성인지적 관점에서 바라본 노인의 성에 관한 탐색적 연구

This study aimed to explore sex life of older people who used local senior welfare centers and to find out their need for sex-related programs from a gender perspective. For this purpose we conducted a survey of 578 old men and women from 16 welfare centers nationwide. The findings from this survey are as follows. First, results from the survey showed statistically significant differences between men and women in several areas such as knowledge about sex, learning source about sex, and their perception of sex. Second, men and women showed a difference in their attitudes toward sex and the degree of knowledge as well. Older men with more knowledge about sex showed more permissive attitude toward sex as well. Third, the results also showed a gender difference depending on whether they have a spouse or not. Fourth, older men and older women showed a difference in terms of their perception of the degree of social support and obstacles to sexual activities and so on. Fifth, a gap between men and women was found in the contents of social supports they needed even if there were no differences in the contents of sex counseling and preferred teaching methods. Based upon these findings, the need for expanding more diverse sex-related programs in senior welfare centers is recommended. Sex educators need to be informed about gender differences, and design more gender-sensitive counseling and education programs. 본 연구는 노인종합복지관 이용노인의 성실태와 성관련 프로그램 욕구에 대해 성인지적 관점에서 탐색하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 조사대상은 전국 16개 노인종합복지관 이용노인 578명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과는 첫째, 성지식 습득경로, 성에 대한 중요성 등에서 남녀노인간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 둘째, 성태도와 성지식정도에서 남녀노인간 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 남성노인이 성태도에서 더 허용적이며, 성지식도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 배우자 유무에 따라 성생활 실태에 남녀간 차이를 보였다. 넷째, 노년기 성에 대한 사회적 지원정도를 인식하는 것과 성생활 방해요소 등에 있어서도 남녀노인간 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 다섯째, 남녀노인간 성상담프로그램 내용이나 성상담형태, 선호교육방법 등에서는 차이를 보이지 않았다. 사회적 지원내용에서는 남녀간 차이를 보였다. 이에 노인복지관 성관련 프로그램의 확대, 성교육 전문가 양성, 성관련 프로그램의 다양화(남녀, 배우자 유무), 상담과 교육방법의 다양화를 제안하였다.

사회복지전공 대학생의 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 요인 - Y시 전문대학 학생을 중심으로-

본 연구의 목적은 전문대학 사회복지전공대학생의 회복탄력성의 정도와 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 주요한 요인들을 탐색하는 것이다. 전문대학 사회복지전공 대학생 104명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 경기도 Y시 전문대학 학생으로 대상으로 임의표본추출방법을 사용하여 실시하였다. 연구결과, 사회복지전공 대학생들의 회복탄력성은 우리나라 성인에 비해 낮은 점수를 보였다. 회복탄력성에 영향을 미치는 개인요인은 학년, 자아존중감, 자기효능감으로 나타났다. 사회적 요인으로는 가족관계, 사회적 관계, 사회적지지등이 유의미한 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 연구에 대한 실천적 함의는 전체 회복탄력성, 하위영역인 자기조절능력, 대인관계능력, 긍정성 모두에서 회복탄력성을 높이기 위한 노력을 기울여야 한다는 것이다. 우리나라 성인 평균과 비교할 때 자기조절능력, 긍정성의 영역에서 점수가 낮았다. 감정조절능력과 긍정성의 영역은 사회복지실천에서 매우 중요한 요소이다. 회복탄력성을 높이기 위해 멘토링제도 운영, 자원봉사나 체험활동, 실습강화를 제안하였다. This study aims at exploring the degrees of resilience of social welfare majors and the main factors that effect their resilience. In order to achieve this goal, a total of 104 college students majoring in social welfare were surveyed. According to the result of this survey, the degree of resilience of social welfare students is found to be below that of average adults. The survey also shows that personal factors such as grade, self respect, self-efficacy affect the students' resilience. The social factors such as family relations, social relations, social support are also believed to be significant elements. This study implicates that we should try to improve not only the whole recovery resilience of the students but also its sub categories, for example, self-correcting ability, interpersonal relation skills, positivity as well. It's because the subjects of this study showed lower scores in both self-correcting ability and affirmative attitude than the average adults in this survey. Self-correcting ability and positivity are believed to be very important factors in social welfare practice. This study proposes the need to enhance the recovery resilience by offering the students various opportunity to volunteer, experience and practice, while operating mentoring system.

