This research extends a general theory of cognition to address cognitive constraints on complex command production and allows us to make system design recommendations. The research described in this paper addresses the cognitive origins of problems user have producing sequence-dependent command strings while interacting with the UNIX operating system. We describe an empirical and theoretical analysis of user difficulties, and then show how our analyses lead to design recommendations. In addition, we summarize results from testing the impact of our design recommendations on system usability

프랙탈 차원과 어트랙트를 이용한 한글 혼동 문자 인식에 관한 연구

카오스 이론의 프랙탈 차원과 어트랙터를 이용하여 특징을 추출하여 문자인식에 적용하는 새로운 방법을 제안함으로써 기존의 혼동문자에 의한 오인식 비율을 줄이고자 하였다. 먼저 인식기에 부담을 줄이기 위해서 각 문자에 대해 특징을 조사하여 분류를 행한다. 분류된 문자에 대해 각 문자에 해당하는 Box-counting dimension, Natural Measure, Information dimension을 구하여 특징을 추출하여 인식하였다. 또한 문자의 히스토그램의 값을 이용하여 어트랙터를 구성하고 어트랙터에서 차원 값을 구한 다음 문자 자체의 차원 값과 함께 특징으로 사용하여 인식하였다. 실험 결과 전체적인 인식율의 평균은 학습 데이터에 대해서는 평균 96.03%, 미학습 데이터에 대해서는 91.74%를 나타내어 제안된 방법의 유효성을 보였다. In this paper, to reduce misrecognized characters, we propose the new method that extract features from character to apply to the character recognition using features from character to apply to the character recognition using fractal dimensions and attractors. Firstly, to reduce the load of recognizer we classify the characters. For the classified character, we extract the features for Box-counting dimensions. Natural Measures, Information dimensions then recognize characters. With histogram, we generate attractors and calculate dimensions from attractors. Then we recognize characters with dimensions of characters and attractors. An experimental result that the overall recognition rates for the training data and testing data are 96.03% and 91.74% respectively. This result shows the effectiveness of proposed method.

안부대상포진환자에서 다양한 합병증이 동반된 1예

목적: 안부대상포진 환자에서 기질각막염, 각막침윤, 앞포막염, 중심망막동맥폐쇄와 시신경병증이 같이 동반된 1예를 경험하였기에 이를 보고하고자 한다. 증례요약: 73세 남자 환자가 좌측 안면부 통증을 동반한 피부병변으로 치료받던 중 급격한 시력감소를 주소로 전원되었다. 내원 당시 최대교정시력은 우안은 0.8, 좌안은 광각유였으며, 좌안에는 상대구심동공장애가 관찰되었다. 세극등 현미경검사에서 좌안에 기질각막염과 앞포도막염이 관찰되었다. 안저검사에서 망막 출혈, 후극부 혼탁과 앵두반점을 볼 수 있었고 유두부종이 관찰되었다. 형광안저혈관조영술에서 망막동맥충만지연과 망막동정맥통과시간의 지연이 관찰되었다. 기질각막염과 앞포도막염의 치료로 항바이러스제와 스테로이드 점안액을 사용하였으며, 전신적으로도 항바이러스제와 경구용 스테로이드를 투여하였으나 시력 호전은 보이지 않았다. 결론: 안부대상포진 환자에서 기질각막염, 각막침윤, 앞포도막염, 중심망막동맥폐쇄와 시신경병증이 동반된 심한 형태의 합병증이 생길 수 있다. <대한안과학회지 2015;56(5):789-793> Purpose: We report a case of stromal keratitis, corneal infiltration, anterior uveitis, central retinal artery occlusion and optic neu-ropathy in a patient with herpes zoster ophthalmicus. Case summary: A 73-year-old man who was hospitalized for pain and vesicles on his left face was referred to our clinic with sud-den onset visual disturbance in his left eye. His best corrected visual acuity in the right eye was 0.8 and light-perception in his left eye. Relative afferent pupillary defect was found in his left eye. Slit-lamp examination showed anterior uveitis secondary to her-pes zoster ophthalmicus presented with stromal keratitis. Fundus examination showed retinal hemorrhage, vitreous opacity, cherry-red spot in the fovea and optic disc swelling. Delayed arterial filling and arteriovenous transit time were observed on fluo-rescence angiography. He was treated with topical antiviral and steroid eye drops for stromal keratitis and anterior uveitis. He was also treated systemically with an intravenous antiviral agent and oral steroid, but visual acuity did not improve. Conclusions: Stromal keratitis, corneal opacity, anterior uveitis, central retinal artery occlusion and optic neuropathy can be complications of herpes zoster ophthalmicus. 보문 : 염모제 성분인 카드뮴의 세포독성에 대한 시엽추출물의 영향

