      • 중국 사범대 학생의 정보활용능력이 교수능력에 미치는 영향 : 학습몰입과 교사효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 사범대 학생들의 정보활용능력, 학습몰입, 교사효능감이 교수능력에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 사범대 학생들의 교수능력을 향상시키는 방법을 모색하는 것이다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 다음과 같은 연구 질문이 설정되었다. 중국 사범대 학생들의 정보활용능력, 교수능력, 학습몰입도, 교사효능감의 전반적 경향성은 어떠한가? 중국 사범대 학생들의 정보활용능력, 교수능력, 학습몰입도, 교사효능감은 개인적 배경(성별, 학년, 전공, 출신지, 학생 간부 여부)에 따른 차이가 있는가? 정보활용능력, 학습몰입, 교사효능감과 교수능력 간의 상관관계는 어떠한가? 이상의 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 학습몰입과 교사효능감이 정보활용능력, 교수능력에 미치는 매개효과를 탐구하였다. 예비조사는 중국 산둥성 L 대학에 재학 중인 4년제 사범대 학생들을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시해 296건의 유효한 설문지를 회수했다. 본 조사는 중국 산둥성 2개 대학에 재학 중인 4년제 사범대 학생을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 실시하여 유효한 설문지 804부를 회수하였다. 측정 도구는 정보활용능력, 교수능력, 학습몰입도, 교사효능감 및인구 통계적 문항으로 구성된 설문지를 사용하였다. 대상은 중국 사범대 학생으로, 설문지는 중국어로 진행하였다. 본 조사에 활용된 문항 수는 정보활용능력 15문항, 교수능력 17문항, 학습몰입 14문항, 교사효능감 12문항, 그리고 인구통계변인 5문항으로 총 63문항이었다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 25.0과 AMOS 24.0을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 통해 측정 도구의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확인하였고 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차 등의 기초통계와 구조방정식 분석, 구조방정식 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping) 방법을 활용한 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 연구문제를 바탕으로 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 사범들의 정보활용능력은 교육 능력, 학습 투자 및 교원의 효율성에 비해 상대적으로 낮다. 중국 사범대 학생들의 교수능력, 학습투자, 교사효능감의 평균치는 대체로 중간 수준이다. 정보활용능력 수준은 낮고 학습 투자는 상대적으로 높다. 이러한 결과는 교육생의 정보 응용 능력이 상대적으로 부족하고 정보 기술 소양 및 기술 지원 학습 수준이 낮으며 교육 능력 중 전문 지식, 교육 설계 및 교육 능력이 상대적으로 낮음을 확인한다. 특히 학습몰입도가 높다는 것은 학생들이 대학 수준의 학습을 중시하고 이를 위해 기꺼이 노력한다는 것을 의미한다. 중국사범대학의 정보응용능력 분야 교육이 부족하고, 현재 개설된 '교육기술' 등의 과정만으로는 사범들의 교육능력에 대한 현대사회의 기대와 요구를 충족시키기 어렵다는 것을 알 수 있다.사범대학은 사범생의 정보활용능력을 더욱 향상시키고 정보활용능력을 교수실천에 적용하여 사범생의 교수능력을 더욱 향상시켜야 한다. 둘째, 사범대 학생들의 개인적 배경에서 특정 공통 요소를 살펴보고 남학생, 도시 출신, 학생 간부 경험이 있는 경우에 주목할 필요가 있다. 이러한 공통적인 요소를 가진 사범생은 일반적으로 높은 정보활용능력, 교육 능력 및 학습 투자를 가지고 있으며, 이는 여학생, 농촌 출신 및 학생 간부 경험이 없는 정보활용능력, 교육 능력, 학습 투자 및 교사 효율성과 크게 다르다. 학년이 올라갈수록 사범대 학생들의 정보화 활용능력, 교수능력, 학습몰입, 교사효능감이 뚜렷한 증가 추세를 보인다는 것이다. 특히 대학교 3학년과 4학년은 향상 속도가 매우 빠르다. 고학년 학생들은 전공과목 이수 및 현장실습 과정에서 취업 스트레스와 경쟁에 보다 직접적으로 대면하게 되기 때문에, 지식과 기능 습득에 대한 몰입이 크게 증가하게 된다. 셋째, 대학생의 교수능력에 있어서 정보활용능력, 학습몰입, 교사효능감은 중요한 요소다. 정보활용능력, 학습몰입 및 교사효능감은 교수능력에 직접적인 영향을 미친다. 학습몰입과 교사효능감은 정보활용능력과 교수능력 사이에서 매개역할을 한다. 학생들의 학습몰입이 높을수록 정보기술에 대한 숙달력이 높아지며 사범대 학생들의 정보활용능력이 향상될 수 있다. 또한 정보활용능력의 향상 역시 사범대 학생들의 교사효능감 향상을 촉진함으로써 교수능력 향상을 더욱 촉진할 수 있다. 따라서 대학과 교사는 사범대 학생들의 학습몰입과 교사효능감에 주의를 기울여, 미래의 교사 직업에 대한 동경과 기대를 갖도록 해야 한다. 동시에 정보활용능력을 배양할 수 있도록 노력함으로써 사범대 학생들이 정보기술 응용과 교육을 더 잘 결합할 수 있도록 해야 하며, 탄탄한 교사 기본기를 갖출 수 있도록 다양한 지원을 추진해야 한다. 키워드: 중국 사범대 학생, 정보활용능력, 교수능력, 학습몰입, 교사효능감 The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of normal college students' information application ability, learning investment and teacher efficacy on teaching ability, so as to explore ways to improve the teaching ability of normal college students. In order to achieve the purpose of the research, the following research questions were set: First, what are the tendencies of Chinese normal college students in terms of information application ability, teaching ability, learning investment, and teacher efficacy? Second, what are the tendencies of Chinese normal college students’ information application ability, teaching ability, learning investment and teacher efficacy based on their personal background (gender, grade, major, place of birth, whether they are student leaders)? Third, what is the relationship between information application ability, learning engagement, teacher efficacy and teaching ability of Chinese normal college students? In order to solve the problem, we tried to explore the media effects of learning investment and teacher efficacy on information application ability and teaching ability. The preliminary survey collected 296 valid questionnaires by conducting an online survey of students of the four-year college of education attending L University in Shandong Province, China. This survey collected 804 valid questionnaires by conducting an online survey of students of the four-year college of education attending two universities in Shandong Province, China. The measurement tool used was a questionnaire consisting of information literacy, teaching ability, learning immersion, teacher efficacy, and demographic questions. The subjects were students at a Chinese teachers' university, and the questionnaire was administered in Chinese. The number of questions used in this survey was 63 questions in total: 15 questions about information literacy, 17 questions