The purpose of this paper is to trace the Jeongto thought of a great master, Baekam Seongchong(1631~1700) and its being projected into and expressed in his poetic world, based on BaekamJeongtochan(the collection of Baekam Seongchong's poems), which praises a Pure Land's Beauty and stresses the merit of chanting Amitabha Buddha. Succeeding to the dharma-linage of BuhyuSeonsu (1543~ 1615)-Byeokam Gakseong(1575~1660)-ChwimiSucho(1590~1668), Baekam Seongchong led the Buddhist community in the later of the Joseon Dynasty by publishing Hwaeomgyeongsoch, Geumgang- gyeongganjeonggi, Giironpilsakgi, etc. Also, Baekam Seongchong produced so many gem-like poems based on Jeongto(Pure Land) thought and outstanding poetic talent and imagination. Its chief product is BaekamJeongtochan, which contains his ascetic practice and Seon-mind of enlightenment. The focal point of Baekam Seong- chong's poetic expression is the merit of Yeombul(念佛) or recitation of Buddha’s name. It contains the practice of combination of chanting the name of Buddha and meditation to be reborn in the Pure Land or the Realm of Utmost Bliss. Actually, Baekam Seongchong praised and expressed the Pure Land in more brief and vivid poetic diction. Therefore, his thought of rebirth in Pure Land by chanting the name of Amitabha and his poetic imagination are lyrically well depicted in BaekamJeongtochan. On other hand, Baekam Seongchong’s poetry was produced in the course of ascetic life from the perspective of attaining enlightenment as well as from the harmonious relationship between mountainous life and the compassion for sentient beings. In brief, BaekamJeongtochan is so significant in that it shows his deep faith in 'Pure Land both by the exquisite combination of his outstanding poetic talent and the very 'praising of Pure Land', that is, his attaining samadhi by concentration of invoking the name of Amitabha Buddha. 본 논문의 목적은 조선 후기의 백암 성총(栢庵性聰, 1631~1700)의 사상 특징과 그것이 그의 시문학 세계에 어떻게 투영되고 있는지를 살펴보는 데 있다. 백암 성총은 부휴 선수(浮休善修, 1543~1615)- 벽암 각성(碧巖覺性, 1575~1660)-취미 수초(翠微守初, 1590~1668)로 이어지는 법맥을 계승하고 있다. 『화엄경소초』, 『금강경간정기』, 『기신론필삭기』 등을 간행하여 교학발전에 크게 공헌하기도 하였던 성총은 선과 교학을 두루 섭렵한 종장으로 화엄, 천태, 정토 등 불교 전반에 해박하였으며, 송광사, 징광사, 쌍계사 등지에서 강석을 펴서 후학을 지도하였다. 또한 성총은 외전에도 능통했고 시문을 잘 지어 당시의 명사들과 잦은 교유를 하였다. 김문곡, 정동명, 남호곡. 오서파, 최동강 등은 그 대표적인 인물이다. 특히 1686년(56세)에 정토신앙 지침서인 『정토보서』를 펴내기도 하였던 성총은 말년에는 정토신앙에 더욱 깊이 침잠하여 『백암정토찬』을 펴냈다. 이는 『정토보서』의 내용을 기반으로 하여 성총 자신의 구도와 깨달음의 세계를 잘 표현한 것으로써, 그의 정토사상과 시적 상상력과의 절묘한 조화를 보여주는 압권의 시집이라 할 수 있다. 이 글에서는 백암 성총의 사상의 특징과 그것이 그의 시문학 세계에 어떻게 투영되고 있는지를 살펴보고자 한다. 다시 말해 백암 성총의 핵심 사상이라 할 수 있는 정토사상과 그것의 시적 형상화를 『백암정토찬』을 중심으로 1) 구도와 깨달음의 시, 2) 극락정토 예찬의 시, 3) 아미타불 신심의 시 세계를 조명하고, 그것이 우리에게 던져주는 메시지가 무엇인지를 살펴보고자 한다.
2011 교육과정 개정에 따른 고등학교 중국어 기본어휘 선정 시론

