The purpose of this study was to compare the employment characteristics between the disabled and non-disabled with ‘decent job’ based on the ILO indexes. In order to accomplish the study aims, this study analyzed the data from the Panel Survey of Employment of the Eisabled(PSED) and Korea Labor and Income Panel Study(KLIP). The following results were identified. First, the factors of adequate wages(the disabled 32.0%, non-disabled 63.1%),, employment stability(the disabled 34.6%, non-disabled 68.4%), social security(the disabled 33.5%, non-disabled 55.8%) in terms of decent job were significantly different between the disabled and non-disabled. In other words, the disabled employe were less level than non-disabled employe. Second, the factor of disabilit was significantly associated with discerning the two groups. Overall, the results of the study suggested that the jobs for the disabled tended not to satisfy the 'decent job' standards. Therefore, it was necessary to reexamine the directions of employment policy for the disabled. It appeared that the employment policy for the disabled should be directed to raise quality standards of the available jobs rather than increasing job itself. On the other hands, it would be also important in the future to deal with ‘decent job’ more carefully and concretely by developing qualitative indicators which reflect the special characteristics of the disabled.
청소년의 우울과 비행의 종단적 관계: 부모, 또래 및 교사요인의 영향

Objective: The purpose of this study was to examine the developmental trajectories of adolescent depression and delinquency, to explore the longitudinal relationship between depression and delinquency, and to investigate the effects of parental abuse, parent neglect, delinquent peer association, and teacher relationships on the longitudinal relationship between depression and delinquency. Methods: The participants of this study were 2,179 students from the second to sixth waves of longitudinal data from the Panel Study on Korean Children. The data were analyzed using latent growth modeling. Results: First, the trajectory of adolescent depression decreased slightly, whereas delinquency increased across time. Second, the initial level of depression indicated a significant negative effect on the slope of delinquency. Third, the intercept of depression was affected by parental abuse, parental neglect, and teacher relationships. Further, the slope of depression was only influenced by parental abuse. Fourth, the intercept of delinquency was affected by parental abuse, delinquent peer association, and teacher relationships. Further, the slope of delinquency was influenced by parental abuse, parental neglect, and delinquent peer association. Conclusion: These findings suggest the importance of interventions targeting parental abuse and neglect to prevent adolescent depression and delinquency.
초등학교 교사와 실무원의 갈등에 관한 질적 연구: D광역시교육청을 중심으로

이 연구의 목적은 교사와 실무원이 직접 경험한 갈등의 유형을 파악하고 원인을 분석하여 갈등관계를 개선할 방안을 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 2014년 3월부터 5월까지 D광역시교육청 산하 초등학교에 근무 중인 교사와 실무원을 대상으로 면담을 실시하고 결과를 도출하였다. 주요한 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교사와 실무원의 갈등은 다양한 유형이 존재한다. 직접적 갈등은 업무 수행 측면과 업무 외적 측면, 간접적 갈등은 인사관리, 학교문화로 구분된다. 둘째, 갈등의 원인은 각 유형에 따라 차이가 있었다. 대표적으로 비협조적인 근무 태도, 전문성 부족, 불명확한 업무 구분, 부적절한 언행 등이 있었다. 셋째, 교사와 실무원의 갈등을 해소하기 위해서는 단위학교와 교육청의 공동 노력이 필요하다. 교사와 실무원의 부단한 노력과 단위학교 및 시·도교육청 차원의 지원이 조화를 이뤄야 한다. Teacher assistants in public schools have become valuable members of the educational support staff for teachers. As the number of teacher assistants has steadily increased over the last two years, the need to solve the conflicts between teachers and teacher assistants has become imperative. However, studies about the status quo are quite limited. In this context, this study attempts to make an in-depth investigation into the conflict phenomenon and casual factors between teachers and teacher assistants in public elementary schools. This qualitative research is conducted with current elementary school teachers and teacher assistants located within D metropolitan city area from March, 2014 to May, 2014. The data were collected through the in-depth interview and analyzed by content analysis. The findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, there are two types of conflicts. One is work related conflict and the other is non-work related conflicts such as personnel management, and school cultures. Second, the causes of conflicts differ based on types of conflicts: Service attitude, lack of professionalism, workload, improper language, and negative manner. Third, cooperated efforts from school-based and office of education must be made to settle down the conflicts. It is an urgent issue to change the conflicts into positive functions so that the system can reach its original purpose. Therefore, efforts of teachers and staffs must be harmoniously made along with the efforts of school and office of education.

