        만경강 하류유역의 월별 수질조사를 위해 2003년 11월부터 2004년 9월까지 5개의 소유역 6개 지점에서 매월 1회씩 총 11회에 걸쳐 수질자료 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 전체 조사기간중 하천수의 수은은 1.5~31.0℃의 범위였으며, 평균은 18.0℃를 나타내었고, 수소이온농도(pH)는 6.36-8.71의 범위로 평균 7.15로 나타났다. 2. 화학적산소요구량(COD)은 2.61~41.44mg/L의 범위로 평균 11.86mg/L로, 총질소(T-N)의 함량은 1.07~25.72mg/L의 범위로 평균 7.41mg/L, 총인(T-P)의 함량은 0.01~1.86mg/L의 범위로 평균 0.52mg/L를 나타났다. 3. 부유물질(SS)의 함량은 7.8~1496.0 mg/L의 범위로 평균 197.9 mg/L를 나타냈고, 용존산소량(DO)은 2.20~8.42mg/L로 평균 5.21mg/L 생물화학적산소요구량(BOD)은 0.3~7.5mg/L의 범위를 보였으며 평균 3.19mg/L로 나타났다. 양이온함량은 칼슘의 경우 6.20~22.67mg/L, 마그네슘은 1.89~26.50mg/L, 나트륨은 4.09~295.00mg/L, 칼륨의 경우에는 2.35~32.20mg/L의 범위로 나타났다. 4. 만경강 하류유역의 경우에는 일부지역을 제외하고는 농경지가 차지하는 비율이 높은 전형적인 농촌유역의 형태를 지니고 있었으며 유역에 대한 수질조사결과 농업활동에 의한 영향은 일시적으로 수질에 영향을 미치고 있었으며 축산폐수 및 생활하수의 영향은 농업활동 에 의한 영향보다 큰 수준으로 하천수질에 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. The purpose of this study was to investigate the change of stream water quality in down stream of Mangyeong river stream, water samples were taken at 6 sampling site during 12 months from November in 2003 to September in 2004. Therefore, we were to provide elementary data for the water quality management of Mangyeong river. Water quality was analyzed with pH, DO, BOD, COD, SS, Total-P, Total-P, Cation. COD, SS values of stream water was ranged 2.61~41.44mg/L, 7.8~1496.0mg/L. Total-N, Total-P of stream water was ranged 1.07~25.72mg/L, 0.01 ~1.86mg/L. Also, DO, BOD of stream water was ranged 2.20~8.42mg/L, 0.3~7.5mg/L respectively.

        The main purpose of this study is to survey optimum water management for preventing resalinization after early desalinization in Saemangeum reclaimed tidal lands. Water management experiments were carried out as three methods, namely, the non-irrigation, the intermediate-irrigation and the continuous-irrigation. Regression equations were obtained in order to investigate the changes of electrical conductivity after the early desalinization of the reclaimed tidal lands and to estimate preventing effects of resalinization. With the increase of the water requirement for desalinization(Dwl/Ds), the electrical conductivity decreased with high degree of correlationships and the effects of preventing resalinization were remarkable in continuous-irrigation. The results showed that the soil moisture contents could have a significant influence on resalinization of reclaimed tidal lands. Therefore, for preventing resalinization of reclaimed tidal lands, it is suggested that soil management by applying blocking of capillary and soil moisture would be required.

        This study was performed to investigate the stream water quality characteristics according to the seasonal variation at Dowon-chon of the Dongjin river. Water samples were taken during 15 months from May in 2004 to July in 2005. The measured pH, EC of the stream water was ranged 6.49~7.22, 21.0~173.4μS/cm. The concentration of T-N, T-P, COD, SS, DO, BOD were 2.14~8.93mg/L, 0.01~0.39mg/L, 1.22~12.08mg/L, 12.0~2,124.0mg/L, 5.01~11.50mg/L, 0.5~6.0mg/L respectively.

