The purpose of this paper was to find a visible real area for an average six year old Korean child in radiant enclosures having standing pose to determine the placement of a high intensity infrared heaters in a low temperature and a large space. The results using this method will be also necessary to find projected area, visible projected area, form factor, and mean radiant temperature for an average six years old Korean at arbitary view point. This average six years old Korean child consists of 3012 triangles. The methods to find visible real area of an average six years old Korean at arbitary view point will be presented. The biggest visible real area of an average six years old Korean is 3,397.7 ㎠ at the view point of alfa 15.0 degree and beta 0.0 degree, and the smallest visible real area of an average six years old Korean is 1420.2 ㎠ at the view point of alfa 75.0 degree and beta 90.0 degree. When a six years old Korean child in a low temperature and large space is exposed to a strongly directional irradiation from a high intensity infrared heaters, the placements of heaters are important. The recommended positions of the heaters are not alfa 75.0 degree and beta 90.0 degree but alfa 15.0 degree and beta 0.0 degree, and alfa 345.0 degree and beta 0.0 degree.

The purpose of this study is to explore the changes in space structure in urban residential areas, based on the historical and cultural background of Gyeongju area. In order to clarify its residential and cultural properties, the residential patterns and living characteristics identifying its historical context were analysed. This study was carried out with the data of the Hwango-dong area that has maintained its original form since the creation as a urban residential area during the 1960s and 1970s, the data of the Dongbang village area that was developed as one of residential area projects during the 1970s, and the data of the Seonggeon-dong area that was developed as a residential area during the 1970s and 1980s. The analyses on previous studies and statistical data, referring to building administration registers, field survey and photographing of house types, and exploration of living characteristics by house types were used to perform this study. Four hundred and five sample houses were used in this study, having forty one sample houses which were used for living survey and actual plane measurement. The result of this study can be used as basic information for designing the house to meet Gyeongju citizens' desire for living environments, and to maintain the cultural and historical contexts.

인터넷 서비스의 확대에 따라 사용자는 많은 웹 사이트에 접근해 자원을 활용하게 되었고, 이와 함께 정보 시스템에 대한 의존도가 높아지면서 인터넷 보안에 대한 인식도 커지게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 보안 서비스 중에서 무선 단말기를 이용한 사용자 인증에 대해 연구하였다. EAMS(Enhanced Account Management System)를 구축하여 사용자 과실 또는 고의에 의한 정보 시스템의 침해를 막고 무선 단말기를 사용하여 로그인 정보와 2차 인증을 받아 사용자가 시스템 계정에 접근함으로서 사용 시스템에 대한 신뢰도와 보안 수준이 향상된다.

This study examined the equivocalness of the standard legislation regarding the present situation of the sunshine-related law to reduce the trespass of the right of sunshine. In order to make more specific standard about that law, it was intended to suggest the distance ratio between apartment houses by the regional groups, the angle of building's direction and the gradient of the ground with the process of subdividing the existing regulation.

This study was conducted in seven metropolitan cities in south korea containing Seoul and Busan etc and used DevC++ language program in the process to get datas of the distance ratio between apartment houses by the length of time accepting sunshine during the day time. Basically by inputting information such as a certain date, longitude, latitude etc, it was possible to get outputs of the length of shadow. This study obtained the data from the model experiment and computer programs which analysis of the sunshine environment. As mentioned above, by analysing relations between sunshine-ralated laws in each cities and those influential factors, it is possible to suggest the fundamental data of distance ratio between apartment houses when designing a new building with more optimized way.

Recently, tourism is one of future promising industries having high developing possibilities, so many countries have developed tour resources and tried to attract foreign tourists using the resources. Many researches and attempts have tried to apply for tourism using various technologies such as GPS and RFID. However, the applying areas have been highly restricted to the technology providing contents on the spot for independent tourists. Therefore, this paper designed and implemented "Intelligent Tour Guide System (ITGS)" using GPS and ZigBee. The ITGS is for group tourists, and provides various functions for enjoying their tours in limited schedules. 최근 관광산업은 높은 성장잠재력을 지닌 미래 유망산업중의 하나로써, 전 세계 많은 나라들은 다양한 관광자원을 개발하여 외국인 관광객을 유치하는데 노력하고 있다. GPS (Global Positioning System)와 RFID (Radio Frequency Identification)와 같은 다양한 기술들을 이용하여 관광산업에 적용하고 있으나, 대부분의 제공되는 분야가 개별 관광객을 위한 현장에서의 콘텐츠 제공 기술로 매우 한정적이었다. 이에 본 논문에서 단체 관광객을 위한 GPS와 ZigBee 기술을 이용한 Intelligent Tour Guide System (ITGS)을 설계, 구현하였다. 이 지능형 관광 가이드 시스템은 단체 관광객들을 위한 시스템으로, 제한된 스케쥴을 최대한 활용하여 관광을 즐길 수 있도록 다양한 기능을 제공한다.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the performance characteristics of sound absorption at the form of voided circular tube. To do this research, the method for field measurement of floor impact sound level was used following the Korea Standard F2810-1996. Two kinds of voided circular form are used for this research. The results are as follows; 1. The main factor to effect the performance characteristics of sound absorption is sound-absorbing materials at the voided circular tube. 2. The main factor to effect the difference of Sound Pressure Level is the form of circular tube in the concrete slab. 3. The form of circular tubes effects the performance characteristics of sound absorption at the circular tube. More study will be needed about the depth and distance of sound absorption materials, and the characteristics of sound absorption materials.

The purposes of this research are to examine the principles of photoelectrochemical (PEC) solar cell with emphasis on the semiconductor, efficiency consideration, and photogalvanic cells. Photoelectrochemical cells may be used to convert solar radiation directly into electrical power. These cells are plagued with photodecomposition of the semiconductor electrode which limits their efficiency. The sun can contribute greatly to our energy needs if an efficient, inexpensive, workable system can be found. The present work suggests that such a system may soon be developed.

The principles of photochemical solar cells are reviewed, with emphasis on the semiconductor interface. Systems for direct conversion of solar to electrical energy are compared with those designed for production of chemical fuels. The characteristics of photochemical solar cells are reviewed.