한국의 여성복지는 요보호여성을 중심으로 한 부녀복지사업에서 출발하여 오랫동안 그 틀을 유지해오다가 1980년대에 이르러서야 여성의 지위와 역할의 변화로 모든 여성을 대상으로 하는 여성복지의 개념으로 확대되었고 국가가 점차 여성복지정책의 주체로 확립되었다. 특히, 1980년대 후반부터는 여러 개혁적인 복지관련 입법들을 주도하고, 여성정책을 독립적으로 담당하는 정부기구가 형성되는 등의 발전을 보이고 있다. 본 연구에서는 해방 이후 여성복지의 변화와 특성을 여성운동과의 관련성속에서 연구해보고자 한다. 즉 한국의 여성운동이 여성복지정책과 제도의 형성에 어떤 영향을 미쳤는가를 살펴보고, 이에 근거하여 한국 여성복지의 전개 방향과 특성은 무엇인지 파악해보고자 하는 것이 본 연구의 목적이다. 특히 여성운동과 여성복지의 관계 속에서 복지발전에 대해 시사하는 점을 밝혀내고, 앞으로 변화된 복지환경 속에서 여성운동이 여성복지 일반에 어떤 영향을 가지는지 논의해 보고자 한다. The purpose of this study is to examine the influences of women s social action on the social welfare for women and their meaning for it. The study begins with an analysis and discussion of the Korean historical background divided 5 periods from 1945 to 1990 s and the relationship between women s social action and social welfare for women; their issues and characteristics. Compared with the general level of Korean social welfare, women s welfare is much more developed thanks to women s social action even the global neo-liberal circumstances. The women s social action based women s studies, one side, and feminist s participation, the other side, has accelerated making various social policies related women issues. A finding of this study is that the women s social action is inevitably important for the development of social welfare for women. Moreover it is necessary to have interdisciplinary approaches for developing of specific areas, such as welfare for children, aging people and families. Social movement and action foster developing welfare policies from conformable and accommodative forms to innovative and reformative types.
비문해 성인후기여성의 문해교육만족도와 자아통합감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과 검증

본 연구의 목적은 비문해 성인후기여성의 문해교육만족도와 자아통합감의 관계에서 자아존중감의 매개효과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 경상남도 양산시의 각 읍, 면, 동 등에 개설된 한글교실에서 학습하고 있는 학습자 중 성인후기 비문해 여성학습자 343명을 대상으로 문해교육만족도, 자아통합감, 자아존중감 변인을 활용하여 조사, SPSS 22.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 비문해 성인후기여성의 문해교육만족도와 자아존중감이 자아통합감에 모두 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났으며, 문해교육만족도의 하위요인들 중 교육강사 및 교육방법의 기여도에서 자아존중감의 효과가 통제되었을때 자아통합감의 효과가 감소하였다. 따라서 자아존중감은 교육강사 및 교육방법과 자아통합감의 관계에서 부분매개효과가 있는 것으로 검증되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 살펴보았을 때, 비문해 성인후기여성의 자아통합감을 높이기 위해서는 자아존중감의 수준을 높여줄 수 있고, 문해교육프로그램에 만족도를 높이기 위해 우수한 강사진과 비문해 성인후기 여성에게 적합한 교육방법을 채택하는 것이 중요하다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-esteem in the relationship between illiterate aged women’s satisfaction on literacy education and ego-integrity. For this purpose, the survey on satisfaction on literacy education, ego-integrity, self-esteem was conducted on 343 illiterate aged women who were taught in 23 Hangul Classes in Yangsan-si, Gyeongsangnam-do. And mediation regression analysis was carried out, based upon reliability analysis, frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis and Baron and Kenny"s mediation model(1986) by using SPSS Statistics 22.0. Analysis shows that the satisfaction on literacy education and self-esteem of aged women who are not literate have a significant effect on ego-integrity. Among the sub-factors of satisfaction on literacy education, the effect of self-esteem was reduced when self-esteem was controlled from the contribution of education instructors and methods. Therefore, the self-esteem had partial mediating effect in the relationship with education instructor, methods and ego-integrity. This research discovered that participation in literacy education is a social activity that helps increase illiterate aged women’s ego-integrity and self-esteem and especially, the self-esteem which was achieved while participating in literacy education had mediating effect in the relationship with literacy education and ego-integrity.

As the nation rapidly steps into the aging society, comprehensive understating on life satisfaction of older adults is critical to improve their well-being. Using data from the National Survey of the Elderly (NSE) of the 2014, this research investigated the predictors of life satisfaction among the elderly. A set of variables predicting the life satisfaction of the older adults was tested in the multiple regression models: (1) health condition; (2) social activity participation; (3) employment status; (4) informal social support. (5) formal social support. The relationship between independent variables and the life satisfaction of the older adults was further tested by households income groups: lower income, middle income, and higher income. Findings from this study have provided some evidences that predictors associated with the life satisfaction of the older adults are varied by income groups. In sum, contacts with friends, acquaintances and formal social support were significant predictors for the lower income group and middle income group. individual factors were significant predictors of life satisfaction for higher income group. Finally, implications for program development and policy were further discussed.