노인복지관 사회복지사의 노인복지실천역량에 미치는 영향요인에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that affect the geriatric social work competency of social workers at senior welfare centers. We researchers carried out a structured survey of 336 social workers working at senior welfare centers in Seoul and Gyeong-gi province. Main results are as follows. First, geriatric social work competency levels showed an average of 2.13 points (out of four) to moderate (degree that can be naturally reflected in the work). The average score per sub-region is worth Ethics. Theoretical perspective capacity (2.33 points) and competency assessment(2.09 points) and intervention capabilities (2.08 points), it appeared to Senior Services program and policy development capacity(2.02 points). Second, geriatric social work competency were different depending on gender, age, education level, social work experience, job title, work load, troubleshooting, availability, professional training experience. Finally, the factors that affect the geriatric social work competency appeared to social welfare career, positions, Satisfaction with professional training, workload. Based on these findings, we researchers suggested the followings. 1) establish systems to improve the Geriatric Social Work Competency of social workers working at senior welfare centers, 2) efforts to increase the satisfaction of the professional training required in the elderly welfare organizations (study groups support, on-site job training, etc.), 3) Appropriate work assignments, 4) Secure system that can solve your business problems when elderly welfare organization or system conflict occurs(Conflict Management Committee, the supervision system). 본 연구의 목적은 노인복지관 사회복지사의 노인복지실천역량에 영향을 미치는 요인을파악하기 위한 것이다. 서울, 경기지역 노인복지관 사회복지사 336명을 대상으로 구조화된설문조사를 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 노인복지실천역량 수준은 평균2.13점(4점 만점)으로 보통수준(업무에 자연스럽게 반영할 수 있는 정도)으로 나타났다. 하위영역별 평균점수는 가치․윤리․이론적 관점 역량(2.33점), 사정역량(2.09점), 개입역량(2.08점), 노인서비스 프로그램 및 정책개발 역량(2.02점)으로 나타났다. 둘째, 노인복지실천역량은 성별, 연령, 학력수준, 사회복지실무경력과 직위, 업무량, 문제해결가능여부, 전문직 교육훈련만족도에 따라 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 노인복지실천역량에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 사회복지경력, 직위, 전문직 훈련만족도, 업무량으로 나타났다. 이를 토대로 1) 노인복지관 사회복지사들의 노인복지실천역량을 향상시키는 시스템 마련 2) 노인복지관 조직체계 내외부에서 전문직 훈련의 만족도를 높이는 노력(학습동아리 지원, 현장직무교육 등)이 필요 3) 적절한 업무량 배정 4)노인복지관 조직체계 내 업무상 문제나 갈등상황이 발생할 때 해결할 수 있는 시스템(갈등처리위원회, 수퍼비전 체계) 확보를 제언하였다.

노인의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 노인복지관을 이용하는 만 60세이상 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 서울지역 18개 노인복지관 노인 983명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 요인은 인구사회학적 특성보다 개인적 특성인 자존감과 사회환경적 특성들인 주거환경만족도, 노인에 대한 태도, 사회적 지지가 주요한 영향요인으로 나타났다. 노인의 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 주요요인들은 개인, 사회적 특성변인이 복합적으로 상호작용하며 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으므로 노인의 심리적 안녕감을 향상시키기 위한 지역사회 노인복지 전문가들의 실천적 개입방안에 대해 논의하였다. The purpose of this study is to investigate the ecological factors which affect psychological well beings of elderly. The subject of this study are elderly over the age of 60 years who used elderly welfare community center at Seoul area. The major findings of this study are as follows; There are difference of psychological well being of elderly between demographical sociological properties and ecological factors. Psychological well being was influenced by self-esteem, social support, satisfaction of house environment, social support, attitude of the aged. This study needs to be supplemented by further study in order to fully explore intervention strategies for elderly people in community welfare center for elderly.