about teaching ability, 14 questions about learning flow, 12 questions about teacher efficacy, and 5 questions about demographic variables. For data analysis, the reliability and validity of the measurement tool were confirmed through exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis using SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 24.0, and basic statistics such as frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation, structural equation analysis, and structural equation were used. A mediation effect analysis was conducted using the bootstrapping method. Based on the research questions of this study, the results are summarized as follows. First, the information utilization ability of my country's normal college students is relatively low relative to their educational ability, learning investment and teacher efficiency. The average teaching ability, learning engagement, and teacher efficacy of students at China Normal University are generally at a medium level. The level of information application ability is low and the learning investment is relatively high. These results confirm that normal college students have relatively insufficient information application capabilities, and low levels of information technology literacy and technology-supported learning; among teaching abilities, professional knowledge, instructional design, and teaching abilities are relatively low. It is worth mentioning that the higher level of learning investment indicates that students attach greater importance to college-level learning and are willing to work hard for it. It can be seen that China Normal University lacks education in the field of information application ability of normal students. It is difficult to meet the expectations and requirements of contemporary society for the teaching ability of normal students by relying solely on the currently offered courses such as "Educational Technology". Normal universities need to further improve the information application ability of normal students and apply the information application ability to teaching practice to further improve the teaching ability of normal students. Second, to observe specific common elements from the personal backgrounds of normal university students, it is necessary to pay attention to the situation of male students, urban origins, and student cadre experience. Normal school students with these common factors generally have higher information application ability, teaching ability and learning investment, which are significantly different from female students, rural backgrounds and no student cadre experience in information application ability, teaching ability, learning investment and teacher efficacy. The second characteristic of personal background is that as the grades increase, the information application ability, teaching ability, learning investment and teacher effectiveness of normal school students show a clear increasing trend, especially in the junior to senior years. The speed is very fast. This shows that senior students will face employment pressure and competition more directly during their further professional courses and internship training, and their investment in learning knowledge and skills will increase significantly. Third, among the teaching abilities of normal college students, information application ability, learning investment, and teacher efficacy are important factors. Information application ability, learning investment and teacher efficacy directly affect teaching ability. Learning engagement and teacher efficacy mediate the relationship between information utilization ability and teaching ability. The higher the student's investment in learning, the better the mastery of information technology, and the stronger the teacher's sense of efficacy, which further promotes the improvement of teaching ability. Universities and teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of normal students' information application ability, students' learning investment and teachers' sense of efficacy, thereby improving the teaching ability of normal students and laying a solid foundation for their future teaching careers. These research results indicate that normal college students need to strengthen the development of information application abilities and learning engagement to promote the improvement of normal college students' teaching abilities. At the same time, it is also important to improve the relationship between information application ability and teaching ability by improving teachers' sense of efficacy among normal college students. In short, the factors affecting the teaching ability of university normal students are a complex system that need to be continued in the future.       • 부산 지역 거주 중국 유학생의 한국 거주 기간에 따른 식문화 동화 및 식품 섭취 실태 조사