본 연구는 노인의 생활만족도에 관한 기존 선행 연구들이 지니는 횡단적 분석에 따른 결과의 상이함의 한계를 극복하기 위해 시간의 경과에 따른 노인의 생활만족도 변화를 살펴보고 이러한 변화에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 요인을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이에 한국노동패널자료를 활용하여 잠재성장곡선모형 (Latent Growth Curve Modeling: LGCM)을 활용하여 8년간의 생활만족도 변화 궤적과 변화 궤적에 영향을 미치는 유의미한 변수들이 무엇인지를 파악하고자 시도하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 무조건부 모형을 통해 노인의 전반적 생활만족도의 변화 궤적을 검증하였다. 노인의 전반적 생활만족도는 시간이 지남에 따라 전반적으로 성장하지만 성장세가 시간이 지남에 따라 다소 둔화되는 볼록 포물선의 형태로 성장함을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 노인의 생활만족도 변화 궤적에 기초하여 노인의 인구사회학적 변인이 영향을 미치는지를 알아보기 위해 조건부 모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과, 노인의 생활만족도 변화 궤적에 영향을 미치는 인구사회학적 변인으로 연령, 교육, 건강상태가 유의미한 영향을 미치는 변수로 나타났다. 반면, 노인의 성별과 결혼상태 변화는 노인의 전반적 생활만족도 변화 궤적에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 통해 논의와 함의를 제시하였다. The purpose of this study was to examine the prospective changes of life satisfaction among individuals over 65 years old and to explore the impact of socio-demographic variables on the level of life satisfaction. In order to accomplish the study aims, we utilized the data from Korea Labor and Income Panel(KLIP) and examined the change trajectories of life satisfaction over 8 years using latent growth curve modeling. The results of the study are as follows. First, the conditional model analysis indicated that the life satisfaction increased over time. The analysis also revealed that the change pattern was curvelinear indicating that the growth rate was decreasing little by little over time. Second, the unconditional model analysis using socio-demographic factors as independent variables revealed that age, education level, and health status were significantly related with the change trajectories of life satisfaction. On the other hand, gender and marital status were not significant predictors of life satisfaction change. Finally, the implications of research and practice of this study were discussed.
사회복지현장실습 관련 요인이 사회복지전공학생들의 임파워먼트에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 사회복지현장실습 관련 요인이 사회복지전공학생들의 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는지를 살펴봄으로써 사회복지전공학생의 역량강화를 위한 사회복지현장실습교육의 발전 방향을 제시하고자 실시하였다. 이를 위해 경상남도 G지역과 J지역 대학에서 사회복지전공 대학생 중 사회복지현장실습을 이수한 학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 우선 사회복지현장실습을 이수한 학생들의 임파워먼트 정도는 3.71점으로 보통보다 높게 나타났다. 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 사회복지현장실습 관련 요인을 실습생 개인 요인, 실습기관 요인, 학교요인으로 구분하여 각 영역별 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 실습생 개인요인에서는 실습수행도(β=.123, t=2.405, p<.05), 실습기관 요인에서는 실습슈퍼바이저 만족도(β=.176, t=2.446, p<.05), 학교 요인에서는 실습수업 만족도(β=.284, t=5.061, p<.001) 등이 임파워먼트에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났고, 실습생 개인 요인, 실습기관 요인, 학교 요인을 모두 고려할 경우 임파워먼트에 영향을 주는 요인은 실습수업내용 만족도(β=.257, t=4.495, p<.001)가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 이를 통해 사회복지전공 학생들의 임파워먼트를 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다. The purpose of this study is examine the effect of social work field practicum related factors on empowerment of students majoring in social welfare. For this purpose, a survey of the university students with completing social work field practicum was conducted and data was analyzed. The results of this study are summarized as follows: The empowerment level of the students with completing social work field practicum is 3.71. Multiple regression analysis was conducted for each sector by dividing the factors related to the social welfare field practicums affecting the empowerment into individual factors, practical institutional factors, and school factors. Degrees of practice(β=.123, t=2.405, p<.05), the satisfaction level of the supervisor(β = .176, t = 2.446, p <.05), the lecture satisfaction level of the practicum(β=.229, t=4.018, p<.001) were found to affect the empowerment in each sector. But in final analysis with all factors have been concerned, the lecture satisfaction level of the practicum(β=.257, t=4.495, p<.001) had a positive effect on the empowerment. Based on these results, implications for research and practice were discussed.
