정보통신기술의 발전과 인터넷 보급 확산의 영향으로 디지털 범죄는 해마다 증가하고 있다. 고도화 전문화되어 가고 있는 디지털 범죄를 해결하기 위해서는 디지털 포렌식 프로세스 표준화, 전문가 양성 및 교육, R&D, 정부의 정책적인 지원 등 디지털 포렌식 기술 발전을 위한 노력이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 국내 디지털 포렌식 기술의 현황을 파악하고 발전방안을 제시하고자 한다. With the develoment of IT(Information Technologies) in Internet, Digital crime are increasing explosive every year. Recently, digital crime is taken advantage of technical and expert skill. It is necessary to investigate a digital crime that Digital forensic process standardization, Specialist training & education, R&D, Government support. So in this paper we proposed device of the grow of digital forensic that make analysis of the present state domestic digital forensic technique.
전방 십자인대 재건술에서 발생한 이식물-터널 불일치에서 스테플을 이용한 경골 고정 방법의 비교

Purpose : To evaluate each clinical results of variable tibial fixation with staple to resolve graft-tunnel mismatch in arthroscopic ACL reconstruction. Materials and Methods : The operative reports of patients who underwent arthroscopic ACL reconstruction between 1998 and 2007 were reviewed. Group 1(12 patients) treated with a interference screw augmented by staple fixation, and group 2(11 patients) treated with only staples fixation to resolve graft-tunnel mismatch. Mean follow-up was 25.9 ± 14.9 months for group 1 and 25.2 ± 12.1 months for group 2. We compared the clinical results by physical examination(Lachman test, pivot shift test), Lysholm score and International Knee Documentation Committee(IKDC), objective knee evaluation form. Results : The Lachman test was acceptable result in 11(91.6%) cases of group 1, 10(90.9%) cases of group 2 at latest follow-up. The pivot shift test was acceptable result in 11(91.6%) cases of group 1, 10(90.9%) cases of group 2 at latest follow-up. Lysholm score improved from 52.8, 55.6 to 93.2, 93.6. The IKDC grade was abnormal(C) or severely abnormal(D) in all cases preoperatively. They improved 2 cases of normal(A), 9 cases of nearly normal(B), 1 case of abnormal(C) in group 1, 2 cases of normal(A), 8 cases of nearly normal(B), 1 case of abnormal(C) in group 2. Conclusion : No statistical difference of clinical result was found among two groups and no difference was noted between these results and previous result of patients undergoing conventional ACL reconstruction. So theses results demonstrate the interference screw augmented by staple fixation and only staples fixation are effective in resolving graft-tunnel mismatch in arthroscopic ACL reconstruction.

