        챗봇 기반 라이프로그 데이터 수집 시스템 개발

        Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19, lifelog data collection for non-face-to-face technology and services has become an important issue. Lifelog refers to personal data generated through human activities and behavior. Existing lifelog data collection systems had difficulties such as limited scope of data collection or high development costs and user effort for data collection. In this paper, we developed a lifelog data collection system using a chatbot. Telegram-based chatbot have a friendly interface and can collect data that cannot be collected by wearable devices through message-based question and answering. Continuous data collection is possible anytime, anywhere by sending messages to users through chatbot. Since the user's personal information is not used during this process, no security issues arise. Each function that makes up the system is modularized to ensure scalability, and the collected data goes through an analysis process to provide meaningful information to users. The collected data is stored in a NoSQL-based database, and a non-relational database without schema is suitable for constructing a lifelog data warehouse. In addition, it was applied to clinical research to collect lifelog of sleep activities, and various types of data were continuously collected over a period of 15 days or more. The majority of users responded for more than the required number of days, confirming that the lifelog data collection system through chatbots can be useful. The results of this paper are expected to be helpful in collecting lifelog data needed in various fields.

      • 별불가사리 렉틴의 복수암에 대한 항암효과

        The lectin from starfish, Asterina pectinifera, was purified and tested for its potential antitumor activity. It was shown to possess considerable toxicity toward various tumor cell lines. Concentration of Asterina pectinifera lectin (APL) at 4 mg/5×10^(5) cells resulted in 28% death of Ehrlich ascites tumor cell. 40% of L929, 60% of A549, and 52% of HeLa cells after 48 hours incubation. Toxicity of APL to L929. Ehrlich ascites, A549, and HeLa cells revealed a reduction in cell viability of approximately 70% at APL concentration of 8 mg/5×10^(5) cells after 48 hours incubation. Administration of APL (100 ㎍/day or 300 ㎍/day) inhibited the growth of Ehrlich ascites cells in vitro. Mice given only Ehrlich cells survived an average of 15±1 (S.E.) days. Mice given Ehrlich cells and 100 ㎍ or 300 ㎍ APL had 58% and 67% survival, respectively, after 20 days. These results suggest that APL has antitumor activity.

        하고초와 황기 약침액이 발암 진행과정에 미치는 영향

        Cancer chemoprevention refers to the use of natural or synthetic substances to prevent initiational and promotional events that occur during the process of carcinogenesis. Thesium Chinese Turczaninow aqua-acupuncture solution (TCTAS) and Astragli Radix aqua-acupuncture solution (ARAS) were tested as the cancer chemopreventive agents using biochemical markers of carcinogenesis. The effects on the inhibition of phorbol 12- myristate 13-acetate(TPA)-induced free radical formation in HL-60 cells and the inhibition of polyamine metabolism were measured. There is significant inhibition of TAP-induced free radical formation in human leukemic cells with cells with ARAS. Proliferation of Acanthamoeba castellanii was inhibited by TCTAS and ARAS. TCTAS and ARAS positive in these assays may inhibit the carcinogenesis process and is considered promising cancer-preventing agents.

