The purpose of this study is to provide the basic material which can suggest new sources of inspiration of design to the future cosmetic and fasion design through examine the differences of awaring fashion image according to the terms and expressive characteristics of tattoo and Moon-sin. The data from 400 of 20 aged men and women through the questionaire of survey was analysed. The results of this study are as follows: 1. The images those are felt in the terms of tattoo and Moon-sin shows as follows: tattoo shows to be individual, sexy, open-hearted, charming, decorative, provocative, free, fashionable, artistic, gorgeous, sensuous, western, mystic, active, ethnic, lively, ethnic, cheerful, fresh, beautiful, feminine, cute. Moon-sin shows to be menacing, violent, horrible, excessive, negative, anti-social, manish, disgusting, powerful, repulsive, displeased, devilish, terrible, dirty, superficial, simple, homosexual image. 2. The differences between tattoo image and expressive characteristics perception are as follows: the patterns are perceived cheerful, fresh, lively, decorative, ethnic, individual, artistic, active, cute and free image, the scars are perceived decorative, ethnic, individual and artistic image, the body arts are perceived individual, decorative, ethnic, artistic, western, charming and fashionable image, crystals are perceived decorative, ethnic, sexy, sensuous, individual, lively, artistic, feminine, western, mystic, beautiful, gorgeous, open-hearted and free image. And the differences of expressive characteristics showed in all images except for mystic. The differences between Moon-sin image and expressive characteristics perception are as follows: the patterns, body arts and crystals are perceived powerful image, the scars are perceived menacing, devilish, violent, dirty, homosexual, displease, terrible, powerful, negative, superficial, disgusting, repulsive, excessive and anti-social image. And the differences of expressive characteristics showed in all images except for powerful.

건강인의 비인강내 MRSA 보균율과 methicillin 내성포구균에서의 mecA와 femA 유전자의 검출

Nasal carriage rate and methiciliin resistance of Staphylococcus aureus in healthy adults are not well known in Korea. In this study, nasal specimens collected from college students during March to June, 1998 were cultured for S. aureus and the susceptibility of the isolates was determined by agar dilution method and the relationship of methicillin resistance level and β -lactamase production was analyzed. Also, presence of mecA andfemA was detected from the isolates by PCR. Isolation rate of S. aureus from the 339 subjects was 20%, and the rate was higher in female (21%) than in male (12%). Among the isolates, 2.1% were MRSAs. Against MSSA, clindamycin, fusidic acid, mupirocin and vancomycin were most active (MIC50 ≤1 μg⁄ml and MIC90 2 μg⁄ml) and the resistance rates to cephalothin, eηthromycin, gentamicin and tetracycline ≤20% and to chloramphenicol and penicillin G, were 73%. The MIC range of oxacillin against MRSA was 16-≥ 128 μg⁄ml, while MIC50 and MIC90 were 32 μg⁄ml and 128 μg⁄ml, respectively. Fusidic acid, mupirocin and vancomycin were most active against MRSA (both MIC50 and MIC90 were 1 μg⁄ml). Resistance rate of MRSA to clindamycin was 18%, but they were ≥ 59% to 6 other antibiotics. β -lactamase-producing strains were more prevalent among the low level methicillin-resistant isolates. mecA was detected from all MRSAs, but none from MSSAs. femA was detected from all of the MRSAs and MSSAs and none in coagulase-negative staphylococcus. In conclusion, healthy adults occasionally carry MRSAs, but they may have acquired them in hospitals. Fusidic acid and vancomycin should be useful to treat MRSA infection, while mupirocin should be useful to control nasalcarriage. mecA and femA may be used to differentiate MRSA from MSSA, and S. aureus from coagulsae-negative staphylococcus, respectively. .

선박금융 특화된 글로벌 금융도시화 전략 : BIFC가 나아가야할 방향 (B⋅U⋅S⋅A⋅N 전략)

부산이 금융허브로 도약하기 위해 만든 BIFC가 완공 된지 상당한 기간이 지났으나 금융허브 관련 진전이 느린 상태이다. 이러한 상황에서 저자는 본 연구에서 부산이 금융허브로서의 많은 역할 중 선박금융이 가장 큰 성장성과 필요성이 있다고 판단하여, 일명 B・U・S・A・N 전략을 제시하려 한다. 먼저 부산을 SWOT으로 분석했다. 지리적 위치, 경쟁력 있는 항만 인프라, 동북아시아 및 북방경제 성장 등 강점과 기회들로 부산의 선박금융허브 역할의 가능성을 확인했다. 하지만 정부의 규제와 민간투자부족 등 약점과 위협들도 존재하고 있었다. 다음으로 약점과 위협들을 해결할 방안으로 주변국의 성공사례들을 살펴보았다. 아시아 최대 금융허브국가로서 비약적인 성장을 한 싱가포르에서 투자제도, 규제완화 부분과 조선클러스터와 선박금융에 신성장을 이룬 일본의 중소도시 이마바리에서 지방은행과의 협력, 시당국과 시민의 참여 부분을 주목했다. 최종적으로 이러한 해외사례 분석과 SWOT 분석을 토대로 1) Bifc의 활성화(명확한 기능제시) 2) University 연계 3) Syndicate 장려 4) Anchor(거점) 기업 유치 5) NO restriction 전략 등을 의미하는 소위 B·U·S·A·N전략을 제시했다. 강점은 살리고 약점은 보완한 본 연구의 B·U·S·A·N전략이 잘 활용되어 하루 빨리 부산이 동북아 선박금융 중심지로 발전하기를 기대한다. Busan made 'BIFC' to grow as global financial hub. The government and communities have presented many policy by their respective interests. However there is not so much progress toward the financial hub. That's why we need an inclusive and detailed policies now. Finance for shipping has big growth potential. Therefore we present 'B․U․S․A․N' strategies to make this potential come true. First, we analyse location advantages of Busan using SWOT model. There are many strengths and opportunities-geograpical location, competitive port infrastructure, economic growth of northeast asia. There are also many weaknesses and threats -government regulation, lack of private investment and so on. Second, we find two success cases of neighboring countries. Singapore grew up as Asia's largest financial hub through system of investment and deregulation. Imabari, Japan developed shipping finance and shipbuilding cluster by cooperation with regional bank, city government and civic participation. Finally, we derive BUSAN strategies that are 1)activation of BIFC 2)cooperation with University 3)encouraging Syndicate 4)Attracting anchor company 5)No restriction. By these strategies, Busan is looking forward to become shipping finance hub in Northeast Asia.

