This study analyzes the reverse recovery phenomenon of a semi-bridgeless rectifier (SBR) in an inductive power transfer (IPT) system for electric vehicles. Ideally, the reverse recovery phenomenon does not occur in a diode rectifier, however, in practical systems, the reverse recovery phenomenon occurs even when the SBR operates like a diode rectifier due to high operating frequency. Therefore, a practical analysis of operation modes for SBRs is presented in this study, considering the reverse recovery phenomenon, and the requirements for SBR switches are proposed. The analysis results are experimentally verified using a 3.3 [kW] IPT system prototype to which three different types of switches are applied.
사회적 인식확산을 위한 셉테드 교육프로그램 개발에 관한 연구

범죄예방을 위한 셉테드의 제도화, 자치경찰제도의 시행, 지역주민 주도의환경개선 사업 확대 등 사회적 환경의 변화에 따라 경찰, 자치단체, 기업체, 지역주민의 범죄예방에 대한 관심과 인식의 확대를 위한 교육기회가 필요한시점이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대상별, 수준별 셉테드 표준 교육프로그램 개발을 통해셉테드에 대한 사회적 인식확산에 기여하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 셉테드 교육에 관한 국내·외 현황 검토와 연구진 브레인스토밍과 전문가 자문 등을 통해 셉테드 교육프로그램의 구성과 운영에 관한교육모형을 개발하고, 대상별, 기간별, 수준별로 표준화된 교육주제, 교육기간, 교과목 편성안을 제안하였다. Despite the fact that permanent and non-permanent education to spread awareness and strengthen professionalism of CPTED, standardized education programs by education target and level do not exist. In particular, it is necessary to strengthen the capabilities of the police, local governments, businesses, and local residents in order to institutionalize CPTED to prevent crime, implement the autonomous police system, and expand local residents-led environmental improvement projects. Considering that the target of CPTED education is adults, this study derived educational design methods based on adult learning theory. Based on the analysis of domestic and international CPTED education programs, education subjects were selected by subject and level. In addition, it was proposed that the selected subjects could be organized into actual education programs and used in educational sites. Through these education programs, it is expected that it will be possible to expand social understanding of CPTED by encouraging citizens interest in and participation in community safety and providing accurate CPTED knowledge and strategies such as CPTED s concepts and strategies.

An objection of this study is to develop a measuring circuits and a analytic system for radioactive pulses. The proposed system consists of a pulse detection units for neutrons and gamma-rays, a programmable high voltage supply unit and a digital signal processor. Gamma-ray detection circuit can count pulse up to 10,000[pps]. The pulse detection parts consists of an active integrator, a pole-zero circuit, and a 3-stage amplifier of 60[dB], and its frequency bandwidth is from 37[Hz] to 300[kHz]. Also, pulse height distribution in accordance with pulse counts is important data in analyzing radioactive pulses. In this study, A/D converter (12[bit], 100[ns] and DSP [TMS 320C31-60) are used to analyze the pulse height, and the analytic system is designed to be operated in PC-base. Radioactive pulse has superior penetration ability to all kind of materials, and it is also possible to evaluate the soundness of electrical insulation materials by analyzing the pulse counts and/or pulse height distribution.