中國語敎育課程的“基本詞彙表”是敎學, 編敎科書, 測試的主要規范。 根据縮減2007年基本詞彙量20%的方針, 2011年改編中國語敎育課程的基本詞彙表所收詞語大約爲800多個。凡在2007年基本詞彙表, HSK甲級詞彙以及新HSK1-4級的詞彙中出現過2次以上的單詞都可作爲收入對象。 其次, 凡在13種“生活中國語”的敎科書中只要在其中一本里出現過一次以上, 雖未收入HSK甲級詞彙或新HSK四級詞之內, 也作爲收入對象。 與此相反, 雖被收入在HSK甲級詞彙或新HSK4級詞彙中, 但在“生活中國語”敎科書中一次也未出現過的詞語, 被?除了。 此外, 增加了高考試卷中經常出現的詞語, 幷根据專家意見重新考察整理了基本詞彙表。 但詞語的使用范圍與使用頻率因人而異, 因此, 在基本詞彙表中沒有明確標准時, 可根据具體情況自行判斷。 2011年改編敎育課程基本詞彙表爲了盡量客觀地選擇詞語, 也爲了保持敎育的一貫性, 盡可能保留了2007年改編敎育課程的基本詞語, 幷盡力活用中國編撰的詞彙目錄中具有代表性的HSK甲級詞語表以及反映最新傾向的新HSK1-4級詞語。 ?外, 爲提高詞語活用的頻率, 根据使用2007改編基本詞彙的“生活中國語”13種敎科書是否使用作爲詞語增減的標准。 最終被收入2011年基本詞彙表的共有876個詞語。 2011年改編基本詞彙表上端的說明, 是爲了便于使用者活用的, 不包括在基本詞彙表里。

Recently, we have launched a large-scale articulatory study to investigate how the three-way contrastive stops (i.e., lenis, fortis, and aspirated) in Korean are kinematically expressed (i.e., in terms of articulatory movement characteristics) in various contexts, using a magnetometer (Electromagnetic Articulography). In this paper, we report some preliminary results about how the three-way bilabial series /p,ph,p*/ produced in /Ca/ context in isolation are kinematically characterized not only during the lip closure but also during the following vocalic articulation. Some important notes could be made from the results. First, the degree of lip constriction (as measured by the lip aperture between the upper and lower lips) was smaller for the lenis /p/ and larger for the fortis/aspirated /p*,ph/, showing a two-way distinction during the closure. Second, the tongue lowering for the following vowel was more extreme after the lenis /p/ than after the fortis/aspirated /p*,ph/. Regarding this vocalic articulatory difference in the tongue height, we discussed the possibility that the articulatory tension associated with the fortis/aspirated stops is further reflected in the lingual vocalic movement maintaining the tongue position to a certain level for the following vowel /a/, while the lenis consonant does not impose such articulatory constraints, resulting in more tongue lowering. Finally,the temporal relationship between the release of the stop closure and the lowest tongue position of the following vowel remained constant, suggesting that CV coordination is invariantly maintained across the consonant type. This pattern was interpreted as supporting the view that the consonant and vowel gestures are coordinated in much the same way across languages.
전단 자극 시 심방근세포 간극접합 채널 활성화에 의한 P2 퓨린수용체-매개 비선택성 양이온 전류의 발생

Atrial myocytes are subjected to shear stress under physiological and pathological conditions during cardiac cycle. We recently reported that gap junction hemichannels play a role in the generation of Ca2+ wave in atrial cells under shear stress. In the present study, we examined whether ionic current is generated by the activation of gap junction hemichannels in rat atrial myocytes under shear stress using whole-cell patch clamp method combined with a pressurized microflow system. Shear stress of ~16 dyne/cm2 (1-s long) produced a slow inward current (ISS) at –70 mV in symmetrical CsCl-rich solutions.Removal of external Ca2+ to enhance hemichannel opening increased this shear-activated current by approximately 140%. In addition, the ISS was almost completely inhibited by the hemichannel blockers carbenoxolone (50 μM) or La3+ (2 mM). We next tested whether P2 purinoceptors activated by ATP released via hemichannels contribute to ISS cells using P2-purinoceptor antagonist suramin. Pre-treatment of suramin (10 μM) suppressed ISS to ~28% of control. When the delayed rectifying K+ channels, that have slight permeability to Cs+, were blocked using 4-aminopyridine (200 μM), ISS was not altered. Our data suggest that shear stress may activate gap-junction hemichannels, resulting in ATP release with subsequent P2 purinoceptor-mediated nonselective cation current in atrial myocytes.
Transgressing the Transgression: Black (M)others and Their Hair in Moonlight

This paper examines the possibility of seeking for a transgressive power in the hair of black (m)others of Moonlight (2016). By focusing on Chiron’s two (m)others, Paula and Teresa, I tease out the ways in which their controlling images are (un)fixed, and how this fits into the on-going dilemma of whether Paula and Teresa (re)circulate and/or continue the genealogy of negative stereotypes of black maternal figures. Consequently, I pay attention to black female hair and how it provides the transgressive means to unfix shortcut representations. Black female hair is a contradictory site whereby natural hair is considered as bad, and unnatural as good. A certain hair style and texture become associated with a specific type of controlling images. Unpacking the contradictory logic behind natural-bad versus unnatural-good hair, I argue that the transgressive aspect of natural black hair is what allows for Paula and Teresa’s controlling images, as the Crack Mother and Othermother, respectively, to be transgressed. The dismantling power of visually seeing the good Othermother in the same bad natural hair as the bad Crack Mother offers an alternative, counter-narrative site to redefine black female representation on screen.