목적: 슬괵건 채취시 공동 부착부에서 박건과 반건양 건의 부정확한 분리와 반건양 건의 주행 방향에 존재하는 부가 건으로 인하여 건 채취에 대한 술기적 어려움 있어 본 연구는 사체 절개를 통해 슬괵건 채취를 위한 해부학적 지식을 얻고자 한다. 대상 및 방법: 10구의 사체에서 20개의 슬관절을 이용하여 건의 공동 부착부에서 건 분리까지의 거리 및 반건양 건에서 부건 형태 및 위치를 조사하였다. 결과: 건 분리가 분명해지는 부위와 경골능선과의 거리는 $39.68{\pm}9.97mm$였으며, 공동 부착부와 경골 조면간의 거리는 $18.57{\pm}2.91mm$로 관찰되었으며, 반건양 건에 존재하는 부가 건은 분명한 건성 구조물없이 근막성 구조물이 대부분에서 관찰되었으며 3례에서만 경골조면에서 일직선상으로 15cm부위에 건성 구조물이 관찰되었다. 결론: 슬괵건 채취를 위한 절개는 경골 조면을 기준으로 하여 내측 20mm, 하측 40mm을 중심으로 절개 지점을 선정하는 것이 건분리 지점의 확인에 좋을 것으로 사료되며, 반건양 건에 존재한다고 알려져 있는 부가 건은 대부분 근막성 구조물로 관찰되었다. Purpose: The harvest of hamstring tendon is technically demanding because of the inadequate identification of hamstring tendon separation and accessory tendon of semitendinosus tendon. We conducted therefore conducted an anatomic study, aiming at the anatomic knowledge for graft harvest. Materials and Methods: 20 human cadaveric knees (10 cadavers) were used for the study. The location of tendon separation in conjoined tendon and accessory tendon of semitendinosus tendon were described and recorded. Results: The location of tendon separation of conjoined tendon was average $39.68{\pm}9.97mm$ vertically and $18.57{\pm}2.91mm$ horizontally from the tibial spine. We found that the accessory structure of the semitendinosus tendon was mostly fascia-like structure(17 knees), the tendinous structure, 3 cases which was straightly located 15cm from the tibial crest. Conclusion: We propose that the expected incision for hamstring tendon harvest is centered on the inferior 40mm, medial 20mm from the tibial spine. The accessory structure of the semitendinosus tendon was mostly found of fascia-like structure.
$CCI_4$ 를 사용하여 베이스를 탄소도핑한 AlGaAs/GaAs HBT의 제작 및 특성

A 4${\times}10^{19}cm^{3}$ carbon-doped base AlGaAs/GaAs HBY was grown using carbontetracholoride(CCl$_4$) by atmospheric pressure MOCVD. Abruptness of emitter-base junction was characterized by SIMS(secondary ion mass spectorscopy) and the doping concentration of base layer was confirmed by DXRD(double crystal X-ray diffractometry). Mesa-type HBTs were fabricated using wet etching and lift-off technique. The base sheet resistance of R$_{sheet}$=550${\Omega}$/square was measured using TLM(transmission line model) method. The fabricated transistor achieved a collector-base junction breakdown voltage of BV$_{CBO}$=25V and a critical collector current density of J$_{O}$=40kA/cm$^2$ at V$_{CE}$=2V. The 50$\times$100$\mu$</TEX$^2$ emitter transistor showed a common emitter DC current gain of h$_{FE}$=30 at a collector current density of JS1CT=5kA/cm$^2$ and a base current ideality factor of ηS1EBT=1.4. The high frequency characterization of 5$\times$50$\mu$m$^2$ emitter transistor was carried out by on-wafer S-parameter measurement at 0.1~18.1GHz. Current gain cutoff frequency of f$_{T}$=27GHz and maximum oscillation frequency of f$_{max}$=16GHz were obtained from the measured Sparameter and device parameters of small-signal lumped-element equivalent network were extracted using Libra software. The fabricated HBT was proved to be useful to high speed and power spplications.

Purpose : Rat arthritis was induced by bovine type II collagen. To present the remedial effects on type II collagen arthritis and clinical efficacy, a high dose of methotrexate, of a level similar to that used in cancer patients was given to rats. 목 적 : 쥐에서 제 2형 콜라겐 유도에 의한 인공적 관절염을 유발시킨 후 methotrexate를 단위 체표면적당 골종양 환자와 비슷한 용량(사람 Max. 12 g/BSA)으로 쥐에 투여하여 관절염에 대한 약물의 치료 효과 및 임상적 유용성을 제시하고자 하였다.

Purpose : This study was performed to determined by follow-up observation, the result of the arthroscopic treatment for advanced degenerative arthritis of the knee joint. 목 적 : 슬관절 퇴행성 관절염은 보존적 치료에 반응이 없으면 관절경적 치료를 시행하는 것이 좋은 결과를 나타내었다고 많은 저자들이 보고하였는 바, 본 교실에서는 진행된 슬관절 퇴행성 관절염에서 관절경적 치료 후 추시 관찰 결과를 알아 보고자 한다.
