In this work, a magnetic levitation (maglev) system is developed to transport a wafer between semiconductor fabrication process modules in clean rooms to take advantages of eliminating particle and oil contamination that normally exist in conventional transport systems due to contact motion of mechanical components. A main feature of the maglev system developed in this work is that a controller and power supplying part are not mounted on the moving carrier but on the stationary track, which is defined a controller-free carrier, to reduce carrier's weight. Iron-core electromagnets and irons are used for levitation, and air-core electromagnets and permanent magnets are used for stabilization. Analysis, design, and modeling of the magnetically levitated transport system are presented. The performance of the maglev system is experimentally demonstrated.

본 연구에서는 인삼성분의 조성을 변화시키지 않으면서 잔류농약만 제거시키는 방법을 pilot plant system에서 확립하고자 하였으며, 원래의 제조 공정에 따라 제조한 제품과 농약제거 공정을 적용하여 제조한 제품에서 155종의 잔류농약성분을 모니터링하였으며, 인삼성분을 비교 검토하였다. 농약제거공정을 거친 4가지의 공정은 control test에 비하여 잔류농약의 양이 많이 감소하였다. 즉, hexane을 이용한 공정에서 잔류농약이 제거되었고, 농약의 제거율을 높일 수 있는 가장 효율적인 방법은 헥산침지후 건조과정을 거친 공정으로 나타났다 개발된 방법은 인삼농축액의 성분에는 영향을 미치지 않고 잔류농약만 89.1% 제거할 수 있었다. For the removal of residual pesticides in ginseng extracts, we estabilished the removal process using pilot plant system, the characteristic components of ginseng maintains only. According to the agricultural chemical removal process, we monitored residual pesticides of 155 species, compraing the characteristic components of ginseng. The process of 4 types of agricultural chemical removal process compared to the control test was appeared that the residual pesticides were eliminated. As results above, the most efficient method of the possibility of raising the removal ratio of the agricultural chemical construction process was dried process of hexane after dipping and also remaining quality of the hexane appeared lowly. Besides, the removal process had an effected on the ginsenocide og ginseng, only the residual pesticides will be able to remove.

Different growth type of crops is one of major factors determining residual patterns of pesticides in them. In this study, residual characteristics of boscalid in water dropworts (WD) and perilla leaves (PL) which are different in leaf size were investigated. Commercial boscalid (49.3%, WP) was sprayed 2 or 3 times at interval of a week prior to harvest, and crop samples were collected at both final application and harvest days. Residual amounts of boscalid in the WD and PL were analyzed using GC-ECD, and recovery rates of boscalid spiked with 0.1 and 0.5 mg/kg on the WD and PL ranged from 91.8 to 111.0%. Initial residual amounts of boscalid were 20.3-44.5 mg/kg in WD and 101.6-138.7 mg/kg in PL. These results show that initial amounts of boscalid deposited on PL may be 4 folds larger than those in WD, when assuming that weights of the WD and PL are same. At the harvest day, residual amounts of boscalid in WD and PL decreased by 35.6% (13.0-28.9 mg/kg) and 21.1% (88.2-98.6 mg/kg), respectively, of the initial residual amounts. Pesticides applied on PL, which has wide leaves, may have larger residual amount and longer persistency than those on WD.
