광 파장 및 커넥터 종류에 따른 신호 반사율 기반 ONT 접속 상태 판별 기술

본 논문은 수동형 광 가입자망에서 최종 분배함과 ONT 사이의 접속 상태를 판단하기 위해 커넥터의 형태 및 광 파장에 따른 광신호의 반사율을 이용하여 ONT 의 상태를 판별하는 기술을 제안한다. ONT 접속 상태 판별 기술은 두 종류의 파장 광원을 이용하여 종단에서 반사되는 신호를 수신하여 그 상태를 파악한다. 실제 필드에서 사용되는 현장형 광 커넥터를 제작 및 조립하여 실험을 진행하였으며, 그 결과 95 %이상의 정확도를 실험적으로 검증하였다.

청국장에서 분리한 혈전용해효소 생산세균의 분리 및 동정

본 연구의 목적은 상업적으로 사용하기 위하여 혈전용해효소를 생성하는 세균인 MK-15를 분리하고 동정하는 것이다. 먼저 세균 MK-15는 자연 발효된 콩으로부터 농화분리하였으며, 이 세균에 대한 형태학적 및 다양한 생리학적 특성 조사를 실시하였다. MK-15의 배양 상등액으로부터 혈전용해효소 활성을 fibrin plate 방법으로 solid fibrinolytic activity를 측정하였다. 그 결과, 콩배지에서 자란 MK-15의 혈전용해활성은 대조군으로 사용된 plasmin의 혈전용해활성에 비하여 약 2.5배 높았다. 16S rRNA를 분석한 결과 균주 MK-15는 Bacillus subtilis 군과 99.9% 유사 성을 나타내었다. 따라서, 이 세균은 Bacillus sp. MK-15로 명명하였으며, 균주 MK-15는 GenBank에 [DQ163021]로 등록하였다. The aim of this work was to perform the screening and identification of the bacterium, MK-15 having the activity of fibrinolytic enzyme for the commercial use. Initially, strain MK-15 was enriched and isolated from naturally fermented soybean. Morphological and various physiological characteristics of the strain MK-15 was examined. The activity of fibrinolytic enzyme derived from supernatants of test culture MK-15 was performed by fibrin plate method for solid fibrinolytic activity. As the result, the fibrinolytic activity of MK-15 grown on the soybean media was about 2.7 times greater than that of plasmin used as stardard. l6S rRNA analyses revealed that strain MK-15 was 99.9% similar to Bacillus subtilis species cluster, and the bacterium was designated as Bacillus sp. MK-15. Strain MK-15 was registered in GenBank as [DQ163021].

김춘수의 시와 “예수 체험”의 형상화

In this paper, I tried the analysis of the meaning of the “Jesus Experiences” shown by Kim Chun-soo"s poems. It was based on Kim Chun-soo’s poems and prose, examining the inner consciousness of the works on Jesus. Jesus is a man who urged Kim Chun-soo to desperately seek the tragic destiny of human beings. Kim Chun-soo notes that human beings are always faced with the possibility of having physical limits and failing to become ethical subject at the same time. It is presented by the experiences of frustration and disgrace in 「부다페스트에서의 소녀의 죽음」(The Death of the Girl in Budapest), and the accidental and contingent of sin in the childhood “experience of the little girl”(“그 계집아이 체험”). Jesus is a miracle man who goes beyond these human limits. Jesus" gaze is transformed into that of God or of angel, and let Kim Chun-soo continually reflect on human conditions and become an ethical subject. Jesus is also the one who participates in the sufferings of the disadvantaged and performs infinite love in response to their appeal.「요보라의 쑥」 (The Wormwood of Yobora) embodies Jesus" absolute and endless love and compassion for the tragic destiny of human beings and humans. However, the love of Jesus is helpless in that he can not actually solve the hardships and bitterness of the moment. It corresponds to the helpless love of God that can not but observe the crucifixion of the crucified Jesus. This love is helpless, but it shows the possibility of being able to rescue the suffering people from the isolation in the world by participating in the suffering of the sufferer and understanding and sharing the meaning together. That can be a miracle that Jesus" helpless love can bring about.