        Recently, rural areas are faced with many difficulties due to free trade agreement(FTA), WTO and DDA negotiations. Therefore, Government is planning to establish a way for resolving of these problems. The purpose of this study is to present the effective developing direction of rural amenity resources through the amenity investigation in Napo-Myeon, Gunsansi. The developing direction of rural village is divided into two types considering distribution of rural amenity resources.

        Caffeine 투여시 Rat의 혈액내 혈액화학성분의 변화

        This study was conducted to identify the effects of caffeine on the change of blood chemistry components in the serum of the rat(Sprague-Dawley, female). The experimental groups were divided into 7 groups according to the time lapsed after a single oral administration of 100mg/kg caffeine(that is control, 2, 4, 8, 24, 48 and 72 hrs lapsed group) to the rats. The concentrations of glucose, urea nitrogen, uric acid, creatinine, total protein, albumin, A/G ratio, triglyceride, total cholesterol, HDL-cholesterol, free fatty acid and phospholipid as well as the activities of alanine aminotransferase(ALT), aspartate aminotransferase(AST) and alkaline phosphatase(ALP) were measured in the serum of each experimental groups. The results obtained from this study were summarized as follows; 1. The concentrations of serum glucose were significantly higher(p<0.01) between 4 (143.0 mg/dl) and 8 hrs(138.0mg/dl) in comparison to the control(101.lmg/dl) after a single oral administration of caffeine(l00mg/kg). Whereas there were no significant differences in the concentrations of urea nitrogen, uric acid, creatinine, total protein, albumin and albumin/globulin(A/G) ratio in comparison to the control. 2. The concentrations of total cholesterol and HDL-cholesterol in serum were significantly higher (p<0.01) between 4(77.4mg/dl, total cholesterol) and 8 hrs(64.7mg/dl, HDL-cholesterol) in comparison to the control(62.8, 46.7mg/dl) after a single oral administration of caffeine (100mg/kg). On the other hand, the concentrations of triglyceride in serum were significantly lower(p<0.01) after 8 hrs(38.8mg/dl) in comparison to the control(66.5mg/dl). 3. The activities of AST in serum was significantly higher(p<0.05) from 2 hrs(149 U/L) to 8 hrs(178 U/L) in comparison to the control(112 U/L) after a single oral administration of caffeine (100mg/kg). The activities of ALT in serum were significantly higher(p<0.01) at 4(45.5 U/L), 24(49.3 U/L), 48(46.8 U/L) and 72 hrs(42.3 U/L) in comparison to the control (39.7 U/L) after a single oral administration of caffeine(l00mg/kg). On the other hand, there were no significant differences in the activities of ALP in comparison to the control.

        The concentrations of nutrients in precipitation increased slightly from May to June and did not change afterwards. Regarding irrigation water, the nutrient concentrations were high in the early stage of rice growth but decreased during the period of mid-June to mid-July. The concentration of Tot-N in runoff water increased significantly during the period of fertilizer application (basal, tillering, and panicle fertilization) and then decreased. The concentrations of Tot-N in runoff water ranged from 0.4 to 39.8mg/L (average of 5.9mg/L). The concentration of Tot-P in runoff water ranged from 0.0004 to 0.2084mg/L (average of 0.055mg/L). The Tot-P concentrations were high only at the early stage of rice growth after fertilizer application and did not change afterwards.