엄상검체에서 분리한 Vibrio parahaemolyticus의 생 물학적성상, 혈청형, toxR 유전자의 검출 및 시험관내 항균제 감수성

Vibrio parahaemolyticus is one of the most important food-bome pathogens in Korea, Japan, and other cOlllltries with long coast1ines. The aim of this study was to determine the biochemical characteristics, serovar, antimicrobial, susceptibi1ity and possession of toxR gene of the 46 V. parahaemolyticus isolates from c1inical specimens. Biochemical characteristics of the these were typical, but 28 % and 4 % of isolates showed negative to Simmon citrate and omithine decarboxylase test, respectively. Six kinds of serovars were detected in the isolates. Serovar 03:K6 were most prevalent i.e., 85%. Other serovar inc1uding 03:K9, 03:K55, 03:K56, 03:KUT and R were veη rare. Most of the isolates were resistant to ampici11in, carbenici11in and cefazolin, but none were resistant to most of the other antimicrobial agents including tetracyc1ine, which is the drug of choice for the treatment of Vibrio infection. V. parahaemolyticus toxR gene was detected from all of the 46 isolates. It is conc1uded that the biochemical characteristics of most of the V. parahaemolyticlα of isolated Wonkwang University Hospital are typical, that prevalent serovar are 03:K6, and that isolates with antimicrobial resistance with the exception ampicillin, carbenicillin 뻐d cefazolin are very rare. Also toxR gene detection by the PCR test can be used for rapid identification of the V. parahaemolyticus in the c1inical laboratory.

간호수가 누락률 감소활동

문제: 오늘날 간호사는 과거와 달리 현대적 보건의료 요구를 해결할 수 있는 체계적인 이론과 기술을 습득하도록 훈련된 고급 전문 인력이고, 간호행위를 생산하기 위해서는 서비스의 생산원가 뿐만 아니라 전문 인력으로서의 훈련 및 유지비용 등도 투입되어야만 가능하게 함으로서 2008년 7월부터 시행한 중환자실 간호등급에 따른 간호수가 책정으로 인해 중환자실 내에서 이루어지고 있는 많은 간호행위 중 수가를 받을 수 있는 부분이 생기게 되었고 간호행위의 중요성과 더불어 간호를 시행 후 받을 수 있는 수가에 대한 간호사들의 입력에 대한 의무도 늘어나게 되었다. 이에 빈번히 누락되고 있는 간호수가 관리를 통한 경제적 손실을 방지해야 할 필요성을 느껴 개선활동을 하고자 한다. 목적: 2008년 7월부터 시행한 중환자실 간호등급에 따른 간호수가 책정으로 인해 중환자실내에서 이루어지고 있는 간호 행위의 중요성을 인식하고 구체적인 문제 분석과 간호 현장에서의 개선안을 도출함으로써 경제적 손실을 방지할 수 있는 간호수가 누락률을 감소시키고자 함이다. 의료기관: 대구파티마병원 내과 중환자실 질 향상 활동: 업무개선의 방법으로 환자 개인별 간호수가 입력 누락 방지 체크 리스트 사용 및 처방 전달 시스템의 간호수가 재입력 화면을 이용하여 입력의 용이성 도모하였고 입력된 간호수가를 처방 전달 시스템 간호수가 조회 프로그램을 이용해 익일 누락여부를 매일 모니터링 하였다. 교육 및 홍보활동으로는 간호수가 입력누락 방지를 위한 간호수가 입력 지침을 제작하여 전체간호사는 년 2회, 신규간호사는 개별 교육을 실시하였으며, 월별 간호수가 누락통계를 실명 공고 하여 간호수가 다 빈도 누락 간호사는 추가 개별교육을 실시하였다. 개선효과: 간호수가 입력 프로세스 개선을 통해 간호수가 평균 누락률이 개선 전 6.5%, 개선 후 1.2%로 5.3%의 누락 감소율을 보였으며 역치 5%를 달성하였고 간호수가 누락금액은 개선 전 2,992,752원, 개선 후 590,787원으로 2,401,965원의 누락 효과 비용을 구할 수 있었다. 본 QA활동으로 중환자실 간호수가 전산입력에 대한 체계적인 교육부재와 신규간호사들의 잦은 전산누락이 있어왔으나 표준화 된 체크리스트 지침과 입력확인 작업으로 전산입력 누락률이 감소하는 효과를 가져왔다. 추후 심 평원 청구 작업을 하는 부서와 연계되어 실제 청구 누락률에 대한 비교와 간호사 근무연수와 간호수가 입력 누락률에 대한 상관관계 조사를 제언 해 본다.
