purpose of this study was evaluating the clinical usefulness of serum isocitrate dehydrogenase (ICDH) as a marker of centrilobular hepatic necrosis in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods : We determined the serum ICDH and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activities in 56 patients with hyperthyroidism, 16 patients with chronic viral hepatitis, and 17 normal controls. Results : The activities of serum ICDH were significantly higher in patients with hyperthyroidism than those of patients with chronic viral hepatitis or normal control (p<0.01), even though those of serum ALT were higher in patients with chronic viral hepatitis (p<0.01). The ratio of serum ICDH and ALT activities were markedly different between the patients with hyperthyroidism and chronic viral hepatitis (p<0.001). There was a significant correlation between the serum ICDH and ALT activities in patients with hyperthyroidism as well as in those with chronic viral hepatitis (p<0.05). In patients with hyperthyroidism, the serum ICDH levels were more significantly correlated with serum triiodothyronine (T3) than thyroxine (T4) levels. In a patients with hyperthyroidism and elevated ALT levels, the serum ICDH activity decreased progressively and was normalized ultimately, as serum ALT level and thyroid function were normalized with antithyroid medication. Conclusion : The serum ICDH or ratio of serum ICDH and ALT activities might be useful clinically in differentiating the centrilobular from periportal hepatic necrosis, and following up the degree of hepatic necrosis in patients with hyperthyroidism.(Korean J Med 58:189-196, 2000)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine nurses’ sexual health care attitude and practice while caring for cancer patients. Methods: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire from 236 nurses caring for patients with cancer from June 30, 2014 to July 6, 2014 at a University Hospital in Daegu, Korea. Results: The mean score for sexual health care attitude of nurses caring for patients with cancer was 27.75±6.45 of a possible range 17 to 51 and the mean score for a sexual health care practice of nurses was 3.67±3.30 of a possible range 0 to 21. The scores of a sexual health care attitude and practice were significantly different by age, education, department, experience in gynecology or urology departments, and position. Sexual health care attitude and practice had a significantly positive correlation (r=.16, p=.015). Conclusion: The nurses caring for patients with cancer recognize the importance of sexual health care, but their sexual health care practice rate was very low. Therefore specific and differentiated nurse education programs designed to increase sexual health care practice are required for young nurses and staff nurses that are not practicing sexual health care often.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to supply the basic materials for the development of objective tools to measure 'Hwa-byung' and for the development of the theories and statements associated with 'Hwa-byung' by making clear the meaning and characteristics of 'Hwa-byung' and by analyzing the concept of 'Hwa-byung'. Method: The concept analysis of Hwa-byung was proceeded according to the concept analysis process of Walker and Avant(1995). Result: The conceptual characteristics of Hwa-byung resulted from the research are like these : (1) Injustice (2) Anger (3) Rumination (4) Anxiety. Therefore, we can describe Hwa-byung as the feeling repeatedly accumulated through the heavy mental pain, injustice, and anger and it is appeared with the physical and behavioral symptoms. Conclusion: Through this concept analysis, we propose as followings ; First, there's need of the objective tools which make it possible to assess Hwa-byung through the theory development and the statement associated with Hwa-byung. Second, there's need of interdisciplinary approach in the development of nursing intervention to coordinate the characteristics of Hwa-byung by understanding the total nature of Hwa-byung and finding the variables associated with Hwa-byung.
일반계 고등학교에서 과학과 수준별 교과교실제의 운영이 학생들의 학업성취도와 과학학습태도에 미치는 효과 분석

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of the differentiated science- subject classroom instruction in the high school on the academic achievement and the science learning attitude. To do this, students in grades 10 selected from two general high schools in Ulsan were assigned to either the treatment or comparison group. The students of each group were divided to the advanced, intermediate, and basic-level. Andthen, the treatment and comparison group had respectively science lessons through the differentiated subject classroom instruction and the traditional classroom instruction for a semester. Analyses of the results revealed that the differentiated science-subject classroom instruction had positive effects on improving academic achievement of students who were assigned to the treatment group. Especially, the scores of the advanced-level students were significantly higher than those of the other level students in the treatment group. There were also some positive effectiveness on the science learning attitude of the advanced-level students in the treatment group such as confidence and value. On the other hands, the mean of the intermediate and basic-level students in the treatment group was increased, but no significant differences were found. Educational implication of these findings was discussed.
문제중심학습을 적용한 시뮬레이션 실습이 간호학생의문제해결과정, 임상수행자신감과 간호수행능력에 미치는 효과

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of simulation-based maternity nursing practiceby applying problem based learning (PBL) on the problem solving process, self-confidence in clinical performanceand nursing competence of nursing students. Methods: This study was one group pre-posttest design, with 123 thirdyear nursing students. Data were collected from March 19 to May 29, 2013 as the students completed their simulationpractice class. Students completed a survey about their problem solving process, self-confidence, and nursing competenceat the beginning and the end of the class. Results: Students’ problem solving process, self-confidence, andnursing competence showed significant improvements after the simulation-based maternity nursing practice. Conclusion: Therefore, it is recommended that current maternity nursing curriculum should be reviewed and improved,and the students should be provided variety of simulation-based education and maternity nursing skills.
문제중심학습 통합 시뮬레이션교육이 간호대학생의 간호지식, 비판적 사고성향, 문제 해결 능력 및 수업 몰입도에 미치는 효과

Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate the effects of problem-based learning-integrative simulation practice (PBL-ISP) on nursing knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and immersion among nursing students. Methods: The study used a nonequivalent control group post-test design. A PBL-ISP educational program was provided to the experimental group, and hands-on practice using a high-fidelity simulator (HFS) was administered to the control group. There were 42 subjects in the experimental group and 40 in the control group. Data were collected during the fall semester of 2019. Using SPSS for Windows version 23.0, data were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, the chi-square test, t-test, and Pearson correlation coefficients. Results: Significant differences between the experimental and control groups were found in nursing knowledge (t=3.67, p<.001), critical thinking (t=3.40, p=.001), problem-solving ability (t=3.52, p=.001) and immersion (t=4.44, p<.001). Conclusion: PBL-ISP was more effective in improving nursing knowledge, critical thinking, problem-solving ability, and immersion than was hands-on practice using an HFS.