        대학생들의 대학 및 전공 선택 요인 유형 분석 -잠재전이분석을 이용한 진로정체감 유형과의 관계를 중심으로-

        이 연구의 목적은 먼저, 대학생들의 대학 및 전공 선택 유형과 고등학교 재학 시의 진로정체감 유형을 탐색하는 데 있다. 이후, 진로정체감에 대한 영향요인을 통제한 후에, 대학교 진학 시 나타나는 대학 및 전공 선택 유형과 진로정체감 유형의 관계를 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 이 연구에서는 KCYPS 2010 중1패널을 활용하여 대학교에 진학한 1,310명을 연구 대상으로 선정하여 잠재전이분석을 실시하였으며, 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생들의 대학 및 전공 선택 유형은 ‘전반적 고려형’, ‘전망 및 관심적성 중시형’, ‘관심적성 중시형’, ‘상대적 소신형’과 같이 4개의 잠재 프로파일로 분류되었다. 둘째, 대학교에 진학한 고등학생들의 진로정체감 유형은 ‘성취형’, ‘유예형’, ‘소신형’과 같이 3개의 잠재 프로파일로 분류되었다. 또한 진로정체감과 공변인과의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 개인, 가정, 학교 수준의 변수 중 성별, 직업체험활동참여, 교우관계가 진로정체감의 잠재 프로파일 소속에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 대학생의 대학 및 전공 선택 유형에 대한 고등학교 시기의 진로정체감 유형의 잠재전이확률을 비교한 결과, 대학 및 전공 선택에 있어 ‘전망 및 관심적성 중시형’에 해당하는 학생 중 진로정체감의 유형이 ‘성취형’인 학생(66.67%)이 가장 높은 비율을 나타내는 특징을 보였다. 이 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 대학 및 전공 선택 요인을 고등학교 시기의 진로정체감과 연결 지어 그 유형을 파악하고, 진로정체감의 잠재 프로파일 양상에 따라 진로 선택에서 고려하는 점이 달라질 수 있음을 분석하였다는 점에서 의의가 있다. The purpose of this study was to explore the type of college and major choices of college students and the type of career identity in their high school. To accomplish the goal of the study, this research analyzed the relationship between the type of college and major choices of college students and the type of career identity with controlling affecting factors to career identity. This research selected 1,310 students who entered university or college by using the middle school cohort of Korean Children & Youth Panel Survey 2010 (KCYPS). The results of analyzing the latent transition analysis were as follows. First, the types of college and major choice of college students were classified into four potential profiles: ‘overall type’, ‘consideration of prospect, interest and aptitude type’, ‘consideration of interest and aptitude type’, and ‘relative responsibility type’. Second, the types of career identity of high school students entering university were classified into three potential profiles: ‘achievement type’, ‘moratorium type’, and ‘responsible type’. In addition, there were significant differences in gender, participation in vocational experience activities and peer relationship among the variables at the career, family, and school level on career identity. Third, as a result of comparing the probability of latent transition, the proportion of ‘achievement type’ in career identity is the highest(66.67%) among the students who are in ‘consideration of prospect, interest and aptitude type’. This study contributes investigating the types of college and major choice factors in college students by linking them with career identity in high school, and is meaningful in that considerations of career choice may vary depending on the latent type of career identity.

        다층 잠재프로파일분석을 활용한 고등학생의 창의역량 유형: 학생, 학교 수준 영향요인

        The present study explored the latent profiles of high school students' creative competencies and the influential factors at student and school level using the sixth data release of the Korean Educational Longitudinal Study(KELS) 2013. Additionally, we compared the means of student agency according to each creative competency profile. The results showed as follows. First, high school students' creative competency profiles were identified five distinctive profiles: ‘superior group in creative competency’, ‘average group’, ‘low -level creative competency group’, ‘high-level knowledge information-processing competency & low- level creative thinking competency group', and 'inferior group in creative thinking competency'. Second, the latent group membership was found to be statistically influenced by student characteristics(female, prior academic achievement, learning attitudes, academic self-concept and the level of educational expectation), home background factors(household income, parents' academic and emotional support), and school level factors such as instructions based on creative competence and teachers' feedback practices. Third, the students in the superior profile in creative competency tended to have the highest level of student agency. Based on these findings, we discussed the implications to improve high school students' creative competences based on the differential instructions and support.

        사람 위 상피세포의 염증반응에 대한 무의 효과

        The effects of Korean and Japanese radishes on inflammatory reaction that involves arachidonic acid cascades were investigated in human epithelial gastric cell. The activities of type I (porcine pancreas) and type II (Crotalus atrox) phospholipase $A_2(PLA_2$) were inhibited by radish. Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) activity was significantly suppressed by radish (p<0.05, p<0.01 and p<0.005). The nitric oxide production was also inhibited by radish. The Korean radish was more effective in inhibition of $PLA_2$ and COX-2 activities and nitric oxide production than Japanease radish. These results indicate that radish has a protective effect on gastric epithelial cell inflammation by suppressing the activities of $PLA_2$ and COX-2 activities and nitric oxide production from gastric epithelial cell.

        데이터 분배 서비스와 데이터베이스의 연동을 위한DDS-DB 엔진 구현 및 성능평가

        DDS(Data Distribution Service) is a communication middleware standard of the Internet of Things(IoT) using the real-time publish/subscribe architecture. However, the data generated through the DDS does not have the persistence. Also the problem of persistence is difficult to solve by the DDS. To solve this problem, many vendors studied interoperation between DDS and DBMS. In this paper, DDS-DB engine was implemented to complement the existing research. The performance evaluation results show that our DDS-DB engine Engine improves the processing speed compared to the existing research. 데이터 분배 서비스(DDS: Data Distribution Service)는 사물인터넷의 통신에 적합한 실시간 발간(publish)/구독(subscribe) 모델 기반의 통신 미들웨어 표준이다. 하지만 DDS를 통해 발간/구독되는 데이터는 영속성을 갖지 못하고 자체적으로 이를 해결하기에는 많은 어려움이 따른다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 기존에 수행되었던DDS와 DBMS의 연동을 위한 연구들을 분석하여 기존 연구들의 제약사항을 보완하는 DDS-DB 엔진을 구현한다. 또한 성능평가를 통해 DDS-DB 엔진이 기존에 수행되었던 연구들에 비해 DDS를 통해 발간/구독되는 데이터를DBMS에 저장하는 처리속도가 향상되었음을 보인다.