김춘수의 시와 유년기 체험의 변주

This study analyzed Kim Chun-Soo’s childhood experiences and their variation in his poems. The poet’s “experiences of Jesus Christ and the little girl” show constant variation in his poems, confirming the primal and powerful nature of childhood experiences. This also suggests that these experiences can be the key point of his consciousness. The poet’s sensuous ‘experience of Baby Jesus Christ’ overlaps the world of the Western children of an Australian missionary couple, entailing the experiences of the mystique and wonder about an alien world and being. His childhood experience of Jesus Christ, which is made sensuous with spreading light, is the archtype of the angel image frequently appearing in his later poems, whose variation is repeated in poems such as 「천사The Angel)」 and「실제(Titleless)」. The poet’s “experience of the little girl”, which is associated with the violence of his own doing in childhood, is that of incidental and casual vice, However, what is more important is that his experience of violence is that of the primal frustration resulting from failure to become an ethical subject. This brought about the sense of guilt in the poet’s childhood, which cannot be overcome but prompts him to firmly sustain the ethical sense. Such an ethical sense is mixed with the discomfort caused by his enjoying materialistic affluence, deepening into the sense of the original sin. This sense is sometimes accompanied by a victim mentality along with the pain of constantly feeling Jesus Christ gazing upon him. Some parts of the following poems like「눈물(Tears)」,「동지 푸루돈(Comrade Proudhon)」, 「유년시(Childhood) · 2」, and「계단을 위한 바리에떼(Variété for Stairs)」 reveal the trace and transition of the sense of the original sin, and its variation.

김춘수의 시와 존재의 슬픔 : 초기시를 중심으로

The early poems by Kim Chun-soo possess sorrow and sorrow's physical manifestation, sobbing. This means that the poet sees these two as the universal mood and mode of human beings and the world. This idea is embodied in symbolic imagery by poems such as 'reeds' in 「갈대」( Reeds) and 'fountain' in 「분수」( Fountain). 'Reeds' manifests the splitting and insecurity of beings, and 'fountain' represents their transcendence and frustration. This imagery calls to mind the conditions which humans cannot overcome, and the pain from frustration that human beings cannot avoid. Especially, 'Fountain' expresses constant transcendence, which is representative of the aspect of human existence, because "it is not what it is." This shows that the sensuous grief in the first half of his early poems has deepened in its density and tension, and has transformed to existential sorrow. On one hand, in 「꽃」( Flower), the desire and power of human beings for transcendence exclude the experience of frustration, and become foregrounding. This emphasizes only the desire of human beings to transcend from isolated subjectivity to intersubjectivity through the naming of the subject and the other. Consequently, pain from frustration of desire is excluded. On the other hand, 「꽃을 위한 서시」( Prelude for Flower) upsets the possibility of transcending to intersubjectivity. This is because the subject is threatening and violent, robbing the other of his or her otherness. In other words, the subject is 'a dangerous beast'. In this case, there is only confrontation and competition with each other instead of intersubjectivity. The sobbing of beings results from such confrontation and competition, but it promotes the subject's existential awareness. As seen above, in the first half of his early poems, there appear changes in the mode and characteristics of the sorrow which beings and the world reveal. These changes are caused by the fact that Kim Chun-soo deepens his sensuous and intuitional awareness of beings and the world, and extends it to the existential level.

