Inventory management of spare parts for a closed Model car has two considerable sides. One side is an after service of a car which makes the high rate of service by a good supply of parts of a remain car. Another side is a holding cost. Dead stock is minimized when demand for parts does not happen by the closed Model car. When we make a inventory plan, we secure safety stock of the objective in order to satisfy an after service. If we keep overage safety stock which is only emphasized a high rate of service it cause enormous expensive loss after it become dead stock. Therefore determining safety stock is very important matter so that reasonable inventory plan is made. But traditional way of determining safety stock cause enormous expensive loss because safety stock is fixed by a constant value and does not reflect tendency of demand, and later this should be a dead stock. Thus, this study shows to determine safety stock against tendency of demand, and apply to the practical example in order to show the effectiveness of this method.

The purpose of this paper is to propose an optimization method of k-out-of-n:G system which is composed of n components with a time-independent load and exponential distribution. It is assumed that total loads is shared by operating components and failed components affect the failure rates of surviving components as the relationship between the load and the failure rate. The relationship between the load and the failure rate are assumed by the Power rule, Arrhenius model, and Eyring model. In this paper, the reliability for each models, the optimal redundancy units and the inspection interval which minimize the mean cost rate are obtained. related numerical examples are presented.

In this paper, it is assumed that the failure of a component composing a system is inner-dependent. The assumptions of this study are as following : 1. In the load-sharing-k-out-of-n:G system, total loads are applied to the system and shared by the operating components. 2. The number of failed components affects the failure rate of surviving components as a function of the total load applied. 3. The relation between the load and the failure rate of surviving components is set by the Power rule model. In this paper, the mean cost per time unit is computed as the ratio of mean life to the mean cost. The mean life is obtained by the reliability function under power rule model. The mean cost is obtained by the mathematical model based on the inspection interval. Because inspection interval is discrete variable, calculus-based method can't use in this case. Therefore, a genetic algorithm(GA) is proposed to determine the optimal number of redundant units and the optimal inspection interval to minimize the mean cost per unit time. For the practical application of the above methods, numerical examples are presented.

본 연구는 Q방법론을 활용하여 고등교육기관인 대학에서 이루어지고 있는 장애학생의 취업지원에 관하여 다양한 이해관계를 가진 사람들이 갖는 주관적인 인식을 유형화하고, 이러한 인식 유형별 특성을 바탕으로 장애대학생 취업 지원을 위한 정책적 시사점을 찾고자 하는데 있다. 대학의 장애학생 취업지원에 관한 인식 연구 결과, 외부의존형(제1유형), 장애친화형(제2유형), 수요맞춤형(제3유형), 그리고 내부역할강조형(제4유형) 등 네 가지 유형으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구 결과를 통해 대학 차원의 장애학생 취업에 대한 관심과 의지를 바탕으로 취업지원센터를 비롯한 기존 대학 내 취업지원 체계를 장애학생의 수요에 맞는 장애친화적인 인프라로 재구축해야 하며, 여기에 더하여 장애학생을 채용하는 산업체와의 긴밀한 취업연계체계 구축과 정부 차원의 장애인 일자리 창출이라는 정책당국의 노력이 병행될 때 장애학생의 성공적인 노동시장 진입을 기대할 수 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to find out subjective perception types and needs of interested group on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college by Q methodology, then to search for political measures to support employment for students with disabilities in the implication of the sorted subjective perception types. The result of the study showed that there are four major sorts of subjectivities on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college : external dependence(Type1), disability-friendly (Type2), demand tailored(Type3), internal role emphasis(Type4). The result of the study could check that there was necessary reconstruction to disability-friendly infrastructure based on interset and willness on the employment supporting for students with disabilities in college. In addition to that there was necessary to job creation of government, to build network of industry to successful labor market entry of students with disabilities.

A heuristic method is proposed to determine the optimal number of redundant units and the optimal inspection interval to minimize the mean cost per unit time.
