          예측성 플래그를 이용한 XML 문서의 접근통제 기법

          In this paper we propose a new notion of predictable flags type of authorization for controlling access to XML documents. By using predictable flags, we are able to efficiently detect conflicts between existing authorizations and new authorizations to be added. XML documents have an element-composition hierarchical structure in that a higher level element consists of multiple lower level sub-elements. Many XML documents systems have used the notion of implicit authorization that grants authorizations to an element and the all descendants to avoid the overhead caused by explicitly storing all authorization for each element. When we grant an authorization on an element in the XML documents, the implicit authorization method is inefficient in determining the conflicts since it needs to examine all authorizations on the descendants of that element. In contrast, our mechanism using predictable flags has the advantage of detecting the conflicts immediately at the element where an explicit authorization is to be granted. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서의 접근을 통제하기 위한 권한부여 기법으로 예측성 플래그를 활용하여 기존에 부여된 권한과 새롭게 추가할 권한 사이의 충돌을 효율적으로 탐지할 수 있는 방안을 제안한다. XML 문서는 상위 레벨의 한 엘리먼트가 하위 레벨의 여러 엘리먼트들로 구성되는 계층구조를 이룬다. 이러한 계층구조의 XML 문서에 대한 기존의 권한부여 기법은 임의의 한 레벨에 부여된 권한이 그 레벨의 모든 하위 레벨 엘리먼트들에 동일한 권한이 묵시적으로 부여되는 권한부여 기법이다. 이런 기법에서는 특정의 한 엘리먼트에 권한을 부여하려면 그 엘리먼트의 모든 하위 레벨의 엘리먼트들에 대해서 충돌이 일어나는 권한이 이미 부여 되어 있는지 검사하여야 하는 어려움이 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이런 어려움을 해결하기 위하여 한 엘리먼트에 권한을 부여할 때 그 엘리먼트의 상위 레벨의 엘리먼트들에 대해서 권한이 부여된 하위 엘리먼트가 있음을 나타내는 예측성 플래그를 미리 설정하여 두는 새로운 권한부여 기법을 제안하고 그 효율성을 입증한다.

          We examined the minimization effects of a subjective sense of poverty by social networks for urban workers and the mediating effects. The purposes of this study are to draw up measures and provide implications in community health care by gender. The findings are as follows: First, differences in understanding a subjective sense of poverty have been generated by demographic socio-economic characteristics according to gender. Second, differences in perception of the subjective sense of poverty have been generated by types of social networks according to the gender. Third, differences in types of social networks have been generated by gender. Fourth, differences in mediating effects of the types of social networks influencing a subjective sense of poverty have been generated by gender. We provide effective methods in community health care by analyzing these examinations.

          우리나라 3차진료기관의 구조적인 특성과 병원사망률의 관계

          This study was to evaluate hospital characteristics as composition of manpower and facilities to the death rate of patient; and to earmark the factors affecting the overall hospital mortality rates. The data utilized were derived from survey material conducted by the Korean Hospital Association on 32 tertiary referral hospitals in Korea between 1986 and 1994. The findings are : 1. Those hospitals having the most capacity per bed had little difference to the mortality rates than the others. 2. Those hospitals having the most daily patients per specialist had significantly higher mortality rates than the others, but the number of daily patients per nurse had little effect on the mortality rates. 3. Those hospitals which had a relatively sufficient number of quality assurance activities revealed a lower mortality, and particularly in case where such effort was directed to the clinicians, the outcome was remarkable. We concluded that the major factor affecting the hospital mortality rates seems to be the number of specialists per number of beds, the degree of quality assurance assessment of the clinicians, the quality assurance activities of each hospital as a whole, and the number of daily patient per specialist. According to the findings of this study, the composition and quality of specialist and adequate quality assurance activities seemed to be the essential for the improvement of hospital care. Therefore, in this regard e proper implementation of policy and support is highly recommended. Due to lack of available research material, the personal characteristics of specialists haven't been considered in this study. However, this longitudinal observation of 32 tertiary referral hospitals over a nine year period has significant merit alone.

          대학병원과 종합병원 직원의 부서간 갈등수준 비교분석

          The purpose of this study is to promote the efficiency of the management of the controls organization in the university hospitals and general hospitals by evaluating the factors underlying organizational conflict. The subject population included 351 hospital workers randomly selected from two general hospitals of less than 200 beds and two university hospitals over 500 beds in Seoul area. Data were collected through a survey questionnaire. To define related factors for the level of conflict among departments in each hospitals multivariate regression analysis was conducted. Independent factors were characteristics of subjects, conflicting factors between the departments. The results are as follows : 1. Those in high job position group demonstrated significantly higher level of conflict between departments. Those working in the general hospitals, who were older and had long-term tenure at current working hospital had higher level of conflict between the departments. 2. Concerning the involvement of conflicting factor and the level of conflict in the employees' there was statistically significant positive correlation between reliability and job-related and intradepartmental level of conflict in university hospitals. There was a significant positive correlation between interdepartmental conflicting factors of mutual dependence, difference in goal/orientation and interdepartmental level of conflict. 3. In the university hospitals, among the interdepartmental factors, mutual dependence and difference in goal/orientation had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the general hospitals, job position was a significant factor which sowed that those in high position such as section chief or above, compared to those in general position had higher level of conflict. Among the interdepartmental characteristics, factors of mutual dependence and goal/orientation had statistically significant influence and showed a positive relationship with interdepartmental level of conflict. In the general hospitals setting efforts to reduce conflict in areas among workers with high position, old age, and long tenure and those in medical are department should be made and prudent management and planning for improved manpower and increased budget or efficient allocation and clear definition of job description are necessary to adequately assess. In the university hospitals setting efforts to reexaminitation of the organizational structure and efficiency conveyance of information and efforts to resolve conflict among young workers with lower level of education is need. This study has its own merit in comparing empirically the conflict among hospitals workers in the university hospitals and general hospitals. Future study are needed with respect to the relationship between interdepartmental level of conflict and the effectiveness of the hospital organization for improved resolution of conflict in the organization and hospital management.
