플라즈마 용사용 $Al_2O_3/SS316$ 복합 분말 제조 및 경사 코팅충의 제조에 관한 연구

In the case of using high temperature by coating ceramic/metal, large stress was produced due to difference of thermal expansion coefficient between those. And then lead to delamination. In order to relaxation of the stress A1$_2$O$_3$/SS316 composite powders with $10wt.%Al_2O_3$ compositional gradient and $10wt.%Al_2O_3$ agglomerated powder were made by spray drying method. These powders were sintered to improve the strength and to be plasma sprayed in order to fabricate the FGC(functionally graded coating). The influence of gun power, working distance and Ar pressure on the microstructure of the coating layer was studied in order to optimize the plasma spray conditions. It was proven that the optimum conditions were 40kw gun power, 5cm working distance and $100ft^3/h$ Ar flow for both powders. FGC with 10 compositional steps was fabricated and the total thickness was 1.3mm. FGC was heat treated at $1100^{\circ}C$for 10hours to evaluate the heat resisting characteristics.
분무건조법에 의한 용사용 원적외선 세라믹/AI 복합분말제조 및 용사층의 특성

분무건조법으로 용사용 원적외선 세라믹/알루미늄 복합분말을 제조하여 플라즈마 용사법으로 알루미늄 모재에 용사한 후, 미세구조, 결정상, 열충격저항성 그리고 분광복사율을 조사하였다. 분무건조된 복합분말의 입형은 구형으로 34~105${\mu}m $. 영역에서 높은 복사율을 보였다. 그러나 알루미늄 첨가량이 증가할수록 원적외선 방사특성은 감소하였다. 결과적으로 용사법으로 원적외선 방사특성의 큰 손실 없이 방사체를 제조하기 위해서는 20~30%wt%Al를 첨가하여 복합분말을 제조하는 것이 가장 효율적이라고 판단된다. Far infrared ceramic/aluminum composite powders for thermal spray were fabricated by spray drying method and investigated the characteristics of the plasma sprayed coating layers, I.e. microstructure, phases, thermal shock resistance and spectral emissivity. The shape of the spray dried composite powder was spherical and the particle size distribution was 34~105${\mu}m $. Aluminum was distributed homogeneously in the spray dried composite powder. Spectral emissivity of the plasma sprayed coating layer ranges from 3 to 14${\mu}m $ whereas spectral emissivity of the raw ceramic powder ranges from 8 to 14${\mu}m $. And then spectral emissivity of the coatings was better than that of the raw powder but spectral emissivity was decreased with increasing aluminum content. It was found that aluminum content ranging from 20 to 30wt% was suitable for fabricating far-infrared radiator by plasma spraying method.

이 연구의 목적은 EBS의 평생·직업교육 전략을 수립하는 데 있었다. 이를 위해 EBS의 평생·직업교육 영역을 설정하였고, 평생·직업교육 내·외부 환경 분석을 실시하였으며, 평생·직업교육 전략 방향을 수립하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 효과적으로 달성하기 위해, 평생·직업교육 관련 문헌연구 및 국외 평생·직업교육 기관의 우수사례 분석을 수행하였고, EBS의 경영진과 실무진을 대상으로 인터뷰를, EBS 이해관계자 및 평생·직업교육 전문가를 대상으로 협의회 및 전문가 자문을 실시하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, EBS 평생·직업교육의 영역을 8개의 영역(기초문해교육, 학력보완교육, 직업교육, 문화예술교육, 인문교양교육, 민주시민교육, 건강스포츠교육, 외국어교육)으로 설정하였고, 보다 구체적인 분석을 위해 25개의 세부영역을 도출하였다. 둘째, EBS의 내부 평생·직업교육 관계자 분석 및 EBS TV, EBS+1, EBS+2, EBS e, EBS FM 등 5개 매체의 평생·직업교육 콘텐츠 분석을 통해 평생·직업교육 예산, 인력, 네트워크 및 협력체계, 영역 별 콘텐츠 비중, 주요 대상 등에 대한 시사점을 도출하였고, 국외 우수 평생·직업교육 기관을 분석하여 평생·직업교육 유관기관과의 협업체계 구축, 체계적 수요자 분석에 기반한 콘텐츠 개발 및 편성전략 등에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 셋째, EBS의 평생·직업교육을 위한 세 가지 전략 방향(EBS 평생·직업교육 체제 강화, EBS 평생· 직업교육 콘텐츠 강화, EBS 평생·직업교육 매체 및 전달방식 강화)과 각 전략 방향에 따른 11개 전략 과제를 도출하여 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is to establish lifelong and vocational education strategies for EBS. For this purpose, we identified domains in lifelong and vocational education, analyzed the internal and external environment of EBS lifelong and vocational education, and established strategic directions accordingly. The process of this study was carried out through a literature review, cases analyseis of broadcasting companies in other countries, interviews with EBS lifelong and vocational education managers and producers, experts consultations and discussions with EBS stakeholders and outside professionals in the lifelong and vocational education ¬fields. The result is as follows: first, eight domains of lifelong and vocational education such as literacy education, academic ability supplementation education, vocational education, culture and arts education, humanities and liberal arts education, democratic citizenship education, health and sports education, and foreign language education were identi¬fied with 25 sub-domains for a more detailed analysis. Second, based on the analysis of the program content of the fi¬ve EBS channels (EBS TV, EBS +1, EBS +2, EBS e, EBS FM) and interviews with EBS lifelong and vocational education managers and producers, it is recommended to secure the budget and human resource, establish networking and collaboration with other lifelong and vocational education institutes, and evenly allocate the lifelong and vocational education contents through the identified domains. Also, from the review of the case analysis of other countries’ broadcasting companies, it is suggested that EBS establish a partnership with other lifelong and vocational education institutes and develop contents and programming strategies based on a systematic analysis of its consumers. Third, three strategic directions (improving the system, contents, and delivery methods of EBS lifelong and vocational education) and 11 strategic tasks were suggested for the EBS lifelong and vocational education.
