Generally Cam-Follower systems consist of two elements: Cam is for rotating motion and follower for reciprocating motion. Depending on the shape of cam and type of follower, the motion of cam-follower system is determined. Thus design process and analysis process must be well defined. The design process means to find the coordinates of cam shape which can be defined the given motion of follower and the analysis process means to determine the motion curve of follower corresponding to the given cam based on the dimensions of a cam-follower system. This paper consists of two parts: One is development of a numerical method for design and analysis of cam-follower systems, the other is for development of a CAD program and its application. As the first part of the paper, an iterative contact method is proposed. This method can calculate the contact points between cam and roller and determine their contact angles iteratively. The second part of the paper presents the structure of a CAD program and its availability to the industrial applications.

Shrink-rings (stress-rings) are used in the fabrication of compaction dies to increase the allowable pressures for a given die material. This paper proposes a new approach, where the maximum allowable shrinking pressures are calculated on shrinked plans in the radial direction and then the fractional fitting pressures below the maximum shrinking pressures are used as the design values. A computer program, DIECAD, is developed. The paper presents two design cases as examples in order to easily illustrate the design procedures from the computer program DIECAD

Many direct integration methods are used for numerical analyses of dynamic motion. In these methods, the governing equations of a dynamic system are integrated successively using a step-by-step numerical integration procedure. Time derivatives in the equations are generally approximated using difference formulas involving one or more increments of the time. Time increment has closely relationship with the accuracy of the motion analysis. In this paper, a 4th order Houbolt direct integration method is derived. For a spring-mass system, the motion of the system are analyzed from the 3rd order Houbolt and the 4th order Houbolt approaches respectively. Finally the paper proposes the optimal time-increment based on the accuracy of numerical analyses.

Four data files are used in the program where the design process and the analysis process are carried out interactively to en hence its availability to the industrial applications. The first part of the paper 'presents the iterative contact method which can determine the contact points and their angles between cam and roller.
원장의 변혁적 리더십이 공립유치원 교사의 직무만족도 및 교수몰입에 미치는 영향: 교사학습공동체 참여 수준의 매개효과

The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between director's transformational leadership, teacher-learning community participation, job satisfaction and teaching flow and to determine how a director's transformational leadership affects the job satisfaction and teaching flow of public kindergarten teachers through the mediation of teacher-learning community participation. A total of 391 public kindergarten teachers participating in teacher-learning communities in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do were selected. Data were analyzed using frequency, Pearson's correlation, regressions and bootstrapping verification using SPSS 25.0. The results are as follows. First, director's transformational leadership, teacher-learning community participation, job satisfaction, and teaching flow were significantly correlated with one another. Second, participation in the teacher-learning community partially mediated the relationship between director's transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Finally, participation in the teacher-learning community partially mediated the relationship between director's transformational leadership and teaching flow. These results will provide basic data to promote the understanding and activation of teacher-learning community participation and to increase job satisfaction and teaching flow. 본 연구는 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사학습공동체 참여 수준, 직무만족도, 교수몰입의 상관관계를 살펴보고, 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 공립유치원 교사의 직무만족도 및 교수몰입 관계에서 교사학습공동체 참여 수준의 매개효과를 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 서울, 경기 지역 교사학습공동체에 참여 중인 공립유치원 교사 391명을 연구 대상으로 선정하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 프로그램을 이용하여 빈도분석, Pearson 상관분석, 회귀분석, Bootstrapping 매개효과 유의성 검증을 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 첫째, 원장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사학습공동체 참여 수준, 직무만족도, 교수몰입 간 모두 유의한 정적 상관관계가 나타났다. 둘째, 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 직무만족도 관계에서 교사학습공동체 참여 수준은 부분매개효과를 나타냈다. 셋째, 원장의 변혁적 리더십과 교수몰입 관계에서 교사학습공동체 참여 수준은 부분 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 결과는 교사학습공동체 참여에 대한 이해와 활성화를 도모하고, 직무만족도와 교수몰입을 높일 수 있도록 지원하는 기초자료를 제공할 것이다.
