Stability limits and a structure of double concentric jets flame with thick burner rim were investigated for flame stabilization mechanism. In this Paper, Air fuel and mixture gas injection from an injection coaxial slit set on burner rim were examined for control the flame stability. The recirculation zone formed behind burner rim plays an important role for flame stability. Experimental parameters are flow velocity(U_2, U_mix). air-fuel equevalence ratio(ø_AF), burner rim thickness(t), an kind of injection gas. Firstly, the change of flame stability limits and shape of flame against a kind of injection gas were examined. The results were as follows Flame stability limits and flame shapes were affected by the burner rim thickness and gas injection. Flame stability limits were extended with increasing burner rim thickness. Especially, lean limit zone was improved a lot. Flame stability limits were extended with fuel and mixture injection. Therefore, use of thick rim burner, gas injection burner is useful for lean mixure and safety drive of combustor.

본 연구는 경호무도의 저변확대와 더불어 경호무도 체육관의 경영활성화를 목적으로 경호무도 수련생의 도장선택과 수련지속의 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 경인지역 소재 8개 경호무도 체육관 수련생 중 초등학교 4학년이상 220명을 대상으로 설문지를 배포하여 이중 응답내용이 부실하거나 분석대상으로 적합하지 않다고 판단된 14부를 제외하고 총 206부를 최종 분석하였다. SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 탐색적 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 빈도분석, MANOVA, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였고, 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 수련생의 성별에 따른 도장선택은 지도자배경요인, 수련프로그램요인, 홍보요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 수련생의 학년에 따른 도장선택은 수련프로그램요인, 주요타자요인, 홍보요인에서 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 셋째, 수련생의 성별과 학년에 따른 수련지속은 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 넷째, 도장선택의 지도자배경요인, 수련프로그램요인, 홍보요인과 수련지속의 운영프로그램요인, 외적요인, 사회적 관계요인 간 정적 상관이 나타났다. 다섯째, 도장선택의 일부 하위요인은 수련지속에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 경호무도장 경영자 및 지도자는 신규 입관생 유치를 위해 성별과 학년에 맞는 마케팅 전략 수립이 필요하겠다. 또한, 경호무도 지도자는 신규 및 기존 수련생의 계속적인 수련을 위한 전문화되고 차별화된 수련프로그램 및 수련생 관리시스템을 구축하여야 할 것으로 판단된다.

Recently, impinging spray is used for atomization of diesel engine, but it bring on adhesion of fuel. Therefore, we studied about droplet behavior on high temperature plate changing the size of droplet, surface temperatures, and surface roughness of plate. In this study, We studied to confirm experimentally about mechanism of evaporation and ignition process of single fuel droplet. We observed evaporation time, evaporation appearance and ignition delay time by the photopraphs of 8mm video camera. Experimental results are summarized as follows: 1. The boiling point of fuel affect a evaporation and ignition process. 2. The surface roughness affect a evaporation time. 3. The ignition delay time relate to evaporation characteristic.
디젤 엔진에서 바이오디젤 혼합연료에 따른 배기 특성 및 실험식 도출

The diesel engine is excellent in economic and thermal efficiency, and is widely used as a power source for industries and automobiles. However, the problem of environmental pollution caused by exhaust gas has recently become serious and the development of alternative energy resources is urgently required due to depletion of fossil fuel. Because biodiesel is similar in properties to light oil, it is being used as fuel for diesel engines by replacing or mixing conventional light oil. As the blending of biodiesel fuel in diesel increases, the emission of harmful substances is decreased as compared with the general diesel fuel, and the supply is increasing. In this study, the effects of biodiesel fuel on engine power and exhaust gas were investigated, and empirical formulas for various NOx and Smoke exhaust gases were derived based on biodiesel blending fuel.
고온.고압용기 내에서 핀틀노즐의 분무특성에 관한 실험적 연구

The characteristics of fuel spray have an important effect on engine performance such as power, specific fuel consumption and emission because fuel spray controls the mixing and combustion process in an engine. Therefore, if the characteristics of fuel spray can be measured, they can be effectively used for improving engine performance. The major factors controlling fuel spray are injection pressure, ambient pressure and engine speed. In this study, the experiment is performed in a high temperature and high pressure chamber. In experiments, spray tip penetration, spray angle and spray tip velocity are measured at various injection pressure (10 and 14 MPa), ambient pressure(3,4 and 5 MPa), fuel pump speed(500, 700 and 900 rpm). Experimental results are useful for deriving an experimental spray equation and design an optimal engine. The results showed that injection pressure, ambient pressure and fuel pump speed are important factors influencing on the characteristics of spray. 1) Injection pressure influences on the characteristics of spray. That is, as injection pressure is increased, spray angle is decreased but spray penetration and spray tip velocity is increased. 2) Spray angle and spray penetration are increased as fuel pump speed is increased.