This study was carried out to investigate the cadmium (Cd)-induced cytotoxicity and the protective effect of persimmon leaves (PL) extract on the toxic effect induced by cadmium chloride (CdCl2) in cultured human skin fibroblasts (Detroit 551). In this study, CdCl2 showed the cytotoxicity by a significant decrease of the cell viability and cell adhesion activity (CAA). While, vitamin E as antioxidant protected CdCl2-induced cytotoxicity by the increase of CAA which was decreased by CdCl2. In the protective effect of PL extract against CdCl2-induced cytotoxicity, PL extract blocked CdCl2-induced cytotoxicity by the a significant increase of CAA as well as superoxide dismutase (SOD)-like activity and inhibitory activity of lipid peroxidation (LP). From these results, it is suggested that the cytotoxicity of CdCl2 is involved in oxidative stress, and PL extract showed the antioxidative effect by showing not only a significant increase of CAA but also SOD-like activity and inhibitory activity of LP. Conclusively, the physioactive components such as PL extract may be a putative beauty resources for the diminution or blocking the cytotoxicity or oxidative stress mediated by heavy metals or chemicals which are the materials of hair dyes or cosmetics.

동막골응회암은 대부분 화쇄류암으로 구성되지만 입도와 퇴적구조에 따라 암상을 분류하면 (1) 괴상응회각력암, (2) 용결 응회암 및 라필리응회암, (3) 유변상 응회암 및 라필리응회암이 있고 (4) 괴상 라필리응회암, (5) 성층화 라필리응회암, (6) 점이층리 라필리응회암, (7) 불량층리 라필리응회암과 (8) 괴상 세립질 응회암이 있다. 이 암상들은 상하로 3개 화성쇄설암군으로 구별하여 조합할 수 있다. 하부 화성쇄설암군(LI)은 괴상 라필리응회암, 용결 응회암 및 라필리응회암과 유변상 응회암 및 라필리응회암으로 조합되며, 화쇄류형성 분출로부터 끓어넘침 분출에 의한 화쇄류로부터 정치된 것이다. 중부 화성쇄설암군(LT+MI)은 하부에 성층화 라필리응회암, 점이층리 라필리응회암, 괴상 라필리응회암과 이들에 조합된 괴상 세립질 응회암으로 구성되고 중·상부에 괴상 라필리응회암, 용결 응회암 및 라필리응회암과 유변상 응회암 및 라필리응회암으로 조합된다. 이들은 외부물의 소량 유입으로 수증기마그마성 분출에 의한 화쇄써지로 시작하여 끓어넘침 분출의 화쇄류로 전환된 것이다. 상부 화성쇄설암군(lUT+uUT+UI)은 최하부에 성층화 라필리응회암, 점이층리 라필리응회암으로 조합되고, 하부에 괴상 응회각력암, 불량층리 라필리응회암, 괴상 라필리응회암과 괴상 세립질 응회암으로 조합되며 중·상부에 괴상 라필리응회암, 용결 응회암 및 라필리응회암으로 조합되며, 이들은 수증기플리니언 분출에 의한 써지로 시작해서 플리니언 분출에 의한 강하를 거쳐 끓어넘침 분출로 전환되어 화쇄류로부터 퇴적된 것이다. 결론적으로 동막골응회암에서 분출과정은 대체로 전·중·후기 화산작용이 단계별로 수증기플리니언 혹은 플리니언 분출로 시작하여 화쇄류형성 분출로 전환되고 끓어넘침 분출로 진행되는 순서를 밟았다. 