홍보(publicity)가 주택 분양에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

부동산은 일반재화와는 다른 특성들을 가지고 있기 때문에 부동산을 대상으로 한 분양 마케팅은 다양하고 차별화된 분양마케팅 수단들이 활용되고 있다. 다양한 분양마케팅 수단 중에서 홍보는 신뢰성을 확보하기가 용이하다는 측면에서 실무적으로 많이 사용되고 있는 방법 중의 하나이다. 그러나 홍보의 개념이 마케팅, 광고, 판촉 등 유사한 다른 개념들과 혼동 및 혼용되어 홍보 본연의 효과가 퇴색되는 부정적인 측면도 발견되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 홍보와 관련 제 개념들을 검토한 후, 분양 및 홍보 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 분양마케팅 수단과 홍보활동 현황, 홍보관리 활동 실태 등을 파악하고자 하였다. 조사결과, 분양 및 홍보관련 담당자들은 분양시기별로 다른 마케팅 수단을 사용하고 있으며, 분양 관련 전략 수립시 가격을 우선적으로 고려하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 분양마케팅시, 홍보활동을 대체로 많이 사용하고 있으며, 특히 주거용 부동산 상품에 홍보활동을 많이 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 홍보 관리 측면에서는 홍보업무 중 홍보기획 및 컨설팅이 중요한 업무로 인식되고 있으며, 부정적인 홍보 효과 발생시 전사적, 적극적 대응을 하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 본 연구는 홍보 관련 연구의 기초적 연구라는 의의를 가지며, 현황 연구를 통하여 분양시장에서 홍보활동 계획수립에 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. There are various marketing methods in the sales market of real estate, because real estate has many different characteristics contrary to other general goods. Publicity is one of the most used pre-sale marketing tools among the various marketing methods in the aspect of the easiness in gaining the reliability. However, the concept of publicity is often confused with those of marketing, advertisement, and promotion, which makes it less effective. In this study, after we examine the various concepts concerning publicity, and carry out a survey targeting related field experts, we intend to grasp the current state of the publicity activities and management. As for the results of this empirical study, the specialists of sales marketing use the diverse tools according to the pre-sale stage and they consider the price first prior to establishing other sales strategies. They are mostly using the publicity as the means of sales marketing, especially focusing on the residential properties. In the aspect of publicity management, publicity planning and consulting become accepted as the most important tasks. Whenever the negative effects of publicity are generated, the publicists cope with them actively. This study is the first step for systematic and academic research concerning publicity in the housing sales market. This empirical research will have implications for the planning of publicity activity in the pre-sale market of real estate.

아파트 단지 상가의 임대료 결정요인에 관한 연구

Although commercial facilities are necessary components in creating residential environment of apartment complex, there is little research on commercial facilities in apartment complexes. This study analyzes the determinants of rents of commercial facilities in apartment complexes in Seoul through the Hedonic Model. By using the characteristics of apartment complex, location characteristics, and commercial facility characteristics as independent variables, this study tries to find which factors have impact on the average rents of the first floor. As the result, the factors of the apartment complex, such as the number of apartment units in apartment complex, the sum of income tax by regional districts, and the proportion of a large-sized apartment units in each apartment complex, have a positive effect on the rents of commercial facilities. This study shows that the location characteristics including the subway access time and the number of competitive shopping centers have a negative influence on the dependent variable. Also, the location characteristics like the width of road and whether it is located on flat land or not have a positive effect on the rents of commercial facilities. Lastly, this study confirms that commercial complex characteristics such as building age, the structure of commercial complex, the existence of an underground parking lot are positively correlated with the rents of commercial facilities.

김춘수의 시와 타자의 문제

This study is intended to examine the aspects and characters of 'others' as manifested in poems by Kim, Chun-Soo. Though there is some distance between the subject of the work and 'others' in the poem 「물또래」(Plecoptera), one of the poems to be analyzed in this study, there is also some emotional continuity and unity in it. However, in other poems, the otherness of the 'others' appears, which brings about opposition and confrontation between the subject of the work and the 'others'. The faceless 'others' that his poems such as 「西風賦」(To the West Wind), 「눈물」1(Teardrops 1) and 「꽃을 위한 序詩」(Prelude to Flower) show are well worth noticing in relation to the quests of language and existence. Above all, 「꽃을 위한 序詩」 intimates struggle between the subject of the work and the 'others'. This clearly embodies the limits that the subject of the work has in recognizing 'others', which distinguishes this work from his other poems. In the poem 「눈물」2(Teardrops 2) the 'others' are transcendental beings that exist in a legendary way. Their otherness becomes absolute through the distance and interval between human beings and transcendental entity. The otherness is an abyss which lies between the subject of the work and transcendental entity, and is another aspect of the diversely varied and deepened otherness that the 'others' in his poems have.