        Acculturation usually manifests in the changes of dietary behaviors of immigrants as well as students from overseas. This study attempts to identify the Chinese students who are rank the highest proportion of international students in Korea about the food acculturation and changes of dietary habits by residential period in Korea. Participants were 121 Chinese students studying in Silla university Busan, through a 1:1 focus interview to survey the dietary life and food intake frequency status between 9sep 2011 and 3th 2012. In this study, there were two groups by the period cut-off using 18months in Korea : lower than 18 months (LG=70) and versus greater equal to 18 months (MG=51). The two groups have a difference acculturation By residential period. Compare with LG, MG have a high level of Korean language, more frequency of using media in Korean and more dinner-out frequency. Moreover MG live in Korea have a less Chinese ethnic foods and more consumption frequency of Korean ethnic foods like naengmyeon, jjigae, kimchi, sesame leaf, soju, makgeolli and so on. In addition, compared with MG, LG still keeping the Chinese dietary habits and have more consumption frequency of Chinese ethnic foods, less consumption frequency of Korean ethnic foods. And most of LG think that there is a high price of foods and more less oil foods in Korea. Beside, in this study, female have a higher acculturation than male, especially female in MG. But, because the difference living environment that most of LG living in dormitory, they can keep a regular time and fixed menu to have a meal everyday. So LG have a regularly dietary life than MG who lived apart from school. Another way, in this study there have five factors to effect the dietary quality, there are F1(diversity dietary), F2(regularity dietary), F3(correct snack habit), F4(healthy dietary life) and F5(attitude of diet). Dietary behaviors may influence an individual's lifestyles and health status. This study examined how college students from oversea experience the changes of dietary behaviors and food consumption during acculturation process that rank the highest proportion of international students in Korea. So in order to minimize the possible negative effects due to dietary irregularity and increase of fat consumption, client-tailored nutrition education may be helpful, especially for the promotion of healthier acculturation process.

        It is a forever unchanged theme and the center topic of many scholars that the relation of the government and the economy. Chinese government pointed that the center of China economy’s development is for further economy system reform which was passed in 2013 in the third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee. As the complex relationship between the government and the economy, the government always intervene the business of the market economy companies. So, as the important and direct way to intervene the market economy, government subsidy has an important effect on the national income distribution and the efficiency of the fiscal expenditure. With the continuous development of the society and the growing environmental problem, the energy problem has been the focus of the government and the government’s support for the energy industry is increasing. As the basis of the increasing development of the economy and the stabilization of our society, energy industry plays an important role during the process. With the problem environment pollution of the traditional energy industry, human has developed many new energy. However, as there are many problems with the new energy, the traditional energy industry, here it is the coal mining industry, is still the most important energy source. So the study on the government subsidy for the coal mining industry has been the focus for the scholars. Firstly, this paper summarized the related literature and the theory background relating to the government subsidies home and abroad. Secondly, selecting all A-share listed companies during 2010-2014 listed in ShenZhen Stock Exchange Market and ShangHai Stock Exchange Market as samples to make descriptive statistics according to the year and industries. Thirdly, taking all the A-share the coal mining industry companies listed in ShenZhen Stock Exchange Market and ShangHai Stock Exchange Market during 2010-2014 as samples to have an empirical analysis to research the effect of government subsidy on company’s development ability and business achievement. Lastly, proposing the deficiency and the research direction of this paper and the suggestion for the government subsidy.
