인공 초기 법랑질 우식유발에 관한 조직 생화학적 비교 실험 연구

Three chemical systems, 1) Hydroxyethyl Cellulose System 2) Lactate Buffer System containing MHDP 3) Lactate Buffer System without MHDP, to produce early enamel carious lesions were investigated in the present study. Sound premolars (n=60), extracted for orthodontic reasons, were evenly divided into three groups and demineralized for 1, 4, 7 days in each different caries medium. Quantitative chemial analyses of released Ca & P amounts in aliquots and histological examination of sectioned samples were conducted by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, spectrophotometry and polarizing light microscopy respectively. The release pattern of Ca & P determined showed similarity in general throughout experimental periods both in cumulative amount and increment. The largest increment was seen in 1-4 day-interval and sudden decrease in 4-7 day-interval. Although histological feature examined by polarizing microscope showed some variations from specimen to specimen, the lesions produced from HEC and MHDP group showed the apparently intact surface zone characteristics of the early carious lesion whereas they could not be seen in the system containing lactic acid only. Lesion depth olf all groups showed linear relationship with demineralization time. Microhardness values measured at the point of 30㎛ away from the surface enamel layer was seen to be greatly lower than those of the inner sound enamel layer.
수종의 불소 적용법이 정상법랑질과 인공 우식법랑질의 재석회화와 불소섭취에 미치는 영향에 관한 비교연구

The purposes of this study were to analyze the effect of fluoride in vitro on the remineralization of artificial carious enamel by several pre-determined regimen and also to compare the degree of fluoride uptake into normal and carious enamel during those processes by quantitative analysis. The results from the present study can be summarized as follows ; 1. Analyses of fluoride uptake in various enamel samples after treatments were performed by enamel biopsy technique. Results showed general increase of fluoride level in all groups except group Ⅰ. Evidence of greater affinity of fluoride to carious enamel over normal enamel was also shown in all three fluoridetreated groups. 2. Under polarizing light microscope, remineralization phenomena of artificial carious enamel were found in most of observed sample sections in varying degree. Samples in group Ⅳ did not show any significant recovery of lesion wherease two fluoride treated groups (group Ⅱ and Ⅲ) showed remarkable evidences of remineralization with significant reduction in lesion depth and positive birefringence. Group Ⅰ revealed mild to moderate degree of reminerallization in the deeper layer of lesion body. 3. Line scan analyses through EPMA showed superior recovery of Ca/P intensity in group Ⅱ and Ⅲto group Ⅰ and Ⅳ, supporting the results of histological evaluation. 4. The significant increase of microhardness values over those of control lesion could be found in depth of about 85㎛ to 135㎛ of lesion. Samples in group Ⅳ had the lowest increment in hardness, while those in group Ⅱ showed the larger increment than the other groups. 5. Evidences of remineralization observed on enamel surfaces through scanning electron microscope were revealed as a general reduction in surface porosity along with some degree of surface deposits of crystal-like materials.
냉전시대의 감시와 스파이: 존 르 카레의『팅커, 테일러, 솔저, 스파이』를 중심으로

The period of the Cold War is renowned for its paranoid surveillance. The collective fascination with the elusive and unobservable operations of espionage in everyday life was the driving force behind the development of the spy fiction genre. This essay examines the portrayal of surveillance in John le Carré’s novel Tinker, Tailor, Soldier, Spy (1974), which achieved both critical and commercial success. The narrative of the novel revolves around George Smiley’s investigation of a double agent within the British Military Intelligence who is clandestinely serving the Soviet Union. The surveillance techniques depicted in the novel employ the media available at that time, while also presaging the digital monitoring methods used in the twenty-first century. Smiley does not follow the typical detective model that aims to eliminate risk factors and restore social order. Instead, in le Carré’s work, surveillance is used to maintain the homeostasis of society by transforming the entirety of the human experience into data and subjecting the population to constant control. Nevertheless, Smiley once failed to read his archenemy Karla due to the latter’s embodiment of “things.” The novel suggests that what might resist digital surveillance is not human values as commonly understood, but the inherent “thingness” that cannot be reduced to exploitable data. The novel illuminates the paradox of surveillance, as it portrays how surveillance appears to transform humanity into data, yet still relies on the existing human needs and desires for the data to be useful. Consequently, le Carré’s work encourages readers to reexamine the nature of humanity in the face of the unprecedented threat of digital surveillance exploitation.

This is the study on the development of fusion heat dissipation of carbon magnesium materials. The purpose of this study is for effective utilization of heat emission which is the core of LED lighting. The result of study enabled the derivation of side satisfying result of making the surface temperature of lighting to be below $70^{\circ}C$ (actual measurement: $58^{\circ}C$) using magnesium. The lighting products that use magnesium was made possible based on the result of this study. Also from the performance aspect such as light distribution, the measurement of light efficiency demonstrated the level of 90 lm/W. Therefore the commercialization of lighting was made possible and the efficiency could be further enhanced by supplementation of LED performance.
비면허대역(unlicensed-band)을 활용한 LTE 시스템의 표준화 및 상용화 동향

본고에서는 최근 이동통신분야에서 많은 주목을 받고 있는 비면허대역(unlicensed-band)을 활용한 3GPP Long Term Evolution (3GPP-LTE) 시스템의 표준화 및 상용화 동향을 알아본다. 먼저 비면허대역과 관련 전파규정을 알아보고, LTE 시스템이 비면허대역을 활용할 수 있는 3가지 방법인 LTE-U, LTE-LAA, LTE-H를 각각 알아본다. 각각의 방식의 장단점과 표준화 방향 및 향후 LTE 발전 방향에 미치는 영향을 논의한다.