        Vitamin E 경구투여가 한우 거세비육우의 혈액 및 근육내 지질과산화 작용에 미치는 영향

        This study was evaluated to know the effects of vitamin E(VE) on the lipid peroxidation in blood and sirloin of castrated korean indigenous beef cattle. Experimental groups were divided into VE 500 IU(A), 1,500 IU additative feeding group(B) and non-VE-treated control group(C). After oral administration to the cattle for 120 and 150 days, body weight gains, VE contents in plasma and sirloin, and thiobarbituric acid(TBA) value were examined according to the exhibition period(1-7 days) in refrigerated showcase between aging and non- aging group. The results obtained from this study were summarized as follows; 1. Body weight gain per day of control compared with VE additative feeding A and B groups were showed no significantly differences. 2. The concentrations of VE in plasma after oral administration with VE for 120 days were significantly increased(p<0.05) in A and B groups. There were higher(p<0.05) 4.22μg/mℓ in A and 6.22μg/mℓ in B group than the control(3.0μg/mℓ). And the concentrations of VE in plasma for 150 days were significantly increased(p<0.05) in VE additative feeding groups. There were higher 4.89μg/mℓ in A and 7.05μg/mℓ in B group than the control(3.15μg/mℓ). 3. The concentrations of VE in sirloin for 120 days were significantly increased(p<0.05) in A and B groups. There were higher 1.84μg/g in A group and 2.40μg/g in B group than the control(0.78μg/g). And the concentrations of VE in sirloin for 150 days were significantly increased(p<0.05) in A and B groups. There were higher l.94μg/g in A group and 2.63μg/g in B group than the control(1.00μg/g). 4. TBA values, the indicator of lipid peroxidation, in non-aging sirloin according to the exhibition period(1-7 days) in refrigerated showcase after oral administration with VE additative feed for 120 days were lower 0.73 in A and B groups than 0.82 in control at the third day after exhibition. In the same group, TBA values were significantly(p<0.05) lower 0.77 and 0.75 in A and B groups than 1.22 in control at the seventh day after exhibition. Equally, in the aging group, there were significantly(p<0.05) showed lower TBA values 1.05 and 0.99 in A and B groups than 1.87 in control at the seventh day after exhibition. 5. After oral administration with VE additative feed to the cattle for 150 days, TBA values in non-aging sirloin according to the exhibition period(1-7 days) in refrigerated showcase were significantly(p<0.05) decreased to 0.84 and 0.88 in A and B groups than 1.26 in control at the seventh day after exhibition. In the aging group, there were significantly(p<0.05) showed lower TBA values 0.95 and 0.99 in A and B groups than 1.79 in control at the seventh day after exhibition.

        제수문 영향 및 액비시용 증가에 따른 농업소유역에서의 비점오염원 특성 평가

        The purpose of this study was to assess nonpoint sources (NPS) pollution affected by liquid manure and regulating gate in a small agricultural watershed. The study area, which is a wide plain farmland, was operating by the Buyong regulating gate in order to maintain irrigation water level during irrigation period. Consequentially, runoff only occurs through the gate at each event in rainy season for avoiding farmland inundation. In addition, the usage ratio of liquid manure in the study area has been increased greatly since 2014. Discharge loads at the Hwaingsan bridge subwatershed were 1.2 times for T-N, 4-10 times for T-P, and 3-8 times for TOC compared with the Soyang watershed (control) during study period. The reason was that NPS pollutants from upper Gpeun and Sangri bridge subwatersheds, which are widely spraying with livestock liquid manure, were stack at this subwaterehd because of regulating gate in non-rainy seasons. A number of agricultural watersheds in Saemangeum watershed are affected by regulating gate and vigorous livestock activities so that substantial management schemes under controling regulating gate are needed for minimizing livestock related NPS.

        It is important to be analyze the relationship between agricultural land planning and weather in the Saemangeum reclaimed tideland. So, this study was analyzed weather characteristics of Saemangeum reclaimed tideland until December, 2006 since January, 2001 using the AWS observation weather data. Analysis items of weather data were air temperature, wind speed, precipitation. In case of air temperature was ascending gradually, and was ranged 12.7~14.0℃ during the recently 6 year. Island and inland region was showed high, but showed comparatively low in region that was adjoined in west coast. Also, wind speed, annual precipitation were ranged 1.4~3.5m/s, 1,064.5~1,367.1mm by regional.