그러나 전기 화산작용은 아마도 초엽의 수증기플리니언 혹은 플리니언 분출 없이 진행되었다. The Dongmakgol Tuff is divided into 8 lithofacies based on their grain size and depositional structures: massive tuff breccia(TBm), welded tuff and lapilli tuff(LTw), rheomorphic tuff and lapilli tuff(LTr), massive lapilli tuff(LTm), stratified lapilli tuff(LTs), gradedly bedded lapilli tuff(LTg), crudely bedded lapilli tuff(LTb) and massive fine tuff(Tm). They can be divided into 3 pyroclastic rock group based on their constituents of the lithofacies. The lower group(LI) is composed of LTm, LTw and LTr, which are interpreted to have resulted from emplacement of voluminous pyroclastic flows due to ignimbrite-form eruption to boiling-over eruption. The middle group(LT+MI) consists of LTs, LTg and LTm associated with Tm in the lower part, and of LTm, LTw and LTr in the middle and upper parts; these suggest that started with deposition of pyroclastic surges from phreatoplinian eruption by poor eternal water, passed through emplacement of pyroclastic flows from ignimbrite-form eruption and ended with deposition of voluminous pyroclastic flows from boiling-over eruption. The upper group(lUT+uUT+UI) is composed of LTs, LTg and Tm in the lowermost, TBm, LTb, LTb and Tm in the lower part, and LTm and LTw in the middle and upper part, suggesting that began with deposition of surges from phreatoplinian eruption, passed through deposition of pumice- and ash-fallouts from plinian eruption and transformed into emplacement of pyroclastic flows due to boiling-over eruption. As result, eruptive processes in the Dongmakgol Tuff approximately began with phreatoplinian or/and plinian eruption, transformed into ignimbrite-forming eruption and proceeded into boiling-over eruption in each volcanism, but proceeded presumably without phreatoplinian or plinian eruption in the earlier stage of 1st volcanism.

농수산물 및 가공식품의 수입에 따른 대응책을 수립하기 위하여 경북 북부권을 중심으로 조사한 결과는 다음과 같다. - 가공용 원료 작목으로 경북 북부권에서 가장 유리한 것의 선정이 요망된다. - 산학협동 등을 통한 경북 북부권에 특산성이 있는 농산물을 이용한 제품개발이 요망된다. - 가공제품에 대한 정부차원의 지속적인 홍보가 필요하다. - 우리의 전통식품특성을 가진 제품의 개발이 요망된다. - 생산자 단체가 모처럼 품목을 선택하여 생산을 시작한 것에 대한 정부의 지속적인 자금, 판매 등 지원이 요망된다. - 식품가공산업 관련 인·허가 정부관장부서를 농수산부로 일원화 할 필요가 있다. - 관련법규정비가 필요하다. 농수산부의 관계법규와 상공부의 법규가 상충되는 문제점이 있다. - 농민이나 생산자 단체는 지속적인 품질 관리 및 제품개발 노력이 필요하다. - 농촌, 농가 부업형 가공업체의 가공형태는 전통을 가미한 방법을 사용하여 소비자에게 잊혀진 우리 전통의 맛을 제공하여야 하며 생산규모도 가능한 일정규모를 넘지 않아 소비자 기호와 여건 변화에 신속히 대응할 수 있어야 하겠다. - 신규가공업체 설립희망자에 대한 사전교육이 필요하다.