이육사 편지글 읽기

이 글은 이육사의 편지글을 검토한다. 다른 글에 비해 상대적으로 편지글이 일상생활 상의 개인의 상황이나 내면을 좀 더 직접적으로 드러낼 수 있다고 생각하기 때문이다. 이육사의 서간은 그것 자체로 검토의 대상이 된 적이 없고, 무엇보다 그것이 ‘생활인 이육사’의 내면과 생활세계를 엿볼 수 있는 자료라는 점에서 나름의 가치가 있다. 다만 지금까지 확인된 이육사의 편지글이 아홉 편에 지나지 않아, 이것만으로 일상의 이육사를 전체적으로 살피기에는 일정한 한계를 지닐 수밖에 없다는 것은 분명하다. 이육사의 편지글 아홉 편 중 일가친척에게 보낸 것이 네 편, 문인에게 보낸 것이 다섯 편이고, 그 중에는 일가친척에게 보낸 순한문 편지가 한 통 포함되어 있다. 친척에게 보낸 편지글에서 이육사는 무엇보다 대가족의 일원이자 생활인으로서 겪고 있는 경제적 궁핍의 실상과 함께 나름대로 “생활방도”를 찾기 위한 노력을 매우 절실하게 서술했다. 일가친척에게 보낸 이육사의 편지는 대부분 일상생활의 소회를 드러내거나 실제적인 필요에 따라서 쓴 것이다. 거기에서 일상의 생활인 이육사의 인간적 면모를 구체적으로 볼 수 있지만, 그 중에서 주목할 것은 이상흔에게 보낸 두 번째 엽서이다. 그것은 이육사가 자신의 삶에서 가장 획기적인 시기의 심정과 상황, 그리고 미래에 대한 전망을 서술하고 있기 때문이다. 이 엽서를 발송한 후 이육사는 항일무장투쟁를 목적으로 설립한 ‘조선혁명군사정치간부학교’에 입교했다. 문인에게 보낸 편지는 최정희에게 보낸 엽서 한 장과 신석초에게 보낸 편지와 엽서 네 통이다. 최정희에게 보낸 엽서는 부여 무량사 여행의 단상에 그쳐 이육사의 내면을 구체적으로 살피기 어렵다. 그에 비해 신석초에게 보낸 편지글은 자신의 모습을 진솔하게 드러낸다. 거기에서 주목할 것은 “투병”의 상황과 그에 따르는 “고독”이라는 감정이다. 엽서에 쓴 그의 시조는, 고독감에 휩싸여 “넋”마저 “지친” 주체의 심정과 상황을 여성의 목소리로 애절하게 호소하기도 한다. 우리가 일반적으로 소비하고 있는 이미지와 달리, 신석초에게 보낸 편지글에서 이육사는 병약한 몸으로, 자신을 덮친 고독에 직면한 고통을 호소하고 있다. 그와 함께 철도여행 중 느낀 봄날의 감흥이나 사소한 “풍류”를 즐기며 은근히 자랑하는, 장난기 어린 모습은 그의 질박한 인간적 풍모를 짐작하게도 한다. 이육사의 이러한 모습이 그에 대한 “우상화의 압력”이나 그를 기억하는 방식의 고정화에 일정한 균열을 유도함으로써 역설적으로 이육사의 실상에 한층 접근할 수 있는 계기가 될 것을 기대한다. This article analyzes Yi Yook-sa’s letters. Yi Yook-sa s letters are worthy of analysis in that they more directly reveal his personal situation and the inside of daily life. Only nine letters written by Yi Yook-sa have been found so far. Of these, four were sent to family relatives, and five were sent to poets; and one of these letters was written in Chinese characters. Among the letters sent to relatives, Yi Yook-sa desperately described the reality of economic poverty. They were mostly written to reveal everyday emotions or to meet actual needs. The most notable is the postcard that describes the feelings, circumstances, and prospects during the most epoch-making period in his life. After writing this postcard, Yi Yook-sa entered the institution established for the anti-Japanese armed struggle. Among the five letters sent to the poets, this article pays attention to the letters sent to Shin Seok-cho (신석초), because, in these letters, Yi Yook-sa reveals his inner self. The theme of the letters is his “struggle against disease” and the accompanying feeling of “solitude.” His Si-Jo (時調) also effectively expresses his loneliness through the voice of women, which is different than his common image. As such, the letters have great significance as they present Yi Yook-sa’s human appearance. Therefore, they offer an opportunity to gain further insight into Yi s human reality by inducing a certain crack in our fixed views about him.
